Aged for 4 years in new oak barrels and bottled at 96-proof, the high wheat content results in an overall softer and sweeter whiskey. Its wonderfully complex aroma includes spice notes of ginger, sage, and lavender, as well as fruity notes of pear, some vanilla, and toffee.
