Blackened American Whiskey
The behemoths of heavy metal Metallica present Blackened American Whiskey, a blend of bourbon and rye whiskeys with an emphasis on the former. It was carefully selected by the late Master Distiller Dave Pickerell of WhistlePig fame, who is considered the founding father of craft distilling. Ever since he was a West Point student and later chemistry professor, Dave was interested in how sound could affect substances on a molecular level. They teamed up with Metallica and their long-time collaborators the innovating sound-engineering wizards Meyer Sound to create a special subwoofer that would transfer vibrations efficiently through the casks. They dubbed this proprietary process Black Noise, trademarked it, then proceeded to play tracks by Metallica chosen specifically for each batch by the band themselves to the whiskey. The vibration helps each drop of liquid seep deeper into the wood, extracting flavors in the process, one heavy riff at a time. The result is a perfect balance of sweetness and rye spice, with additional fruity notes that come from finishing in black brandy casks. Its aged for more than 8 years and bottled at 90 proof. A Gold medal at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition is proof that the innovative approach has paid off.Grab a bottle of this heavy metal whiskey today!

Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Originally opened on Derby Day in 1935, the fabled Stitzel-Weller Distillery one of the true cathedrals of the bourbon industry ceased production in 1992, and just recently reopened to the public in 2014. Although no whiskey was distilled at Stitzel-Weller for over 20 years, other distilleries sent their whiskeys to age at there; located just five miles from downtown Louisville, KY, Stitzel-Weller is known to have extremely favorable conditions for aging.Throughout the Stitzel-Weller Distillery, the five keys symbol appears frequently each key represents a step in the whiskey-making process: grains, yeast, fermentation, distillation and aging. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, one of the first releases in over two decades to utilize actual whiskey distilled at the Stitzel-Weller Distillery, is named after the blade shaft and ornate bow handle that together comprise the two parts of Stitzel-Wellers iconic skeleton keys.Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon is crafted using a solera-aging, a process typically reserved for aging cognacs, ports and sherries. This is done to preserve the precious original stock of Stitzel-Weller, which is mingled with other fine whiskies during the solera process, during which a series of casks are filled at different intervals over a long period of time (in fact, Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon contains the oldest remaining stock of whiskey distilled at Stitzel-Weller, and will be the last available liquid for sale that was distilled at the original distillery). As whiskey from the oldest cask is emptied and bottled, the cask is refilled with an equivalent amount of whiskey from the second-oldest cask in the solera. This cascading effect continues until the youngest cask in the solera is filled with new whiskey. As a result, no cask in the solera is ever fully emptied. In addition, as the younger whiskey ages and cascades through the solera, its average age and complexity gradually increase over time.Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon has a restrained nose with hints of citrus, mint, oak and green apple. The palate is slightly fuller, with touches of apricots, figs and pears mixed with cereal grains, and leads to an easy finish with caramel, burnt oak and cinnamon spice.Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon is the final chance to try the last remaining whiskey distilled at the original Stitzel-Weller Distillery. Bloom London Dry Gin
In February of 1760, Thomas Dakin bought a parcel of real estate on Bridge Street in Warrington, just a few miles east of Liverpool, England. At the time, the distillation of gin was illegal under British law the grain harvests the previous year were so poor that the government prohibited gin distillation in order preserve the supply of bread. When the ban was lifted in 1761, Dakin had already been working for a year to develop his recipe for a smooth gin, targeted toward the discerning, wealthy travelers passing through Warrington. The gin was sold in bulk jars under Dakins name until 1860, when, following his death, the distillery was leased to Edward Greenall, who renamed it after himself. Two hundred and fifty years later, Joanne Moore is only the seventh master distiller in the history of Greenalls Gin. Shes also the only female master gin distiller in the world. Inspired by the classic aromas of Englands world renowned country gardens and wildflower fields, Moore personally developed the secret recipe for Bloom Gin. A London Dry Gin, Bloom is triple-distilled from English wheat and infused with three traditional botanicals: Tuscan juniper, Moroccan coriander, and angelica. It is also enriched by four unique, natural botanicals: honeysuckle, pomelo, cubebs and chamomile. The honeysuckle, which is sourced from China, provides sweet, honey notes to Bloom Gin, and its edible nectar gives the gin an unparalleled smoothness. The citrusy notes come from the essential oils of the pomelo, which help round off the flavor profile of a traditional London Dry Gin. The Indonesian cubebs give the gin slight notes of pepper. Finally, Moores recipe calls for Roman chamomile sourced from France, which gives Bloom Gin a calming influence and imparts soft, feather-like floral notes.Unlike many other gins, the floral notes of Bloom are soft and hidden the honeysuckle and chamomile complement, rather than overpower, the other botanicals. Sublime and smooth, Bloom won the Silver Medal at the 2011 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.Try it today!

Blue Ice Huckleberry Vodka
Founded in 2002 by "Big Jim" Myerson, Blue Ice Vodka is a family-owned operation that is focused on producing quality USA-made hand-crafted vodka. Employing a modern four-column still for distillation, each bottle takes nearly 10 pounds of potatoes to produce and is filtered to perfection using a 5-step method. They have since expanded their award-winning range which now includes Blue Ice Potato Vodka, Organic Wheat Vodka, and most recently, Huckleberry Vodka.Huckleberry is the official state fruit of Idaho, making it the perfect match for Blue Ice. This expression is created by blending their own huckleberry flavored vodka with their potato vodka, making for a smooth, crisp, fruity, and aromatic spirit that is all-natural and all-American. Just a father and son with a passion for tequila.Rich in tradition, Blue Nectar Tequila was born in the heart of tequila country, in the lowlands of Jalisco on the outskirts of Amatitn. Bols Amaretto Liqueur
In 1575 the Bols family opened the doors of a small distillery in Amsterdam. Lootsje, as it was called, produced liqueurs. Lucas Bols was born in 1652. The founders grandson acquired a major share in the Dutch East India trading company, gaining access to exotic herbs and spices, which resulted in him creating over 300 recipes, shipping liqueurs around the world and creating the groundwork for the Bols company that we know today. In 1664 Bols was mostly producing Dutch gin or genever, crafting a milder, subtle variation of the spirit. Once it reached the US market it turned out to be a major player in the cocktail revolution. It was in 1883 that Bols began maturing their genevers in French Limousin casks, a practice that they resurrected in 2010.The company has since relocated its seat back to Amsterdam, where it all began, opening a bartending academy as well as The House of Bols, an interactive tour that takes visitors through the world of cocktails and genever. They relaunched the latter, based on the original 1820 recipe the historic Bols Genever. The Bols distillery has since re-opened in Amsterdam, producing liqueur and genever with nearly half a millennium of heritage.Amaretto is an incredibly popular Italian liqueur and a classic cocktail ingredient. The Bols distillery has since re-opened in Amsterdam, producing liqueur and genever with nearly half a millennium of heritage.Bols Elderflower Liqueur is crafted with blossoms of the elder tree which have a distinct honey scent to them. The dried blossoms are soaked in alcohol and water to bring out the aromas and tastes. Fresh, fragrant, and floral, its made with natural botanicals to invoke the spirit of summer.
