1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon Whiskey
In 1876, John D. Willett one of Kentuckys original bourbon aristocrats transferred his interest in the Willett and Frenke Distillery to his son-in-laws, Benjamin Mattingly and Thomas Moore. Mattingly and Moore continued to operate the Willett and Frenke Distillery together until 1881, when Mattingly finally sold his stake in the company to a group of investors. Within a few years, Thomas Moore acquired complete control over the distillery and eponymously renamed it. Moore would continue to operate the distillery for another five decades, until he was ultimately forced to close his doors at the onset of Prohibition.Today, the Barton 1792 Distillery operates on the same site as the historic Tom Moore Distillery, and continues to use the same methods that Moore used over a century ago when distilling his own bourbon. 1792 Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley. While the use of corn in the bourbons recipe adds classic notes of buttered bread, biscuits and roasted nuts, the heavy use of rye in the bourbons mashbill yields a more complex and full-bodied whiskey. After the grains are harvested, they are mashed and fermented before being distilled through a copper-pot still. After distillation, the bourbon is aged in new, American oak casks for a minimum of eight years in Warehouse Z on the distillerys estate in Bardstown, Kentucky. Warehouse Z is situated on the edge of a bluff and as a result, enjoys the intense heat and humidity that are ideal for maturing whiskey. "When it comes to barrel aging," says Ken Pierce, Barton 1792s master distiller, "its just like real estate location, location, location. Thats why 1792 ages in Warehouse Z up there on the bluff." In addition, during the maturation process, Pierce samples each cask of bourbon as it rests to determine when the bourbon has reached its peak of maturity. "Quality in, quality out," says Pierce, who has over two decades of experience at the distillery.1792 Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, is named after the year that Kentucky achieved statehood in the United States. This full proof bourbon is bottled at its original 125 entry proof, just as it was years ago when the barrels were first filled. This exceptionally distinct full proof bourbon earned a Silver medal at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and 93 points at the 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.Pick up your bottle today!

1792 Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
In 1876, John D. Willett one of Kentuckys original bourbon aristocrats transferred his interest in the Willett and Frenke Distillery to his son-in-laws, Benjamin Mattingly and Thomas Moore. Mattingly and Moore continued to operate the Willett and Frenke Distillery together until 1881, when Mattingly finally sold his stake in the company to a group of investors. Within a few years, Thomas Moore acquired complete control over the distillery and eponymously renamed it. Moore would continue to operate the distillery for another five decades, until he was ultimately forced to close his doors at the onset of Prohibition.Today, the Barton 1792 Distillery operates on the same site as the historic Tom Moore Distillery, and continues to use the same methods that Moore used over a century ago when distilling his own bourbon.1792 Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of 75 percent corn, 15 percent rye and 10 percent barley. While the use of corn in the bourbons recipe adds classic notes of butterscotch and roasted nuts, the heavy use of rye in the bourbons mashbill yields a more complex and full-bodied whiskey. After the grains are harvested, they are mashed and fermented before being distilled through a copper-pot still. After distillation, the bourbon is aged in new, American oak casks in Warehouse Z on the distillerys estate in Bardstown, Kentucky. Warehouse Z is situated on the edge of a bluff and as a result, enjoys the intense heat and humidity that are ideal for maturing whiskey. In order to create this unique bourbon, says Ken Pierce, Barton 1792s master distiller, the finest barrels are selected and tasted from the best aging warehouses. Only those barrels deemed exceptional are then bottled individually, one by one. This preserves the distinct character of each barrel.Once the bourbon has matured for a minimum of eight years, it is brought to proof with water drawn from the Tom Moore spring. The iron-free, Kentucky limestone water the same water used by Moore over a century ago when crafting his own whiskey adds a subtle touch of complexity and depth to the bourbon.Like the standard issue 1792, the single barrels nose is carried by sweet butterscotch notes, though a bit fruitier overall, with hints of ginger and Fuji apple. The palate is caramel-forward, with just a nip due to the rye, leading to a sweet finish tempered with warm bitter cloves.Previous limited edition releases from 1792 sold well and became scarce quite quickly, and we expect the same from this award-winning distillerys new single barrel release. Take home one of these limited edition bottles today!

291 Colorado Barrel Proof Bourbon Whiskey
291 is an award-winning small batch distillery located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The comparatively young operation was established in 2011 by Michael Myers, a New York City fashion photographer with one cowboy boot always in the Old West. Seeing 9/11 unfold with his own eyes, he made the decision to move to Colorado Springs. Ever since growing up on the rural family farms in Georgia and Tennessee, he has carried with him a vision of a cowboy entering a bar and ordering a bottle. The vision inevitably became reality and the bottle became 291 Colorado Whiskey as fate would have it, on the exact date of the 10-year anniversary of 9/11. Myers previous life as a photographer permeates the distilling process to this day as the original still was fashioned from old copper photogravure plates he once used. Each drop today passes through it, since it is currently being used as a doubler. The whiskey thats made from scratch has a peculiar stage in the mashing process where finished beer is reserved and added to the next batch. They dubbed this technique, unique to Distillery 291, the El Paso County Process. They age their whiskey in heavy charred white oak barrels and finish it with their neighbors toasted aspen staves, added to each barrel. Then the whiskey is cut with clear Rocky Mountain water before being bottled, corked and labeled by hand. This uncut version on their standard Colorado Bourbon is a one year, barrel-aged whiskey distilled in a copper pot still. Finished with toasted, Colorado aspen staves and bottled at barrel proof, this is a high proof bourbon whiskey with greater depth and character. Made from corn, malted rye and malted barley mash.Pick up your bottle today!

"Angels Envy is a lot of things," says Henderson. "Its my lifes work. Its a whiskey of incomparable smoothness. It takes into account over 200 years of bourbon heritage and mingles it with over 400 years of port wine heritage." The name is derived from the term "angels share" - the portion of whiskey that evaporates as it ages in wooden barrels. After tasting the bourbon, Henderson realized that the angels might want a larger cut.Angels Envy Cask Strength Finished in Port Wine Barrels represents the finest whiskey Angels Envy creates. Once in a great while, they discover what they call a honey barrelit might be one in one hundred, but theres just something exceptional about these barrels. Balcones Blue Corn Bourbon
What started as a passion project in an old Texas welding shop in 2009, has grown into one of the most unique craft distilleries. Since 2014 their whisky is crafted in a new state-of-the-art distillery using handmade Scottish Forsyths copper-pot stills and only the finest ingredients. After mashing, they slowly ferment at cool temperatures for seven days. Their fermentation process, which takes nearly twice as long as most other distilleries and is done at much lower temperatures, ultimately produces a richer, smoother whisky. After distillation, they age the whisky using a unique barreling process. "The main difference between Balcones and other single malts," they explain, "is the barreling. The cooperage we use and the care we put into blending and reblending the casks defines a lot of what makes our malt what it is. All of the barrels used are bespoke casks made from fully yard-aged oak with custom toast and char profiles."Then theres their Baby Blue Corn Whisky another type of beast entirely. It is the first blue corn whisky made in Texas since Prohibition. The expression was crafted by Icons of Whisky America 2019s Master Distiller of the Year Jared Himstedt. Crafted from a mash bill of 100 percent blue corn, sourced from a Midwest co-op, the bourbon is aged in new charred oak for 2 to 3 years and bottled at cask strength.Pick your bottle up today!

Belle Meade Cognac Cask Finish Bourbon
Charles Nelson was born on July 4, 1835, in a small town in the Mecklenburg-Schwerin state of northern Germany. In 1850, his father decided to move the family, which included five other siblings, to the United States for a chance at a better life. During the journey across the Atlantic, John Nelson passed away and Charles just 15 years old at the time found himself the breadwinner of the family. After working at several odd jobs throughout the Northeast, Nelson settled in Nashville and opened a grocery store built on the foundation of his three best-selling products: coffee, meat, and whiskey. Demand for Nelsons whiskey soared during Reconstruction such that he shuttered his grocery store and opened up his own distillery. The distillery, commonly known as Old Number Five due to the fact that it was given Distillery License #5, became one of the largest in the United States and was the first to produce Belle Meade Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Old Number Five was eventually forced to close its doors during Prohibition, but today, Charlie and Andy Nelson Charles Nelsons great-great-great grandsons have taken up the family business once more. This cognac finished Belle Meade Bourbon is made from a mashbill of 64 percent corn, 30 percent rye, and 6 percent malted barley. Once the grains are milled and mashed, they are fermented with two unique strains of yeast. I think the two yeast strains really work well together to create that balanced flavor, says Andy, not going too heavy or too light on any single characteristic. Following fermentation, the bourbon is distilled and matured in new, American oak casks before being finished in French Limousin oak barrels which once held Cognac XO Fine Champagne for up to 12 years.Pick up your bottle today!

Berkshire Mountain Distillers Smoke and Peat Bourbon Whiskey
When Chris Weld, founder and master distiller at Berkshire Mountain Distillers, was thirteen years old, he set about building a still for his eighth-grade science project. "My dad was a Scotch drinker, so Id gotten it in my head that I wanted to build my very own still," he says. When he learned that distilling spirits without a license was a federal offense, "well, that kind of put the kibosh on the whole plan."In 2007, he decided to try again. After purchasing some property in the shadow of the Berkshire Mountains in Sheffield, Massachusetts, Weld opened the doors to Berkshire Mountain Distillers. At the time, the land was little more than a dilapidated apple farm, but it did sport a legendary hot spring that was once deemed to produce the finest water in the world. Back in the 19th century, the water from the spring was thought to be so curative and therapeutic that people would travel across the country in order to drink from it. While Weld doesnt claim that the spring water which is rich in minerals and naturally granite-filtered has any mystical healing powers, he does swear by it.The towns first legal distillery since Prohibition, Berkshire Mountain Distillers is a genuine artisanal brand, crafting award-winning spirits in small batches, whilst supporting local agriculture by using regionally sourced ingredients. Their Islay inspired smoke and peat series bourbon features their award-winning Berkshire bourbon, previously aged in virgin American white oak barrels, before being transferred to freshly emptied Islay single malt casks, finishing in the heavily peated smoked casks for just the right amount of time, yielding a whiskey with versatile appeal. Blantons Straight From the Barrel Bourbon Whiskey
In the winter of 1881, Albert Bacon Blanton was born on a farm situated just outside of Frankfort, Kentucky. At the age of 16, Blanton began working at the Old Fire Copper Distillery (often abbreviated O.F.C. Distillery) as an office boy. Over the next few years, Blanton reportedly worked in every department at the distillery. By the age of 20, he was appointed the superintendent of O.F.C, and worked there until his retirement in 1952.Much like his mentor, E.H. Taylor, Blanton was a traditional bourbon aristocrat, wedded to the production of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Blanton identified a certain section of Warehouse H at his distillery, which he believed was the best for aging bourbon, and would personally select individual barrels from the section to bottle for his own private reserve.Today, Blantons Original Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is still aged in the same section of Warehouse H as Blantons Private Reserve was over 50 years ago. Made from a unique mash bill of corn, rye for spice, and malted barley. This bourbon is aged in white oak and bottled uncut and unfiltered. This special single barrel and cask strength release varies in ABV, ranging from 62 percent to 67 percent.Pick up your bottle today!

Bombergers Declaration Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The Bombergers Distillery legacy can be traced back to 1753, when two Swiss Mennonite farmers by the name of John and Michael Shenk began distilling rye whiskey on their farm near Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The distillery was passed down through relatives of the Shenk family until 1860 when the distillery was purchased (and subsequently renamed) by Pennsylvania Dutchman Adam Bomberger, who owned and operated the distillery until Prohibition forced its closing in 1919. At that time, Bombergers Distillery was the oldest operating distillery in the United States, and in many ways represented the transformation of whiskey distilling from an agricultural enterprise to a large-scale industrial one.Today, Bomberger Distillery is recognized as a national landmark and is undergoing a whiskey-making renaissance thanks to the stewardship of Dick Stoll, Bombergers master distiller. Trained by Everett Beam himself, Stoll is the former master distiller of Pennsylvania Michters, where he created the famed A.H. Hirsch Bourbon. Eric Wolfe, a business partner, involved in the revitalization of the Bombergers brand, has said of Stoll, who is now in his 80s, "He knows so many things from doing this for decades, that he doesnt even know what he knows. Bombergers bourbon is an incredibly balanced whiskey with smooth notes of caramel sweetness, charred oak, and citrus.Pick up your bottle today!
