Herradura Legend Tequila Anejo
In 1870, Flix Lpez began cultivating blue weber agave from the fields of the San Jos del Refugio Hacienda, situated in Jalisco, Mexico. Since then, expert jimadores have been nurturing the crop at the hacienda, which ultimately came to be known as Casa Herradura. Today, the agave growing Casa Herradura, which can take up to ten years to mature, grow up 2 meters high and weigh nearly 500 pounds, are descendants of the original agave growing on the estate in 1870.Tequila Herradura Legend is a unique Aejo tequila made from the finest 100 percent blue agave, naturally fermented, distilled and then matured for 14 months in heavily charred, new American white oak barrels. These special barrels have been deeply grooved, exposing the tequila to more layers of toasted oak, as it patiently ages resulting in a special Aejo tequila with an incredibly rich, deep color and a luxurious and velvety smooth taste.Pick up your bottle today!

Herradura Seleccion Suprema Extra Anejo Tequila
In 1870, Flix Lpez began cultivating blue weber agave from the fields of the San Jos del Refugio Hacienda, situated in Jalisco, Mexico. Since then, expert jimadors have been nurturing the crop at the hacienda, which ultimately came to be known as Casa Herradura. Today, the agave growing Casa Herradura, which can take up to ten years to mature, grow up 2 meters high and weigh nearly 500 pounds, are descendants of the original agave growing on the estate in 1870.Herradura Seleccion Suprema Extra Aejo Tequila is crafted using agave harvested exclusively from the Casa Herradura estate. Once the agave have been harvested, the heart of the plant (the pia) is stripped away from its leaves using a special knife called a coa and cooked for approximately 26 hours in ovens made of stone and brick. During this cooking process, the once-white pias turn a deep orange color, and reveal an incredibly sweet and intense aroma (the pias are so sweet that chunks of cooked agave are often sold as candy in the street markets of Jalisco).Once the pias have been cooked, they are crushed and then fermented for up to seven days using natural, air-borne yeasts. Then, the wash is twice distilled and the tequila is matured for four years in American white oak casks that were formerly used to mature Kentucky bourbon. As a result of this extra-long aging process, the tequila has an aroma of dark vanilla, rose petals, cinnamon and intense citrus. Complex notes of baked apples, pineapples, citrus, vanilla pods and caramel are exposed on the palate, and give way to a creamy finish that has touches of lingering spices.Herradura Seleccion Suprema Extra Aejo Tequila earned the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2012 and the Platinum Medal at the Spirits International Prestige Awards the same year. In addition, it earned a score of 94 points at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge in 2014, where it was named the Best Extra Aejo Tequila in the World.Pick up a bottle today!

Hibiki 12 Year Old Japanese Whisky
In February 1899, Shinjiro Torii opened a store in Osaka, Japan that traded in imported wines. Within a decade, Torii began producing his own sweet grape wine called Akadama Port Wine, which became wildly popular throughout the country. In 1923, Torri fascinated by whisky his entire life decided to expand his business and began construction of the Yamazaki Distillery, Japans first-ever whisky distillery.Although inspired by traditional Scottish distilleries, Torii envisioned a uniquely Japanese approach to whisky and chose a location for his distillery that offered a climate and terrain that were completely different than those of Scotland. Nestled on the periphery of Kyoto, Yamazaki Distillery is situated at the confluence of three rivers the Katsura, Uji and Kizu that provide the warm, damp environment ideal for the production and maturation of whisky.Fifty years after the construction of Yamazaki Distillery, Keizo Saji inherited his fathers vision and constructed Suntorys second distillery. Situated amidst the deep forests of Mount Kaikomagatake in Japans southern Alps, the Hakushu Distillery enjoys a unique microclimate as a result of being surrounded by nearly 6,000 varieties of plants and thousand-year-old granite rocks.Hibiki 12 Year Old Japanese Whisky is crafted from a blend of over 30 unique whiskies produced at both Yamazaki Distillery and Hakushu Distillery, including some that have matured in previously-used Umeshu casks (Umeshu casks are specially coopered casks that are used in the maturation of plum liqueur). "This is all done by hand the traditional way," says Osamu Abe, the manager of Yamazaki Distillery, referring to the cooperage taking place at the distillery. "This is called yagura craftsmanship. You must watch and listen to how theyre made. In Japan, we say "use all 5 senses. Of course we learn from others, but our own senses are key."After each whisky used to craft Hibiki Whisky has matured for a minimum of 12 years (although some whiskies are matured as long as 30 years), the whisky is brought to proof using pure Japanese spring water. Hibiki, which translates to "resonance" in English, echoes the unique environment in which the whisky is distilled and matured. The whisky has an aroma of fruits, particularly pineapples and plums, with hints of honey and custard. The aroma gives way to a soft, mellow flavor profile that has notes of caramel, honeyed oak and apricots. The finish, which is elegant and complex, has touches of spicy wood, dried fruits and sour candy.Hibiki 12 Year Old Japanese Whisky earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the Gold Medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition, where it was named Best in Class. In addition, it earned a score of 93 points from the Beverage Testing Institute. Each bottle of Hibiki 12 Year Old Whisky is crafted with 24 facets that represent the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar. High West A Midwinter Nights Dram
Situated at the bottom of the Quitting Time Ski Run in Park City, High West Distillery and Saloon is the first distillery in Utah since Prohibition and the only ski-in gastro-distillery in the world. "We wanted to call High West a "saloon", says David Perkins, High Wests founder, "because we wanted to pay homage to the history of saloons in the old West and the important role they played in each and every town that had one. The saloon was the main meeting place where town hall was held, important announcements were made, and people went to eat and drink. We want people to share that sense of community and friendship over High West."High West A Midwinter Nights Dram is a limited edition rye whiskey just released by High West Distillery. The whiskey is made from a marriage of six year-old rye whiskey (made from 95 percent rye and 5 percent malted barley) and sixteen year old-rye whiskey (made from a mash of 80 percent rye, 10 percent corn, 10 percent barley malt). After the rye whiskies were married together, they were finished in French oak barrels and barrels that were previously used to mature port. "The rye forms a beautiful vanilla, caramel and cinnamon base, the port barrels add plums and dried fruits, and the French Oak adds a spice accent," says Perkins. "It tastes like a proper Christmas plum pudding with lovely mulling spices, dried fruits and crme Anglaise. We knew this was just perfect in the middle of a long cold winter."High West A Midwinter Nights Dram is a limited edition whiskey, and we have only a handful of bottles available. Pick one up today!

High West American Prairie Bourbon Whiskey
More than two hundred years ago, Meriwether Lewis and William Clark set forth on a journey that would take them through the Great Plains, along the banks of the Yellowstone River and finally, to the beaches of the Pacific Ocean. At the time, the Great Plains abounded with millions of bison, pronghorn antelope, deer and elk. In addition, immense flocks of birds blanketed the open sky.High West American Prairie Bourbon pays tribute to the expedition of Lewis and Clark and to the frontiersman who pioneered the west. Made from a secret blend of a 2 year old bourbon from Indiana (made from a mash of 75 percent corn, 20 percent rye and 5 percent barley), a 6 year old bourbon from Kentucky, and a 13 year old bourbon from Kentucky, American Prairie is finished in American white oak casks with a #2 char on the heads and a #4 char on the staves. The varied char of each cask gives the bourbon a unique flavor profile " it has strong notes of vanilla and caramel married with notes of blood oranges and dark cherries.Ten percent of the profits from the sale of each bottle of American Prairie will be donated to the American Prairie Foundation. The American Prairie Foundation is assembling the largest wildlife preserve in the continental United States, which, when complete, will be 5,000 square miles or roughly the size of Connecticut. "High West is passionate about the American West " our home " and more importantly we want to help preserve its culture, heritage, and natural beauty," says David Perkins, High Wests manager.High West American Prairie is a limited release, limited edition blend of bourbons. Situated at the bottom of the Quitting Time Ski Run in Park City, High West Distillery and Saloon is the first distillery in Utah since Prohibition and the only ski-in gastro-distillery in the world. We wanted to call High West a saloon, says David Perkins, High Wests founder, because we wanted to pay homage to the history of saloons in the old West and the important role they played in each and every town that had one. The saloon was the main meeting place where town hall was held, important announcements were made, and people went to eat and drink. We want people to share that sense of community and friendship over High West.High West Bourye is crafted from a blend of rich bourbons that have matured for a minimum of ten years, and extraordinary rye whiskeys that have aged for ten and sixteen years old. The whiskey offers a combination of sweet honey nougat, mulling spices, and candied fruits, says Perkins. Its very similar to the original Bourye in terms of age and taste profile, but we actually think this one is better.Bourye is a combination of "Bou" for bourbon and "rye" for..well, rye whiskey. Because combining bourbon and rye is a bit unusual, we couldnt help thinking of the jackalope. Legend has it that the best way to catch a jackalope is to lure it with whiskey (as they have a particular fondness for this beverage). Once intoxicated, the animal can quickly be caught.Inspired by the legendary hybrid creature: the jackalope, this High West fusion is a proprietary blend of mature bourbon and rye (sure to attract even the most finicky of jackalopes). All sourced from MGP, Lawrenceburg, Indiana, each whiskey in this meticulously crafted blend was aged a minimum of 10 years.Pick up your bottle today!

High West Campfire Whiskey
"After a tour of a distillery in Scotland," says Perkins, the owner of High West Distillery, "we went out to dinner and they brought us a dessert of honeydew drizzled with peated syrup. Highclere Castle Gin
Distilled above an ancient underground water source, Highclere Castle Gin is produced in Englands oldest gin distillery in one of the oldest working copper gin stills dating back to the 1800s.This recipe was carefully developed over two years, after experimenting with several botanicals homegrown on the Highclere estate this meticulous selection of ingredients was chosen for the recipe that includes the extraction of essential oils, which in the presence of alcohol gives Highclere Castle Gin its uniquely smooth character. At the beginning of the distillation process, the botanicals are slowly added to the still, along with a charge of spirits. After the lid is closed the steam jacket gently warms the still. This warming process allows the botanicals to begin releasing their oils for distillation and this process of maceration continues overnight. The following morning, the stills are heated to a higher temperature, making the charge boil. A boiling process turns the liquid into vapor, which evaporates to the swan neck and water-cooled condenser, creating the liquid. The distillate is separated out into three parts; heads, hearts and tails. Only the heart section is used in the Highclere gin-making process; the most subtle and refined of the aromas and flavors are given off during the distillation. The resultant high proof liquid is blended with water to precisely 43.5 percent ABV for maximum flavor. Known as "the real Downton Abbey," Highclere Castle distilled this award-winning London Dry Gin to have an exceptionally smooth flavor profile which comes from ingredients like lavender, which was planted by the Bishops of Winchester in the 9th century, and citrus from the Victorian-era orangery and juniper that has grown wild at Highclere since Roman times. Highclere Castle Gin earned gold awards from both Critics Challenge and Proof awards, receiving a score of 94. Pick up your bottle today!

Highland Park 12 Year Old Flaviar Edition 2020
Situated in the Orkney archipelago in Northern Scotland, Highland Park Distillery was founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson. The name of the distillery is derived not from the region of Scotland known as The Highlands the Orkney islands are not a part of the Highlands but rather from the region known as High Park, where the distillery was founded. Highland Park is an incredible longstanding whisky house, and they pride themselves on their rich Norse heritage, an essence which is reflected in their craft.Today, over two centuries after its founding, Highland Park Distillery remains one of the few Scottish distilleries that continues to hand-turn, malt, and peat its own barley, using locally cut peat from the nearby Hobbister Moor. The malt is peated to 20 parts per million phenol, and then mixed with unpeated malt produced on the Scottish mainland... "You have to be careful here on the malting floor," says Eric Tait, Highland Parks Maltman. "You find it can get a wee bit slippery underneath. I have to turn the malt every eight hours to prevent the roots getting tangled and to get it all aerated properly. The airing also helps it to grow. The malt will be on the floor for seven days, and Im running five floors at the moment."After malting the barley, Highland Park Distillery smokes it using peat sourced from Hobbister Moor, a peat bog located approximately seven miles from the distillery. Hobbister Moor peat is sourced from floral heather bushes, which burn hotter and cleaner than the grassy peats of Islay. Also, the peat sourced from Hobbister Moor has greater derivatives of carbohydrates and a lower concentration of lignin than peat from Islay, giving Highland Parks peat a unique chemical fingerprint. The peat is "absolutely fundamental in understanding the flavor of Highland Park Whisky," says Russell Anderson, the distillery manager. Together with Orkneys unique environment (the temperate, moist climate of the archipelago results in an even maturation process), the peat gives Highland Park Whisky its traditional malty flavors that are tempered by an ever-so-subtle touch of smoke. This expression comes from their Single Cask series, meaning its a unique whisky where the cask yielded a total of only 306 bottles. The cask was hand-picked by Flaviar and the juice is bottled at a cask-strength full 125 proof. The liquid has spent a dozen years in its first-fill European oak sherry hogshead, making for a fruity and extremely well-balanced single malt.Pick one of these 306 bottles up today!

Highland Park 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Founded in 1798, presumably by Magnus Eunson, Highland Parks distillery is a Scotch whisky distillery in Kirkwall Orkney. Highland Park is the northernmost distillery in Scotland, a half mile further north than Scapa distillery. Although the name of the whisky has Highland in the title, the name of the whisky does not refer to the Scottish Highlands, but rather to the fact that the distillery was founded on an area called High Park which is distinguished from a lower Park area nearby.Highland Park malts its own barley, using locally cut peat from the nearby Hobbister Moor. The malt is peated to 20 parts per million phenol and then mixed with unpeated malt produced on the Scottish mainland.Highland Park is home to several critically acclaimed whiskies, offering several proprietary bottlings by year. In 1984, they became the first whisky ever to have scored a rating of 100 percent from The Scotland newspapers tasting team. Highland Park is made today, just as it was in 1798, using what they call their five keystones of production: aromatic peat, hand-turned floor maltings, sherry oak casks, cool maturation, and cask harmonization.Their peat is hand-cut from the Hobbister Moor, no less than seven miles from the distillery. The moor is over 9,000 years old, going as deep as four meters. The barren woodless moor is composed layer upon layer of densely compacted vegetation. Rich in heather, the peat is dried naturally in the summer, then burned in ancient kilns, where its heathery aromatic smoke infuses the malting barley.Highland Park is also one of the few distilleries that meticulously turns their malt by hand. Their barrels are cut from European and American oak, and crafted into staves at precisely 45. This was the method used by the Vikings to make their longships watertight. This special Highland Park single malt is matured predominately in American ex-sherry casks for 21 years. Pick up your bottle today!

The bottle is intended to represent the confluence of the sea, weather and time-honored traditions that have guided Highland Park over the course of the past two centuries. The whisky has a bright, mahogany hue, along with an aroma of tobacco, chewy leather, raisins and nutmeg. The aroma gives way to rich and spicy flavors, that are balanced by touches of brown sugar, molasses, wood tannins and caramel. The finish is long and warming, with a touch of spicy clove.Only 275 bottles of this whisky were ever produced. Pick one up today!
