Red Spot 15 Year Old Irish Whiskey
In 1805, the Mitchell and Sons Wine Merchants Company was established in the heart of Dublin, Ireland. By the turn of the 19th century, the Mitchells sold a range of Irish whiskeys under the name "Spot." This name originated from the companys practice of marking casks of different ages with a spot of colored paint. As a result, Mitchell and Sons sold whiskeys named Blue Spot, Green Spot, Red Spot and finally Yellow Spot, which was last seen in the mid-to-late 1960s."Pot Still Whiskeys define the traditional flavor character of Irish whiskey and we have seen a renewed interest and growth in the category over the last few years," says Brian Nation, the master distiller at Midleton Distillery. Midleton follows a centuries-old recipe from Mitchell and Son to create this triple-distilled single pot Irish whiskey. To become Red Spot, this whiskey is matured for at least 15 years in a combination of American Bourbon, Spanish sherry, and Sicilian Marsala wine casks. Decades of old recipe books, ledgers, and archive materials provided Jonathan Mitchell with the resources to create a truly authentic whiskey. Pick up your bottle today!

Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength Irish Whiskey
In 1857, WandA Gilbey Co. was founded in a basement cellar at the corner of Oxford Street and Berwick in London. By the turn of the century, the company a wine and spirits merchant held one of the largest stocks of maturing whiskey in its inventory, and had expanded to Dublin, Belfast and Edinburgh. In 1912, Gilbeys began selling a 12 year old whiskey named Redbreast. The name was a reference to the Robin Redbreast (a type of bird) and is attributed to the Chairman of Gilbeys, who was an avid ornithologist.Today, Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey continues to pay homage to the legacy of Gilbeys and its European origins. The whiskey is crafted from a marriage of malted and unmalted barley, which are milled and mashed before being triple-distilled through traditional copper-pot stills. The inclusions of unmalted barley in the whiskeys mashbill, along with the tradition of triple distillation, are uniquely Irish approaches to producing whiskey.Following distillation, the whiskey is matured in a combination of casks that were previously used to mature Spanish Oloroso sherry and bourbon. After a 12-year slumber, the whiskey is bottled at cask strength (117.2 proof) without the use of chill filtration. Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength Irish Whiskey earned a score of 96 points from Whisky Advocate, which named it Irish Whiskey of the Year. It also earned a score of 95 points from Whisky Magazine. In addition, it was called a "flavorbomb" and "exceptional" by Cigar Aficionado and the "favorite whiskey" of Forbes.Pick up a bottle today!

Redbreast Lustau Edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
In 1857, WandA Gilbey Co. was founded in a basement cellar at the corner of Oxford Street and Berwick in London. By the turn of the century, the company a wine and spirits merchant held one of the largest stocks of maturing whiskey in its inventory, and had expanded to Dublin, Belfast, and Edinburgh. At the suggestion of the companys chairman, an avid ornithologist, in 1912 Gilbeys began selling whiskey named after the European robin redbreast. The latest release in the Redbreast line, Lustau Edition continues to pay homage to the legacy of Gilbey and its Irish origins while highlighting the brands ties to Spains legendary sherry producer, Bodegas Lustau in Jerez. Though prior editions of Redbreast have also been aged in former sherry casks, this blend was crafted with the goal of putting flavors imparted from Oloroso sherry at the forefront of the palate. The Master Blender at Midleton Distillery (where Redbreast is distilled), Billy Leighton, stated "Its putting the spotlight on the Lustau, but its putting the floodlight on the sherry business in general. I think its kind of us giving credit or appreciation to the people in the sherry business for doing what they do for us. I think the whisky business in general is not very good at showing appreciation at what other people are doing to support them. Its kind of us tipping our hat to the sherry business in general; to show that we appreciate it. You have to give credit where its due." As are all Redbreast whiskeys, Lustau Edition is crafted from a marriage of malted and unmalted barley, which are milled and mashed before being triple-distilled through traditional copper-pot stills. The inclusions of unmalted barley in the whiskeys mashbill, along with the tradition of triple distillation, are uniquely Irish approaches to producing whiskey.Following distillation, the Irish whiskey is matured for nine to twelve years in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. What makes this blend particularly special is the final year it spends finishing in Spanish oak Oloroso casks, hand-selected from Bodegas Lustau for the purpose of accenting sherry flavors that underlie previous releases from Redbreast. As a result, Redbreast Lustau Edition has an aroma of stone fruit, prunes and dates accented with anise and toasted oak. The creamy palate combines spices typical to the Redbreast line with a rich sherry finish thanks to the Spanish oak. This is a historic release from Redbreast, the first permanent addition to the collection since Redbreast 21 premiered in 2013. Redemption 10 Year Old Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey
Prior to Prohibition, rye whiskey was the staple ingredient of classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, the Manhattan and the Whiskey Sour. Spicier and more robust than malt whisky, rye was so popular that George Washington distilled it at his estate in Mount Vernon. As distilleries across the country were forced to close their doors due to Prohibition, however, bootleggers began distilling gin instead of rye, and for good reason gin didnt require aging under the watchful eye of a master distiller and its true flavors could be hidden behind a mask of botanicals. As Americans grew accustomed to gin, rye whiskey became an anachronism.Nearly a century after Prohibition, the preferred whiskey of the saloon era is experiencing a resurgence. By law, rye whiskey must be made from a mash of at least 51 percent rye. Rye that has been aged in charred, new oak barrels for at least two years earns the title straight rye whiskey. Redemption 10 Year Old Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey is made from a mash of 95 percent rye and 5 percent malted barley, and is matured for a minimum of 10 years before being mingled and bottled from just six individual barrels. The whiskey is then bottled at barrel proof. As a result of this extra-long maturation process, Redemption 10 Year Old Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey has a nose of spicy rye, caramel and oak, which leads to sweet cereal grains and bitter apple on the palate. The finish is oily and warming, with some faint hints of vanilla accompanying even more spicy rye and oak notes.Redemption 10 Year Old Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey was named one of Whisky Advocates Top 10 Whiskies to Try. Redemption 9 Year Old Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon Whiskey
As the quintessential American whiskey, federal regulations in the United States (27 C.F.R. 5 to be specific) require that bourbon be made from a mashbill of at least 51 percent corn before being aged in new oak barrels and bottled at 80 proof or higher. Bourbon that meets these requirements and that has been aged for a minimum of at least two years may be called straight bourbon.Prior to Prohibition, rye whiskey was the staple ingredient of classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, the Manhattan and the Whiskey Sour. Spicier and more robust than malt whiskey, rye was so popular that George Washington distilled it at his estate in Mount Vernon. As distilleries across the country were forced to close their doors due to Prohibition, however, bootleggers began distilling gin instead of rye, and for good reason gin didnt require aging under the watchful eye of a master distiller and its true flavors could be hidden behind a mask of botanicals. As Americans grew accustomed to gin, rye whiskey became an anachronism.Redemption Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of 75 percent corn, 21 percent rye, and 4 percent barley, which makes it significantly lower than their high-rye bourbon but still on par with other classic high-ryes like Four Roses and Wild Turkey, which clock in between eight and sixteen percent rye mash. A bit more approachable to dedicated cask-strength bourbon drinkers, this bottle of Redemption is a good balance between Americas historical staple (rye), and its current love (bourbon). After distillation, it is aged for nine years in new, charred American oak casks before being hand bottled. The nose features prominent oak notes mellowed with caramel, mineral water, anise, orange rind and cocoa. The palate continues to be carried by caramel flavors, with spice and dark fruits leading to a medium finish of herbs and spices. The bourbon has notes of sweet caramel, dried fruits and toffee, which complement hints of cinnamon and spicy rye.Redemption 9 Year Old Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon represents a powerful expression of American whiskey at an incredible value. Their range of pears is also quite diverse, which includes the famous Williams pear and the "Red Williams, "Gute Luise" and "Dr. Guyot varieties. In addition to this, Reisetbauer also owns a 4 hectare plum orchard, harvesting the quinces from his master distiller. The apricots used to produce the distillerys award-winning apricot brandy are sourced from Hanss good friend and well-known vintner Bernhard Ott, who have been working together since 1999. Hans is equipped with one of the most modern distilleries in Austria, and abides by the highest quality standards. This single malt is wholeheartedly Austrian. The malt is sourced from four hectares of barley on their own farm. Mashing and fermentation are started immediately after harvest, in order to best preserve the powerful aroma of perfectly ripe fruit. Fermentation is temperature controlled, and the mash is double distilled in a traditional copper pot still. The heads and tails are cut from the distillate, leaving only the heart of the brandy. About 84 percent alcohol is cut with the spring water of an alpine pasture in the Mhlviertel. The very low calcium and sodium content of this water as well as being low in inorganic materials makes it particularly mild and soft (producer). The Reisetbauer name has garnered worldwide renown, its influence reaching bars and restaurants all over the globe. Hans perpetual search for the ultimate taste, led him down a path to create his vision of a gin with a perfect palate. The first batch of Reisetbauers pot-still, small batch Blue Gin Vintage Dry Gin, was made in 2006 and was crafted using the locally sourced soft alpine waters, which proved a perfect match for gin production. The gin was initially made with 50 botanicals, but the recipe has since been enhanced, and the number of botanicals refined to 27. The juniper forward gin has served as a solid foundation for, and a great counterpart to their flavorful sloe gin, which is essentially their classic Blue Gin, diluted with the juice of organic Hungarian sloe berries (which is part of the rose family and has a very high vitamin C content). This traditional combination is a historical UK favorite, and in this Reisetbauer rendition, the Sloeberry highlights the natural flavors and sweetness of the botanicals of their more traditional gin. A simplicity that allows the individual flavor components to shine. Get your bottle today!

Remus Repeal Reserve Series IV Straight Bourbon Whiskey
George Remus, dubbed the "King of the Bootleggers," was a famous bootlegger during Prohibition, exploiting loopholes in the Volstead Act to distill bourbon. Born in 1878 in Germany, he settled in Chicago with his family in the 1880s. In his teens he worked in his uncles pharmacy, later becoming the owner. It was there that he acquired experience that would prove invaluable during Prohibition, and the pharmacy would serve as the foundation for his empire. He switched careers, going into law and eventually becoming a trial defense attorney gathering even more useful skills. Once Prohibition was starting to wind up, he would defend many bootleggers, taking note of the riches they managed to amass. Once the Volstead Act was enacted, he found a way to circumvent it and provide a steady stream of spirits for his budding bootlegging operation. The empire expanded and Remus eventually had 3,000 workers as well as politicians on his payroll, briefly living a lavish lifestyle that reportedly inspired The Great Gatsby. The 2020 addition to the award-winning series is the Remus Repeal Reserve Series IV Straight Bourbon. It honors the repeal of Prohibition and is meticulously crafted with 12-year-old bourbons, making it the oldest Remus Repeal Reserve to date. 77 percent of the juice is a bourbon with a 21 percent rye mash bill, the remaining 23 percent a 36 percent-rye bourbon.Get one of these limited-edition bottles today!

These quality vineyards with pale and chalky soils yield some of the most the most aromatic grapes. Situated on the banks of the Charente River, the Cognac region of France is divided into six different crus (cru is French term for growth zones): Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois, Bon Bois and Bois Ordinaire. The Grande Champagne cru, which comprises approximately 34,000 hectares, is known for its quiet hills and rich, chalky soil, and is considered to produce the finest cognac in the region. The ideal conditions of these terroirs ripen the grapes to perfection, revealing an exhilarating bouquet of Fine Champagne. This 1738 Accord Royal release is a quality mixture of 65 percent Grande and 35 percent Petite Champagne fruits, to produce a divine blend of 240 eaux-de-vie, cultivated by patience, passion, and devotion. Rmy Martin ages their cognacs to perfection, with a signature complex palette of rich and unique aromas. It was created as an intermediate expression between their VSOP and XO releases, and named in honor of the Accord Royal that was granted by King Louis XV to Rmy Martin in 1738, allowing their use of his land to plant vines.Behind its stately exterior lie mellow and rich flavors that are smooth and well-balanced on the palate. This is an authentic cognac, deeply rooted in the terroir and tradition once honored by the French king himself. Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac
Situated on the banks of the Charente River, the Cognac region of France is divided into six different crus (cru is the French term for growth zones): Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois, Bon Bois and Bois Ordinaire. The Grande Champagne cru, which comprises approximately 34,000 hectares, is known for its quiet hills and rich, chalky soil, and is considered to produce the finest cognac in the region.LOUIS XIII Cognac is unique in a multitude of ways to start, Rmy Martin (the producers of LOUIS XIII) harvests grapes from the Grande Champagne cru, then distills on lees, referring to the solids left over from pressing the grapes. This lends a more concentrated character to the final product, and Rmy Martin is the only producer to do this. Then, the resulting eau de vie (French for water of life) is aged in French Limousin oak casks that have been cut, aged for two years, charred and formed to the exact specifications necessary for crafting LOUIS XIII. As the liquid ages, it is transferred to older and older barrels, moving constantly from one cellar to the next in order to create just the right climate for aging. Finally, to create the traditional LOUIS XIII Cognac, over 1,200 different types of Grand Champagne eaux de vie are blended together, with the youngest eau de vie being 40 years old and the oldest being over 100 years old. Given this astounding aging process, each bottle of LOUIS XIII has been stewarded by at least three generations of cellar masters from Rmy Martin.Named after King Louis XIII of France, who was perceived as the cognac protector, LOUIS XIII Cognac has a striking floral nose with notes of candied fruits and light spices. The nose leads to bolder touches of rose, jasmine, passion fruit and nutmeg on the palate, transitioning into a finish accented by figs, prunes, sandalwood and honey.Modeled after a flask that was lost on a French battlefield more than four centuries ago, each crystal decanter of LOUIS XIII is hand-blown, numbered and decorated with fleurs-de-lis, requiring the work of eleven exceptional craftsmen.
