Situated at the bottom of the Quitting Time Ski Run in Park City, High West Distillery and Saloon is the first distillery in Utah since Prohibition and the only ski-in gastro-distillery in the world. The classic Manhattan cocktail has a balance of rich sweetness, bitterness, and spice, achieved with sweet vermouth, aromatic bitters, and High Wests own bourbon and rye whiskeys, the ration being 2:1 in favor of whiskey.
