Crown Royal XR Blue Label Canadian Whisky
In 1939, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth made history when they became the first reigning monarchs to journey across North America, traveling the distance by train. Prior to their arrival, a local entrepreneur set out to craft a whisky that the King and Queen could enjoy in the privacy of their rail car. After sampling over 600 different blends of whisky, and scouring through hundreds of different types of glass, labels and bottles, the entrepreneur created what he believed to be the perfect whisky and called it Crown Royal.Crown Royal XR Whisky was handcrafted by Crown Royals Master Blender Andrew MacKay. The blend includes the last stocks of whiskies distilled at the famous LaSalle Distillery, which was shuttered in 1993. The distillery was known for producing whiskies with a unique richness that was attributed to the water that surrounded it. "LaSalle holds a historic place in the whiskey world and is incredibly special to me," says MacKay, "because its where I first learned about creating memorable blends.""The whiskies are obviously from pre-1993," adds MacKay about Crown Royal XR, "but when were putting these blends together, the idea is not to hit an age profile. Its designed to be a smooth, gentle whisky in your mouth. That creamy character of Crown Royal is there."Crown Royal XR has an aroma of dried fruits, caramel, honey combs and creamy vanilla. The aroma gives way to notes of cocoa, figs, raisins, prunes and brown sugar that are complemented by a subtle, spicy undertone. The finish is creamy and rich, with hints of milk chocolate, coffee and cloves. The whisky earned the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and earned a perfect 96-100 point score from Wine Enthusiast. Cruz de Fuego Mezcal Espadin
Launched in 2015 by Margarita Blas and her son Carlos Mendez Blas, Cruz de Fuego is based in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, and produces mezcal in a certified artisanal, traditional way, embracing everything that sets mezcal apart from other spirits. Agaves are at the center of this where other sources of fermentables (grains, fruit, sugar cane) take a mere couple of months to mature, some agave variants may take up to 25 years! The agaves are roasted underground for 5 days in conical stone-lined ovens, covered with dirt. The cooked agaves are then milled using a stone wheel, pulled by a horse. They are then left in open-air wooden barrels, where wild fermentation takes place, before being distilled twice in wood-fired copper stills. The respect for the land and tradition has paid off and their products have received multiple awards, the coveted "Double Gold" at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition among them. The Mezcal Espadin expression follows that traditional process and is made using 7- to 10-year-old agaves. It is bottled at 90 proof and features an exquisitely light, sweet, vegetal and floral profile. The unique and eye-catching fabric labels honor the Oaxacan textile tradition.Get one of these beautiful bottles today!

Cruzan Single Barrel Rum
Cruzan is a Rum producer in Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Owned by Beam Suntory, Cruzan was founded in 1760, and lays claim to being the most honored rum distillery in the world. For eight generations the distillery has been owned and operated by the Nelthropp family. The Cruzan Rum Distillery (formerly known as Estate Diamond) has been in operation for over 250 years and counting, and they proudly offer tours of the historic estate in Frederiksted. As the largest supplier of American private and distributor label rum, Cruzan also produces a pure sugar cane medicinal distillate, which is available in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Cruz is also one of only two rum distilleries that are a part of the American Whiskey Trail, largely due in part to its special place in American history.Very similar to Cuban style rum, which has a cleaner, lighter character, Cruzan Rums have received much critical acclaim. Tropical breezes circulate through the open-air warehouses of the distillery, infusing the spirit with island character. Crafted using natural ingredients, each stage of production is meticulously monitored. All of the Cruzan Rums are distilled using a modern five column technique which produces a lighter bodied rum, and also allows the quality of the spirit to be scrutinizingly controlled. Cruzan Single Barrel Rum is a blend of vintage rums aged up to 12 years. After being blended these vintage rums are aged in new oak barrels for nearly a year. Each barrel is bottled individually, yielding distinctly different characteristics in each batch. Although each batch is unique, they all share similar characteristics. With notes of caramel and oak and a nice buttery finish, Cruzan single barrel is one of the most awarded aged rums on the market at the moment.Get your bottle today!

Cuca Fresca Ouro Cachaa
During the 17th century, the Madeira archipelago (situated just 200 miles north of the Canary Islands off the coast of Africa) was a major exporter of sugar and sugar cane to much of Portugal and Western Europe. As Algerian pirates began raiding European cargo ships in the late 18th century, however, and Napoleon plunged Europe into a series of wars beginning in 1803, the waters off the coast of the Madeira archipelago became too dangerous to navigate. As a result, the production of sugar cane, as well as Cachaa a spirit distilled from sugar cane shifted from Madeira to Brazil. Since then, Cachaa has become the most popular spirit in Brazil and the third most-popular spirit in the world.Cuca Fresca Ouro Cachaa is made from 100 percent organic, estate-grown sugarcane harvested in Minas Gerais, Brazils most famous Cachaa producing region. After the stalks of the sugarcane grow as high 12 feet, expert farmers tenderly harvest the crops by hand using a machete (no flame-harvesting is used during the process). "We believe in using the highest quality sugar cane," says Phoenix Kelly-Rappa, the Managing Partner of Cuca Fresca. "Its never burned, as some sugar cane is. Thats one of the things that makes Cuca Fresca extremely smooth. It has a fresher, spicier taste to it, much lighter than rums from the Caribbean that are made from molasses."After being harvested, the sugarcane is then pressed at the distillery and the resulting juice is slowly fermented using a four-generation old Cachaa recipe. Following fermentation, the wash is double-distilled through an alambique, artisanal copper pot still. Cuca Fresca Ouro Cachaa is then aged for four years in Jequitiba wood barrels, giving the Cachaa notes of baked bananas and dried fruits. "We use all artisanal methods with no mass production," notes Kelly-Rappa, of Cuca Fresca Ouro. After the cachaa is brought to proof, it is triple filtered before each bottle is filled and labeled."Cuca Fresca,"which literally translates to "cool head,"is a Brazilian expression meaning "to be relaxed"or "relaxation."Try a bottle of this cachaa and achieve cuca fresca today!

Curious Gin
Nestled in the foothills of the Catskill mountains and located just moments away from the site of the original Woodstock Music Festival, Catskill Distilling Company honors the rich history of the Sullivan County Catskills a unique blend of tradition and revolution. Over three decades ago, Monte Sachs Catskill Distilling Companys founder and master distiller attended veterinary school at the University of Pisa in Italy. After class each day, Sachs would meet with an Italian farmer named Bernardini, who taught Sachs how to distill grappa. "He taught me about the importance of sourcing quality ingredients from small farms and about how the shape and size of a still is reflected in the weight and mouthfeel of the spirits," says Sachs.Catskill Distilling Companys Curious Gin is distilled from locally-grown, whole wheat, which Sachs purchases from a nearby mill. After mashing and fermenting the wheat for approximately five days, Sachs distills the wash through his custom-made, twin 650-liter copper-pot stills imported from Germany. "Some people have said saxophone; some people have said flute; some people have said Willy Wonka," says Sachs, of the stills appearance. "But it is an incredible instrument." The grain-based spirit is infused with a unique recipe of exactly fourteen ingredients, including oranges, cucumbers, Spanish almonds, cassia, cinnamon, coriander, juniper berries and anise. "I searched tirelessly for the perfect combination of regional and exotic botanicals in order to craft the gin," says Sachs.Following distillation, Sachs brings the gin to proof with pure snowmelt water sourced from the Catskill mountains. The mineral-rich water gives the gin an aroma of herbs and spices, along with a touch of citrus zest and pepper. The aroma gives way to notes of tangy juniper, vanilla, oranges, lemons and dried herbs on the palate, and finishes with a spicy hint of cinnamon and anise.Catskill Distilling Companys Curious Gin earned the Silver Medal at the New York Food and Wine Classic in 2012, and the Silver Medal at The Fifty Best Tasting Competition in 2013.Pick up a bottle today!

Cutty Sark Prohibition Edition Scotch Whisky
Built in 1869 with an iron frame and a wooden hull, the Cutty Sark is a British clipper ship that was designed to transport tea from from China to London. At the time of its construction, the tea trade was intensely competitive and substantial bonuses were paid to ships that arrived in London with the first tea of the year. As a result, the Cutty Sark was engineered to be one of the fastest ships in the world, logging a maximum speed of 17.5 knots. The ships name was derived from the nickname of Nannie Dee, a witch in Robert Burns poem Tam oShaner.Cutty Sark Scotch Whisky is produced by Edrington of Glasgow, whose main offices are fewer than 10 miles away from the birthplace of the clipper. Cutty Sark Prohibition Edition pays homage to Captain William McCoy, who smuggled Cutty Sark whisky into the United States during Prohibition. His reputation for dealing with unadulterated liquor (at the time, many bootleggers mixed their spirits with other liquids in order to increase yield) gave rise to the Cutty Sark being referred to as "The Real McCoy."Cutty Sark Prohibition Edition Scotch Whisky is crafted from a blend of the finest single malts and top-quality grain whiskies available in Scotland, including whiskies sourced from The Macallan and Highland Park. Once the whiskies were identified, they were married together in hand selected American oak casks and then brought to 100 proof before being bottled. As a result, the whisky has a golden honey color, along with an aroma of ripe citrus, orange zest and fragrant spices. The aroma gives way to notes of toffee, creamy vanilla, pepper and coffee beans on the palate, and leads to a finish accented by touches of oak spices and sweet fruit."This blend is created with exact precision as Captain McCoy himself would approve to celebrate the 80th anniversary of such a significant era," says Kirsteen Campbell, the distillerys Master Blender. Cuvee Rose Laurent Perrier Champagne
Maison Pierlot was founded in 1812 by Andr Michel Pierlot, a former cooper and bottler who purchased two parcels of property in Tours-sur-Marne. Upon his death, Pierlot willed the company to his cellar master, Eugne Laurent, and the name was eventually changed to Maison Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, Laurents widow, became the steward and combined the two family names. Today, Michel Fauconnet, Laurent-Perriers third Cellar Master, continues to shepherd the family legacy forward.Cuve Ros Laurent-Perrier is crafted using Pinot Noir grapes from nearly a dozen crus, most of them grands crus. The grapes derive from the South and North parts of the Montagne de Reims, including the celebrated Cte de Bouzy. Once the grapes have been harvested by expert farmers, they are manually sorted and macerated for up to three days using the saigne method. This maceration method provides the champagne with a delicate salmon pink color, along with a flavor profile dominated by notes of berries and citrus. After pressing the grapes, the juice or must is fermented and bottled. "Then, we wait," says Fauconnet it takes a minimum of four years of maturation to coax bottles of Cuve Ros Laurent-Perrier to perfection.Cuve Ros Laurent-Perrier has a slightly salmon color, along with an aroma of berries, watermelon, black cherries and citrus. The aroma gives way to a symphony of raspberries and strawberries, and leads to a tender and delicate finish.Pick up a bottle today!

Cyrus Noble Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
After a failed attempt to strike it rich during the California Gold Rush, Cyrus Noble returned to his native Ohio and took work at the Freiberg-Workum Distillery, situated near the Ohio River. After years of studying and hard-work, Noble was promoted to superintendent of the distillery and began perfecting the craft of distilling small-batch spirits.Noble not only enjoyed producing bourbon, he also enjoyed consuming it. While the exact circumstances remain unknown, rumor has it that, while intoxicated one day, Cyrus was experimenting with a new recipe for bourbon, when he slipped and fell into a vat of whiskey. In 1871, the distillery appropriately commissioned the new bourbon under his name. The smooth bourbon found its way into saloons across the Western frontier, and was enjoyed by both men and women who shared a common spirit of adventure, and possessed the ingenuity and wherewithal to help settle the booming west.Made from a mash of 75 percent corn, 17 percent rye and 8 percent malted barley, Cyrus Noble Bourbon Whiskey is born in Kentucky and aged for five to six years in American white oak barrels in San Francisco. With notes of caramel, hazelnut, and toffee, each bottle reflects the spirit and character of a hand-made, intimate whiskey. In 1899, when George Dewey was told of his promotion to Admiral of the United States Navy he is the only person in the history of the United States to have ever held that rank Dewey reached for two glasses and a bottle of Cyrus Noble and toasted to his success.Have a toast to your own success with a bottle of Cyrus Noble today!

Dads Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey
In March 1791, at the behest of Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton, President George Washington signed into the law the Whiskey Excise Act. The law levied taxes on spirits distilled within the United States and was the first tax ever levied by the federal government on a domestically-produced product.Farmers living west of the Appalachian Mountains the western frontier at the time were vehemently opposed to the tax. These farmers often operated small stills and distilled the excess grains they harvested from their farms into whiskey, which was easier to transport over the Appalachian Mountains as compared to cumbersome grains. When agents of the Treasury Department were forcibly prevented from collecting the whiskey tax by the farmers turned distillers, George Washington led a federalized militia of nearly 13,000 soldiers into western Pennsylvania in order to suppress the "Whiskey Rebellion." Without firing a shot, the rebellion collapsed, although many Pennsylvanian farmers continued to evade the tax."Dads Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskies pay homage to our states rich tradition of making small-batch whiskey," says Herman Mihalich, master distiller at Mountain Laurel Spirits. Raised in Monessen (a small city situated in southwest Pennsylvania) and armed with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Wharton, Mihalich has spent most of his life in Pennsylvania. "I really wanted to revive that entrepreneurial spirit and rich rye heritage we have here,"he says.Dads Hat Rye is made from a mash of 80 percent rye, 15 percent malted barley and 5 percent malted rye. After Mihalich sources all of the grains from local farmers in Pennsylvania, he slowly ferments the mash for approximately seven days before distilling it though a 500-gallon Christian Carl copper-pot still imported from Germany. The still, which is augmented by a side-column, allows Mihalich to remove any impurities in the whiskey, while simultaneously refining its flavor and texture. After distillation, Dads Hat Pennsylvania Rye is aged in charred, white oak quarter casks (15-gallon casks) for just under one year in a temperature-controlled warehouse. The small casks and climate-controlled aging give the whiskey hints of cinnamon, dried fruits, nuts and candied apple, which nicely balance out the flavor of the spicy rye. After maturing, each cask of Dads Hat Rye Whiskey is brought to proof and bottled by hand.Inspired by the old-fashioned fedora hats his father used to purchase in Philadelphia, Mihalichs goal was to recreate the sentiment that these hats represented with Dads Hat Whiskey: quality, tradition and integrity. Try a quality, traditional rye whiskey today!

Daftmill 2006 Summer Batch Release Scotch Whisky
Situated in the Howe of Fife, a valley in Scotland, Daftmill is a family farm that mainly grows cereals and potatoes and rears cattle. It is named after a local stream, called "The Daft Burn", which plays a trick on the eye when viewed from a certain point, making it seem as if the river is running uphill. The farm has been operational for 6 generations but it wasnt until more recently that brothers Ian and Francis Cuthbert whisky lovers and perfectionists finally opened the doors of the distillery that was long in coming. Their own malted barley was on hand, so was an artesian spring, and an old mill building was converted into a distillery in 2004 and 2005. All the labor and equipment apart from their stills from Forsyths in Rothes came from local craftsmen. It was on November 30, 2005 that they received their license at last. The first whisky was distilled 2 weeks later. Then came the waiting game, as they expected that their spirits would not reach the market before they have aged for at least a decade. Indeed, they began releasing the whisky in 2018 at 12 years of age.Using their own farm-grown barley and artesian-well water they craft fine Lowlands whisky with minimal waste where all the magic happens within a 5-mile radius of the farm. Daftmill is a farm first and distillery second, as the latter only operates during midsummer and winter, during the farms quiet periods a practice that used to be the norm in Scotland, but has become extremely uncommon in the past century. This means that all their spirits come in super-limited quantities.Daftmill 2006 Summer Batch Release is a Lowland single malt that was distilled in 2006, matured for 12 years in oak barrels (Daftmill mostly uses American ex-bourbon casks from the Heaven Hill Distillery), then bottled in 2019 at 92 proof. Their past releases have proved to be highly collectible and this one is bound to continue the trend with a total of 1,680 bottles available from the 7 different casks in total.Grab one of these limited-quantity bottles today!

Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated along the Grampian Mountains in the Highlands region of Scotland, Dalwhinnie Distillery was founded in 1897 by John Grant, and was originally named Strathspey Distillery. In 1898, Grant declared bankruptcy and sold the distillery to AP Blyth, who renamed the distillery Dalwhinnie. The name, which roughly translates to "meeting place" in ancient Gaelic, is a reference to the cattle farmers who would pause at Dalwhinnie on their journey south to the cattle markets in Crieff and Falkirk.Dalwhinnie Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made exclusively from freshly harvested, plump barley, which is milled and mashed with water sourced from Lochan an Doire Uaine (meaning "Loch of the Green Thicket"). The pure spring water, which travels through local peat before reaching the loch (the loch itself is situated 2,000 feet above sea level), imparts a soft yet subtle complexity to the whisky. Since no other distillery may legally use water drawn from Lochan an Doire Uaine, no other distillery is able to replicate the unique, malty-sweet taste of Dalwhinnie Single Malt Scotch Whisky. After the barley has been milled and mashed, it is fermented in the distillerys original, wooden washbacks. While wooden washbacks are more expensive and difficult to maintain as compared to stainless steel washbacks, they absorb a portion of the heat generated during fermentation, and thus, enable a slower and longer fermentation process. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled twice, first through Dalwhinnies copper-pot wash still, and then again through its copper-pot spirit still. Aged for 15 years, this classic whisky displays all of the signature Highland qualities of honey and heather.Pick up your bottle today!

David Nicholson 1843
In 1843 a grocer by the name of David Nicholson started distilling his original bourbon recipe in the private back room of his St. Louis general store on North 6th Street. Unbeknownst to its forefather, a legacy was born. Half a century his recipe had been passed down for generations. Eventually, the legendary Julian Pappy Van Winkle and W.L. Weller handcrafted Nicholsons iconic 43 bourbon at the Stitzel distillery. The Van Winkles owned the brand until 2000 when Luxco acquired it. Still possessing the outstanding character for which it earned its original popularity in 1843, the David Nicholson legacy lives on unchanged, unfettered, and unmatched.
