Dewars Double Double 27 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky
In 1846, John Dewar began blending the finest whisky he could source in Scotland and bottling it with his own name on the label. Within a decade, Dewar was supplying whisky to bars and hotels throughout Scotland. By the turn of the century, the brand had expanded to become one of the best selling whiskies in the world and today remains the best-selling Scotch whisky in the United States. By the end of the 19th century, the famed Dewars Aberfeldy Distillery became operational. Situated by the Pitilie Burn, the small river has served as a source of pure water to this day. After the malted Scottish barley is brought in, it is left to ferment for an extended period of time, before being distilled in tall pot stills. The Aberfeldy single malt that is produced here remains the heart of Dewars blend today. The premises are open for tours and cask tasting with a whisky lounge and cafe on hand.Dewars whisky is crafted by blending together "the rarest of rare whiskies from across Scotland." The backbone is that 27-year-old single malt whisky that is crafted at Aberfeldy Distillery. Once the 27-year-old is married together with other whiskies, the resulting blend is allowed to rest again in oak casks. This secondary maturation process "is a marriage made in heaven ensuring our whiskies are even smoother and creamier," said Dewars retired master blender Thomas Aitken. Its this great foundation and the signature "double aging" process that have made Dewars the most awarded blended Scotch whisky in the world.Where the "double aged" series ends, the innovative and premium Double Double picks up. Created by Dewars Master Blender Stephanie MacLeod, this 27-year-old expression takes the matured single malt and grain whiskies and blends them, then lets each style age separately. Afterwards, both are blended together and re-casked for an additional month. In the end, the liquid is transferred to Paolo Cortado sherry casks for a round of finishing, before being bottled at 92 proof. The 4-sided bottle reflects the 4 stages of the aging process.Grab a bottle today!

Dictador 12 Year Old Solera System Rum
In 1751, Severo Arango y Ferro arrived in Cartagena, a port city in northern Colombia. Ferro had been sent to Colombia from Spain, and was asked to establish and oversee commercial trading activities between Spain and its American colonies. Ferro proved himself to be an able and ruthless statesman and under his leadership, the city of Cartagena became a hub of economic activity and the most important port for the Spanish fleet in the Americas. Ferros strength and power also earned him the nickname "Dictador."Dictador was partial to a variety of rums that were being distilled in the Caribbean at the time, many of which passed through Cartagena on their way to Spain. In 1913, over 150 years after Ferro initially arrived in Colombia, one of his descendants established Destileria Colombiana. Today, the distillery honors the legacy of its founding ancestors with Dictador Rum.Dictador is made from the virgin nectar of raw sugar canes. Once the nectar has been fermented, it is distilled through a stainless steel alembic still and solera-aged in casks that were previously used to mature Jerez and Port. Solera aging is a process that has generally been reserved for aging cognacs, ports and sherries. It involves filling a series of casks at different intervals over a long period of time. As rum from the oldest cask is emptied and bottled, the cask is re-filled with an equivalent amount of rum from the second-oldest cask in the solera. This cascading effect continues until the youngest cask in the solera is filled with new rum. As a result, no cask in the solera is ever fully emptied. In addition, as the younger rum cascades through the solera, its average age and complexity gradually increase over time.Dictador 12 Years Solera System Rum is crafted from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey, distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in a steel continuous column. This is a solera aged rum, drawn from the solera vats at the point where the rum comes of age (at least 12 years).Rums both young and old are blended in these vats yielding layers of complexity in flavor. Dingle Original Pot Still Gin
Two hundred years ago, there were over a hundred officially recognized distilleries in Ireland. Today there are less than ten. Founded as Irelands first artisan distillery, Dingle takes its name from the town in which it is located, where tourists flock to visit Europes westernmost human settlement. As of 2012, an old sawmill was converted into a distillery, where Dingle marries Irelands tradition of independent distilling with innovative processes only feasible for small batch producers. Dingles humid climate with cool gulf stream breezes is considered ideal for spirit distillation. When restaurateur Oliver Hughes decided to open Irleands first artisan distillery, he wanted to capture the terroir of Kerry County. In order to do so, Hughes bought traditional pot still designed by Master Distiller John McDougall. He affectionately named the hand beaten copper pot still Oisin, and immediately began producing Irelands first small batch vodka, gin and whiskey.Crafted in small batches of only 500 liters, the folks behind Dingle Gin have a unique take on the London dry category using locally harvested botanicals. Dingles unique formula which includes rowan berry from mountain ash trees, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, and heather among other botanicals is calculated to evoke the earth and air of Irelands west coast. After macerating in spirit for 24 hours, the spirit is distilled using Dingles custom designed pot still, passing through a flavor basket in the neck of the still where a second batch of botanicals adds more flavor and nuance to the spirit before condensation. After distillation, the spirit is charcoal filtered and cut using water from a well 240 feet below the distillery before it is hand bottled. As a result, Dingle Gin has a classic aroma of juniper and angelica, followed by a juniper-forward that blooms into notes of blackberry marmalade before lining the mouth with fresh eucalyptus and mint. The cool menthol finish is spiked with warm pepper notes, overall a contemporary take on the classic London dry. Pick up your bottle today!

Disaronno Originale Amaretto Liqueur
The story goes that an innkeeper in Saronno, Italy once prepared a flask of an amber liqueur as a gift for Bernardo Luini, who painted the fresco of Madonna in her image. In 1600 the recipe was rediscovered by Giovanni Reina who guarded it closely and kept it secret. It was then passed from generation to generation. It wasnt until the 20th century that Domenico Reina opened a shop in Saronno and started producing and marketing Disaronno Originale. Amaretto is an incredibly popular Italian liqueur and a classic cocktail ingredient. Originating from Saronno, Italy, its first iterations were based on bitter almonds. Modern variants use many different stones from fruits including apricots, peaches, and almonds to achieve the liqueurs signature nuttiness. Its sweet with a mild bitterness its name translates to "a little bitter". Popular as a standalone drink, the liqueur has become an invaluable part of countless cocktails and has many culinary applications as well, as it goes well with ice cream, coffee, desserts, and savory dishes. While the name has changed from Amaretto di Saronno to simply Disaronno in 2001 and the bottle has seen many revisions through the centuries, that same recipe is supposedly used. Apricot kernel oil, caramelized sugar, and several herbs, spices, and fruits make up Disaronnos signature bittersweet and nutty profile.Get your bottle today!
