Davids Harp Handmade Vodka

Owned for more than seven decades by the Mattas family, Mountain View Distillery is an artisan craft distillery located on the Mattas Family farm in Minaville NY, the only Passover micro-distillery in the United States. This handmade vodka is a clear, high-strength alcoholic beverage made from two base ingredients; ethanol and water. The purity of these ingredients is essentially one of the main factors that determine the mouthfeel and flavor of the kosher finished product. Distilled from 100 percent fresh pressed New York apples and Davids Harp products are all certified Kosher Status, distinct from most Passover spirits which are made from molasses, giving it quite the unique flavor profile. Bottled at 40 percent ABV.
