George Dickel Barrel Select Tennessee Whisky
Forty years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, George A. Dickel was born in a rural town in eastern Tennessee. By 1867, Dickel was an established Nashville merchant but moved his family to the city of Tullahoma (situated in south-central Tennessee), where he purchased the Cascade Hollow Distillery. After working tirelessly at the distillery, Dickel declared that his spirits were of equal quality to the finest scotch, and followed in the Scottish tradition of spelling whisky without an "e."While George A. Dickel Distillery was forced to close its doors as a result of Prohibition, it was rebuilt in 1958 by Master Distiller Ralph Dupps. To ensure the whiskys authenticity, Dupps obtained the original manuscripts in which Dickel detailed his unique recipe and distillation processes. Today, Master Distiller John Lunn carries on the tradition of excellence that has made Dickel whisky a symbol of quality for over a century.George Dickel Barrel Select Tennessee Whisky is crafted from a mash of 84 percent corn, 8 percent rye and 8 percent malted barley, which is then fermented and double-distilled, first through a column still and later a copper pot still. Following distillation, the whisky is distilled and matured for 10-12 years in barrels that have been charred with a #2 char on the heads and a #4 char on the staves (the degree of charring within a barrel is measured on a scale of one to four, with a #1 char referring to casks that have been lightly toasted, and a #4 char referring to casks that have been charred so heavily that the interior resembles an alligator hide). Once the whisky has matured, Master Distiller John Lunn then personally selects 10 barrels to chill and mellow through sugar maple charcoal, which results in a single, very small batch of handcrafted Tennessee whisky.George Dickel Barrel Select Tennessee Whisky has an aroma of oak, candied nuts and vanilla, all underpinned by a light wood smoke. The palate is filled with caramel, toasted marshmallows, cloves, faint citrus and even mint, and leads to a long, complex finish containing more oak, corn and cinnamon. The whisky has earned multiple gold medals from the Beverage Testing Institute, and received a score of 93 points at the 2013 Ultimate Spirits Challenge, where it was rated the #2 Tennessee whiskey. George Dickel Rye Whisky
Forty years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, George A. Dickel was born in a rural town in eastern Tennessee. Today, Master Distiller John Lunn carries on the tradition of excellence that has made Dickel whisky a symbol of quality for over a century.George Dickel Rye Whisky is made from a mash of 95 percent rye and 5 percent malted barley, which are milled and mashed before being fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast. Following fermentation, the whisky is distilled and matured for a minimum of five years in casks that have been charred with a #2 char on the heads and a #4 char on the staves (the degree of charring within a cask is measured on a scale of one to four, with a #1 char referring to casks that have been lightly toasted, and a #4 char referring to casks that have been charred so heavily that the interior resembles an alligator hide). Once the whisky has matured, it is chilled to 40F and then mellowed through sugar maple charcoal. This process is rather unusual (most distilleries that mellow whisky through charcoal do so prior to maturing it in oak barrels) and contributes a hint of smoke and spice to the whisky.George Dickel Rye Whisky has an aroma of oak, spicy rye, citrus and pineapple that gives way to notes of cherries, caramel, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla spice on the palate. The finish is gentle and complex, with hints of roasted nuts, fennel and cardamom that reveal undertones of spicy dough, smoke and ginger. The whisky earned the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2013, and a score of 94 points from Wine Enthusiast. George Remus Straight Bourbon Whiskey
George Remus, dubbed the "King of the Bootleggers," was a famous bootlegger during Prohibition, exploiting loopholes in the Volstead Act to distill bourbon. Born in 1878 in Germany, he settled in Chicago with his family in the 1880s. In his teens he worked in his uncles pharmacy, later becoming the owner. It was there that he acquired experience that would prove invaluable during Prohibition, and the pharmacy would serve as the foundation for his empire. He switched careers, going into law and eventually becoming a trial defense attorney gathering even more useful skills. Once Prohibition was starting to wind up, he would defend many bootleggers, taking note of the riches they managed to amass. Once the Volstead Act was enacted, he found a way to circumvent it and provide a steady stream of spirits for his budding bootlegging operation. The empire expanded and Remus eventually had 3,000 workers as well as politicians on his payroll, briefly living a lavish lifestyle that reportedly inspired The Great Gatsby. George Remus bourbon is made in honor of the King of the Bootleggers. Their flagship Straight Bourbon Whiskey expression is a smooth, balanced, and complex high-rye spirit that is crafted from several different mash bills with water from the underground aquifer that sits below the historic G. Remus Distilling Co. distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Its aged at least 5 years and has notes of maple, vanilla, and cherry, along with a pleasant sweetness and rye spice.Get your bottle today!

Giffard Wild Elderflower Liqueur
The origins of the French company Giffard can be traced back to 1885, when mile Giffard started looking into the digestive and refreshing properties of mint. Giffard was a pharmacologist at the time, making and selling medicine in Angers, France. What he ended up creating was a mint liqueur, which he immediately put to the test, and offered to the guests at a hotel to provide relief from the scorching summer sun. The pure and refined drink proved a hit and prompted the Frenchman to transform his pharmacy into a distillery. The liqueur was named Menthe-Pastille after the mint sweets that were popular at the time. Today the family business continues the tradition and continues carrying the Giffard banner, five generations later.Giffards liqueurs are crafted by macerating locally-sourced fruits and plants in alcohol for 48 hours up to 3 months. This infusion serves as the basis for their liqueurs. These are masterfully blended, filtered, and meticulously tested. Giffard is constantly innovating and working on recipes with the same passion that led to the brands creation all those years ago. Today they have several liqueurs, syrups, and spirits on offer, even producing tequila, sake, and sauces.Giffard Wild Elderflower liqueur is crafted from an infusion of wild hand-picked elderflowers. The award-winning liqueur is bottled at 40 proof and is a premium offering that is deliciously refreshing on its own, on the rocks, and as a cocktail ingredient that pairs especially well with sparkling wine. Gin Lane 1751 Small Batch Victoria Pink Gin
Gin Lane is named after The Gin Act of 1751, one of the most crucial moments in the history of gin. The idea is the brainchild of a group of gin connoisseurs called the Bloomsbury Club, and Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers, an eighth generation distiller. The catalyst for the Gin Act of 1751, was artist William Hogarths legendary depiction of Gin Lane. His work essentially banned the sale of gin in prisons, workhouses, and stores. Consequently, gin became scarce and expensive, but subsequently its rarity improved its quality remarkably. By the Victorian era, gin had become a respectable spirit. Each bottle of Gin Lane 1751 gin has been individually numbered and handcrafted in small traditional pot stills. There are eight natural botanicals: juniper, orris root, Seville oranges, angelica, Sicilian lemon, star anise, cassia bark, and coriander. These simple ingredients coalesce to yield a well-balanced, deeply complex gin. This Victoria Pink gin is blended with bitters, a tradition that was initially created by the British Royal Navy in an attempt to cure sea sickness but also to harmonize sweet dry gins with a contrasting flavor profile. The result is a well-balanced gin with juniper still at the forefront but with a harmonious balance of herbal and spiced bitters. Pick up your bottle today!

Ginnys Gin
When the gins namesake Ginny settled down in the Napa Valley with her husband, they worked as winemakers in their thriving winery. After several years they felt a new challenge was due. When a couple of their friends invited them to help them with a wine-country gin, they gladly agreed, the spirit having been Ginnys passion for several years. They went about it in a special way, insisting on a hands-on approach and using their expertise as winemakers. The humble beginnings had Ginny driving around the wine country with a trunk full of boxes of gin, selling each bottle by hand, soon becoming known locally as "Ginny with the gin". The business took off and the rest, as they say, is history.Whats special about Ginnys Gin is how their winemaking background is reflected in the spirit. Its distilled in small batches from grains as well as grapes. The juniper and coriander are macerated in the grape spirit for one day, while the rest of the botanicals are added during distillation using a vapor infusion: lemongrass, lemon zest, sage, orris root, grains of paradise, angelica root, cubeb berries, and licorice root have all found their way into the recipe. Their wine-tasting expertise comes in handy when tasting the blend and ensuring the complexity, balance, and consistency is always up to par. The extra-smooth gin is bottled at 90 proof and fittingly sold in wine bottles.Get your bottle today!

Glen Garioch 1797 Founders Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated in the village of Old Meldrum in the Scottish Highlands, the Glen Garioch (pronounced Glen Geery) Distillery was founded in 1797 by John and Alexander Manson. The distillery is one of the oldest in Scotland, and takes its name from the Valley of the Garioch, which is situated adjacent to the distillery and is known for producing the finest barley in all of Scotland. The distillery the most easterly in Scotland enjoys the temperate climate and cool breeze that are ideal for the production and maturation of whisky. Glen Garioch Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from barley harvested from the Valley of the Garioch. After the barley has been harvested, it is mashed and fermented with water drawn from the Silent Spring. In 1968, production of whisky at Glen Garioch Distillery was suspended as the area surrounding the distillery experienced a severe drought. Four years later, an incredibly pure spring was discovered upon a neighboring farm. The Silent Spring, as it came to be known, could neither be seen nor heard without modern instruments, and has been Glen Gariochs water source for over four decades. Once the barley has been fermented, it is distilled twice first through Glen Garioch copper-pot wash still and then again through its spirit still. Glen Garioch 1797 Founders Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky was crafted to celebrate the Manson Brothers, who founded the distillery over two centuries ago. The whisky has a copper-golden hue, along with an aroma of vanilla, dried apples, pears and bright citrus. Notes of dried fruits dominate the palate, and are complemented by touches of ginger, raisins and cinnamon. The finish is sweet and flavorful, with hints of cedar, oak and cloves. Glen Garioch Founders Reserve Single Malt earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011 and 2012, and a score of 92 points from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Glen Garioch Virgin Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky Artisanal Small Batch Release is the first Glen Garioch whisky ever matured exclusively in virgin casks composed of North American oak. While Scotch has traditionally been matured in used sherry, port and bourbon casks, the use of new oak casks to finish whisky is another weapon in a distillerys arsenal and allows the whisky to enjoy the sweeter and more complex flavors of virgin wood. Following maturation, the whisky is bottled without the use of chill filtration or artificial coloring. As a result of this maturation process, the whisky has a rich aroma of buttered bread, white chocolate and orange spices. The aroma gives way to notes of tangy orange, ginger, marmalade and maple syrup on the palate, and leads to a finish accented by touches of malt, brown sugar and cloves. "Glen Gariochs intense flavour means it holds up well in a new fill cask, allowing the liquid to be fully matured in virgin oak and not just finished in the barrel," says Master Blender Rachel Barrie. Glen Grant 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated along the banks of the River Spey, the Glen Grant Distillery was founded in 1840 by John and James Grant, who had previously been employed at the Aberlour Distillery. Glen Grants unique location it enjoyed access to fresh water from the river, a steady supply of barley from the surrounding farmland and access to transportation from the nearby port of Garmouth allowed it prosper quickly. By 1872, however, both John and James Grant had passed away, and James Grant Jr. James son and Johns nephew inherited the distillery. The younger Grant, known simply as "the Major," quickly proved himself a worthy successor. The Major was a legendary inventor, womanizer and traveller he was the first person in the Scottish Highlands to own a car and his distillery was the first in Scotland to enjoy electricity. In addition, the Major designed and equipped Glen Grant distillery with the tall, slender stills and purifiers that allowed Glen Grant to produce whisky that was noticeably lighter and more delicate as compared to its Scottish brethren.Glen Grant Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from crisp, Scottish barley, much of it still harvested from the same Morayshire fields that John and James Grant used nearly two centuries ago. Following fermentation, the wash is twice distilled, first through Glen Grants copper-pot wash still and then again through its spirit still. Each still is equipped with a purifier, which acts as small condenser and causes a portion of the evaporating vapors to be pumped back into the pot and then re-distilled. This purification process Glen Grant in the only distillery in Scotland to use purifiers in both distillations results in whisky that has a signature fresh and malty flavor. This Glen Grant 12-year-old single malt is full of Speyside character, with its pleasant aromas of orchard fruit, almond and citrus. The distillery is quite small scale, outfitted with two 12,000 and 16,000-liter stills, with distinctive onion shapes and horizontal lyne arms. Glen Scotias line-up showcases their versatility, as they produced a range of peated and non-peated whiskies, two styles characteristic of Campbelltown. Their malt is sourced from eastern Scotland, and are crafted in open-topped, cast iron mash tuns, and their whiskies are processed with a variation in fermentation time yielding either nuttier, or fruitier malts. Their small-batch distillation process still maintains much of the original equipment designs dating back to the 1830s. This exceptional single malt whisky was matured from specially selected casks to deliver the true character of a Glen Scotia Malt Whisky. The stunning 18 year-old has earned several awards including Gold at the 2018 World Whiskies Awards, Double Gold at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and Gold Medals at The Spirits Business in 2017 and 2018. Glencadam Origin 1825 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The name Glencadam is derived from the area known as The Tenements of Caldhame. These tenements were plots of land given to the burghs of Brechin for the purpose of food production. The Glencadam distillery is geographically surrounded by these plots, which are situated to the north and south east of the Den Burn.Glencadam is located in the Burgh of Brechin and was built in wake of the Excise Act of 1823. As the only distillery in Angus county, the distillery was owned by George Cooper, before he sold the distillery to David Scott in 1827. The distillery was later acquired by Gilmour Thompson and Co, a Glasgow blender who purchased the distillery in 1891.In 1954 Glencadam was sold to Canadian distiller Hiram Walker, as a part of a large acquisition that took place in Scotland. Then distillery proceeded to become a part of Allied distillers, who mothballed the facility in 2000 and was purchased three short years later by Angus Dundee of London, who are also owners of the Tomintoul distillery in Speyside. Glencadam single malts are quality Whiskies, no chill filtering or coloring additives are used. Sourcing water from the Barry Burn, the facility houses two stills with a capacity to produce 14,000 liters. Glencadam also sources unpeated industrial maltings for their single malts, and they age their Whisky in mostly ex-Bourbon American casks. The Whiskies are distilled using a technique that maximizes reflux. Upward sloped lyne arms on the stills impart a distinctly floral, pear-drop element to the Whisky.Glencadam Whiskies also have other signature characteristics, like rich oily textures, and creamy flavors. The Glencandam range is a diverse lineup of Whiskies that include Portwood and Oloroso Sherry cask finishes.Glencadam Origin 1825 is the first NAS (non age statement) Whisky to be released by Glencadam. Launched in 2016 this single malt was matured first in American-white-oak bourbon barrels, then finished in oloroso-sherry butts. This Highland spirit effervesces notes of fruit and flowers. Its a smooth single malt, not overly complex, a perfecter starter Whisky for aspiring aficionados!Get your bottle today!

Glendalough 17 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Glendalough is an idyllic little town in eastern Ireland. Gaelic for "valley of two lakes," it was said to have been founded by a man named Saint Cemgen also known as Saint Kevin. The Glendalough Distillery, Irelands first new craft distillery, was set up by five friends from Wicklow and Dublin with a deep passion for reviving the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. The 18th and 19th centuries were the glory days of the Irish whiskey industry, with over 200 licensed distilleries in all of Ireland. There were also countless unlicensed distilleries at the time, producing diverse styles of poitn, whiskey, gin, and even absinthe. But through a series of unfortunate events, the Irish Whiskey Industry dried to a trickle in the 1970s.Glendalough Distillery is part of a revival of this Irish heritage. Their philosophy is "to make innovative spirits while staying true to the tradition and heritage of our ancestors." Glendalough started out making poitn the traditional Irish distillate made in small pot stills. From there they seamlessly transitioned to whiskey production, and most recently, seasonal, wild botanical gins. All of their production is handmade. The Glendalough 17 Year Old Single Malt was aged in first-fill bourbon casks for 15 years, gaining a layer of citrus notes atop the sweet honey and vanilla. It was then transferred into rare mizunara oak barrels from a Japanese island some 6,000 miles away. These impart the liquid within with a luxuriously creamy mouthfeel and immense complexity. Only 6,000 bottles of this luxurious expression were produced.Grab this premium whiskey today!
