Balcones Rumble

Balcones Rumble is a uniquely Texas spirits made entirely from Texas ingredients: wildflower honey, mission figs, turbinado sugar and natural Texas Hill Country spring water. Together, the ingredients are fermented and distilled before being matured to perfection in small, oak barrels.Balcones Rumble has a golden syrup color, along with an aroma of sweet vanilla, maple sap, brown sugar and nutmeg. The aroma gives way to notes of caramel, molasses, milk chocolate and cinnamon on the palate, and leads to a warming finish with touches of oak, fig and earthy minerals. As a result of its unique ingredients, Balcones Rumble has flavors that are similar to Scotch whisky, cognac and rum.Balcones Rumble earned the Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
