Chateau de Montifaud VSOP Cognac
For six generations, Chteau Montifaud has belonged to the Vallet family. In 1837, the vineyard was founded by Augustin Vallet who, upon his death, passed it along his son, Pierre. In turn, Pierre passed the estate on to his son, Maurice. Today, Louis, Michel and Laurent Vallet all direct descendants of Augustin manage the 90-hectare Vallet estate that stretches over the Grand Champagne and Petite Champagne regions of France.Even though the Vallet family owns land in the Grande and Petite Champagne regions, they refrain from blending the two regions in their cognacs. Instead, they represent each region individually, offering a pure and unadulterated flavor. The Vallet family also exceeds industry standards, aging their cognacs at twice the minimum required age statement for each category of cognac. Their VS is aged 4-5 years, their VSOP is aged 8-10 years, and their XO is aged 30 years. In addition to their intensive aging methods, Chateau de Montifaud also using a unique faibles technique to proof their cognac. These faibles are crafted by setting distilled water in cognac barrels and soaking them for awhile. The water gently pulls the remaining cognac that has soaked into the barrels over time, producing a low alcohol solution with 15 to 18 percent alcohol content. The faibles are then blended in increments, small portions at a time, through a process called petites eaux (little waters). The storied Cognac house also has beautifully exquisite and exemplary traditions, deeply indicative of the familys deep legacy. When a child is born into the Valley family, a cask of cognac is produced and then stored in Paradis. This area of the cognac house is where the oldest and most precious cognac is kept. Chateau de Montifaud VSOP Cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie from the Petite Champagne region, aged for eight to ten years, with the first eight months being spent in new oak. This cognac is fruit centered, with subtle hints of pears, apricots, and floral notes. For its age this is truly a sophisticated cognac and quite a delicacy on the palate.Get your bottle of this VSOP today!

Chichibu Ichiros Malt and Grain Whisky
For nearly three centuries, Ichiro Akutos family brewed sake along the banks of the Tone River in Central Japan. Following the end of World War II, his family received a distillers license and purchased two second-hand stills from a Scottish distillery. By the turn of the century, however, his father had made the difficult decision to dismantle the stills and sell the 400 casks of remaining whisky that were still maturing in the distillerys rickhouses. Fueled by a belief in the potential for Japanese single malts, Ichiro purchased the casks from his father. Also, Ichiro began studying distillation techniques at Benriach and Springbank Distillery, before returning to Japan and constructing a state-of-the-art distillery in Chichibu.Ichiros Malt and Grain is blended by the king of independent Japanese distillers: Ichiro Akuto. Ichiros blend is a worldwide blended whisky in every sense of the word, a marriage of whiskies from Ichiros very own young malt and grain whisky stock, and whiskies from eight other distilleries in Scotland, Canada, England, Ireland and the U.S., which founder Ichiro Akuto refers to as, "the big five." These international whiskies mature for 3-5 years in their home country, and then for an additional 1-3 years in thecool climate ofmountainous Japan, which gives this blend incredible character. This whisky is clean on the nose with notes of fruit, vanilla and oak. Pick up your bottle today!

Chief Gowanus Traditional New Netherland Gin
Allen Katz, co-founder of New York Distilling Co., together with Tom Potter, founder of Brooklyn Brewery, Katz opened the doors to the 5,000 square-foot New York Distilling Co. facility in Brooklyn (the distillery straddles the neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Greenpoint one door to the distillery opens up to the Williamsburg zip code and the other to the Greenpoint zip code) in 2011. Since its launch, the distillery has produced a number of highly innovative and original spirits. Chief Gowanus Gin is named after the legendary Gowanus, the great chief of the Canarsees in the days of Dutch Brooklyn. It is inspired by Dutch-Americana recipe discovered in the early 19th century by drinks historian Dr. David Wondrich. Essentially made from American rye whiskey, this "Holland gin" is distilled in the old Dutch colony of Brooklyn from grains grown in New York State. The gin is produced from NY Distilling Co.s unaged, double-distilled rye whiskey. This whiskey is distilled a third time through a traditional pot still, along with juniper berries and a handful of Cluster hops. These hops were most likely the variety used in the early 19th century. The resultant spirit is aged for three months in an oak barrel imparting smoothness to the gin.Pick up your bottle today!

Chopin Vodka is named after the famous Polish classical composer Frdric Chopin. Produced by Polmos Siedlce, their classic vodkas are quadruple distilled from either potatoes, wheat, or rye grains. It is a small-batch Dorda family affair that first made its debut in North America in 1997. Though they are most renowned for their potato vodka, their label has expanded their portfolio to include what are considered to be some of the "finest single ingredient" vodkas around, recently adding vodka-based caramel, chocolate, and coconut liqueurs to the lineup as well. They are going against the popular belief that the spirit should be as neutral as possible, refusing to use any flavoring and coloring and proving that the single ingredient used in each expression can shine through. Cimarron Tequila Blanco
In the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, expert jimadors are carefully tending to the estate-grown, blue weber agave that are used to craft Cimarron Tequila Blanco. The agave, which are grown along Jaliscos hillsides at an elevation of 4,600 feet, have an average brix of 24-26 (brix is the measure of sugar content in a plant). This brix, which is nearly twice the average brix in ordinary agave, result in an incredibly bold and sweet tequila.Once the agave have matured for nearly a decade, the jimadors hand-select and harvest the plants believed to be the most ripe and flavorful. Then, the hearts of the agave, or pias, are then taken to the distillery where they are slowly roasted in ovens for two to three days. The roasting process caramelizes the pias natural sugars, and causes any excess water to evaporate. One the pias have been roasted, they are crushed and the remaining pulp is fermented using naturally occurring yeast. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled through a copper alembic still and then immediately bottled by hand.Cimarron Tequila Blanco has a crystal clear color, along with an an aroma of herbs, earthy vegetables and warm spices. The aroma gives way to notes of bright agave, pineapple and a hint of papaya, and leads to a warming, bold finish.Pick up a bottle today!

After distillation, this tequila is aged in ex-American whiskey barrels at the distillery for 40-44 months, in an underground cellar for added flavor and complexity.Aged far longer than required for Extra Aejo tequilas, Cincoro Extra Aejo is deep copper in color from the additional time in the barrel, cooked agave, with toasted oak and dried fruits on the nose. Elegant on the palate with notes of wood, raisin, fig, light coffee, dark chocolate. An exceptionally long finish, with the complexity of a fine Cognac. Sip neat. Bottled in a contemporary five facet bottle (like an agave leaf) with a Crown stopper. This exceptional Extra Aejo earned a Double Gold Medal at the 2019 SIP Awards.Pick up your bottle today!

Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth
Founded in 1757, Casa Cinzano is the legacy of brothers Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano Cinzano. Confectioners by trade, they operated a shop with sweets, candies, pralines, as well as sugar sculptures and jams. Syrups and liqueurs were the stars of the show, naturally. It was during this time that they were experimenting with different recipes, distilling, infusing, and sweetening wines in Torino, Italy. It was in the mid-1800s that Francesco II, the grandson of Giovanni Giacomo, expanded the family business into sparkling wine and Cinzano grew into a global brand. Before his death in 1868 he secured a new Royal Appointment, focusing the brand on vermouth. The iconic red and blue logo was introduced in 1925, symbolizing Italian passion and pride, with the diagonal slash between the colors symbolizing the companys growth. The historic brand was acquired by Gruppo Campari in 1999, after operating more than 240 years uninterrupted. Today they have a range of Italian sparkling wines, vermouth, and aperitifs. In 2014 the Casa Cinzano 1757 Vermouth line was introduced, drawing inspiration from the original Cinzano family recipes. The 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso pays tribute to the brands founding fathers who started the business in 1757. The small-batch hand-crafted vermouth is based on Italian wines, infused with a blend of aromatics that includes wormwood from Piedmont.Get your bottle today!
