Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The story of Nevada H and C Distilling Co. begins in 2004 when the screenwriter Jonathan Hensleigh met co-founder Aaron Chepenik in a bar in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles. They quickly realized they had the same vision of opening a bar, opening The Griffin together. After a couple years of sampling their inventory, they began discussing what they liked and didnt like about the bourbons and vodkas they were selling. One night, the idea of creating their own spirits popped up, which eventually led to them opening the first distillery in the city of Las Vegas. The City Council had to create a license especially for them since none existed beforehand. It took them 6 years of gathering equipment and setting it up, with several hurdles along the way. The bright side was that by the time they opened their doors they had several high-rye bourbons ready, which meant they could begin operating immediately. They have two brands under their belt now, both with several medals from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition: Silver Dollar American Vodka and Smoke Wagon. The latter comprises several bourbons, including the Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon. The goal with this expression was to bring the blending philosophy from their Small Batch into a high-proof bourbon meant to be drunk neat. Based on a blend of old and young high-rye whiskeys, its rich, sweet, and creamy. It has won the coveted Double Gold medal at the 2017 and 2020 editions of the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.Grab a bottle today!

Smooth Ambler Big Level Bourbon
Any distillery in the United States should be a feather in the cap of the local community,""explains master distiller John Little. ""We buy almost all of our grains locally. This business is what small business in America is all about.""Embedded in the rolling Appalachian hills of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, Smooth Ambler Spirits is a testament to the craftsmanship and hard-work of Little and his cofounder, TAG Galyean. Straight Edge Bourbon Whiskey
The term "splinter group" means a subset of people who have broken off from the rest to pursue their own agenda. The Splinter Group as a company is a group of Napa Valley winemakers who have teamed up to finish classic American Whiskeys in ex-Wine casks. The Sinter Group was founded in 2013 by John Wilkinson of winemaker Bin to Bottle and Dave Phinney of Orin Swift Wines. They have since been joined by other experienced oenophiles (wine lovers) in the area, representing decades of experience. As non-distilling producers, they source their aged Whiskeys from established producers across the midwest and southeastern United States and then blend them on site in northern California. The married spirits are finally finished in first-fill Wine casks. They have completed four products to date, including an American Whiskey, Bourbon, Rye, and a Sweet Vermouth.Straight Edge Bourbon is a blend of Tennessee and Kentucky Bourbons aged five, seven, and eight years old. The net mash bill is approximately 70 percent corn with the balance 17 percent rye and 13 percent malted barley. The blend is then finished in local Napa Cabernet Wine casks brining a lush, ripe plum aroma and taste to the traditional Bourbon flavor profile. It has a nice balance and solid mouthfeel and is bottled at 42 percent ABV. The Wine cask finishing also deepens the color to an antique mahogany hue with hints of red. This Bourbon stands tall on its own as a flavorful sipping Whiskey taken neat or with a few rocks. Taconic Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Taconic distillerys home is the iconic Hudson Valley. Saturated with National Historic landmarks, the area boasts bountiful farms. With a fervor for the rustic outdoors and a strong desire to work the land, the Coughlin family purchased a portion Laured beef Farms, in Stanfordville, NY, in 2010. Renaming it Rolling Hills Farm. The former farms 113 acres of rolling hills, became the inspiration for Taconic Distillerys entrance to Dutchess Countys local agribusiness market.Inspired by a sporting lifestyle, Taconics team share a love of the outdoors. Together they embrace hunting, fishing, and a general passion for the outdoor life. This lifestyle is imprinted upon all their products. This area is also the number one wine-producing region in the United States, and home to a world class culinary institute. Taconic prides itself on preserving a bourbon whiskey tradition: From George and Martha Washingtons home during the American Revolution, to the Great Estates of the Vanderbilts, Roosevelts and Rockefellers, to the hunting preserves and horse farms of today, bourbon whiskey has been savored for generations (Taconic Distillery). To maintain an unadulterated flavor of the whiskey, Taconic never chill filters, and distill their whiskeys below 160 proof to retain the flavors from the grains. It is the flavor of the grains that are transferred through the distilling process as fatty molecules or flavor oils which results in a cloudiness in the whiskey. Those flavors are transferred through the distilling process as fatty molecules (flavor oils). Some distillers will chill filter the fatty molecules and sacrifice a certain amount of flavor for clarity.Taconic uses distinct Coopers Select, Char #3 new oak barrels made by the Independent Stave Company. Their barrels have a unique maturation process; aged in shipping containers. Less is lost to the angels share, due to the saturation of the air inside the containers. Being exposed to great temperature fluctuations, results in greater movement of spirit in and out of the barrel staves. Aging occurs in cycles, during times of increased temperature such as in the summer, the whiskey expands through the char, through to the untreated wood beneath. While in the wood, the whiskey dissolves various flavorful compounds. When temperatures drop, the liquid contracts and brings out all of the flavors of the wood, producing flavors that complement the body of the whiskey.Taconics Straight Bourbon Whiskeyis bottled at a barrel strength 115 proof. Taconic adds a touch of our artisanal water to give the bourbon healthy dose of butteriness. At 57.5 percent ABV, it is bold and refreshing, with aromas of light vanilla kissed with hints of honey and caramel. Pick up a bottle of this straight bourbon today!

Tommyrotter Napa Valley Heritage Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Founded in 2015 by Bobby Finan and Sean Insalaco, the industrial chic distillery opened its doors in July of 2015, in New Yorks historic Hydraulics manufacturing district. The distillery is named after the Tommyrotters Club, which according to the distillery founders, were a band of rebellious artisans in the early 20th century who broke rank from the Arts and Crafts Movement to create for creations sake. They sought adventure, mischief and inspiration in nature. Bobby Finan gravitated towards the craft-distilling scene in NYC, and in 2013 he got his first start in the industry at the Cooperstown Distillery. After relocating to his hometown Buffalo in 2014 he met business partner, Sean Insalaco, and by July 2015, Tommyrotter Distillery was up and running. In the spring, summer and fall months, their multi-story distillery is open to visitors. Their beautiful modern glass-walled mezzanine tasting room gives a unique view of the entire production process. At Tommyrotters their production process is simple yet quite meticulous. No frills. No automation. Just handcrafted spirits, distilled batch by batch in small copper stills. Their spirits are distilled from American farm-grown grains. Smaller stills allow for greater control over the distillation process. They fill and label every single bottle by hand. Aged in offsite warehouses in Indiana, this whiskey was shipped in barrel to the Tommyrotter facility in Buffalo, NY. In the months prior to the bourbons arrival in Western New York, the founders sought Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from the most renowned vineyards in Napa Valley and transported them to Buffalo.Pick up your bottle today!

TX Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Leonard Firestone and Troy Robertson met entirely by chance via the playgroup that their children shared. The first was in TV broadcasting, the second in the oil and gas industry. As chance would have it, both were on the lookout for a new career. It wasnt until they made separate plans to visit the same craft distillery to learn about the trade once again by chance that they realized they both wanted to get into the whiskey business. As it turned out, their visions of making a true Texas whiskey the old fashioned way were nearly identical. It was at that point in 2009 that the groundwork was laid for the Firestone and Robertson Distilling Co.The seasoned entrepreneurs immediately began searching for a suitable building and found a reclaimed prohibition-era warehouse in Fort Worth to be the perfect spot. After extensive renovation, they had a pair of Vendome copper pot-column hybrid stills built to their exact specifications. The whiskey operation was ready to go. Their lineup now has several bourbons that showcase "Texan craftsmanship, dedication to detail, and innovation." Each bottle is capped with unique caps that Troy designed at his wood shop at home. The corks are made from carefully selected leather from the best boot and saddle producers all by hand. The TX Straight Bourbon is made from 100 percent Texan corn, wheat, and barley that come from a 4th generation farmer. They ferment the mash using their proprietary yeast strain and use pure Texan water only. Aged 4 years and bottled at 90 proof, the smooth and balanced whiskey has received a Gold Medal at the 2020 edition of the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.Grab your bottle today!

Van Winkle Special Reserve Lot "B" 12 Year Old Bourbon
In 1893, Julian Pappy Van Winkle Sr. began working as a traveling salesman for the W.L. Weller and Sons Company in Louisville, Kentucky. Weller and Sons was a liquor wholesaler and sold bourbon behind various labels, including Old Fitzgerald and Rebel Yell. After the turn of the century, Van Winkle purchased Weller and Sons Co., together with the Stitzel Distillery (the distillery produced most of the bourbons sold by the wholesaler), and merged the two companies. While Prohibition forced most distilleries to close their doors soon thereafter, Van Winkle was granted a license to continue operating his distillery and producing whiskey for medicinal purposes. By the time of his death in 1966 (at the age of 91), Van Winkle was the oldest active distiller in the country.Van Winkle Bourbons pays homage to one of the whiskey industrys founding fathers. Their bourbons are made from a wheated bourbon recipe, meaning that the secondary ingredient used in the bourbon is wheat instead of rye (other bourbons, such as Larceny Bourbon, have similar mash bills). After the bourbon has been distilled in the heart of Kentucky, this Special Reserve Lot B" bourbon is aged for 12 years and bottled at 45.2 percent ABV. W.B. Saffell Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The Barons of Whiskey was a group of men that helped make Kentucky bourbon legendary, ushering in bourbons golden age more than 100 years ago. James Ripy, Bond and Lillard, and W.B. Saffell were among them. Their whiskey empires kept expanding all the way until Prohibition hit in 1920 and many distilleries had to close their doors. The Whiskey Barons Collection by Wild Turkey owners Campari came to be in 2017 and pays tribute to those great men with 3 expressions: Old Ripy, Bond and Lillard, and W.B. Saffell. All of them are crafted from Wild Turkeys mash bill of 75 percent corn, 13 percent rye, and 12 percent malted barley. They come in 375ml bottles that harken back to the standards of the pre-Prohibition era. But theres more to it. While most of the original recipes have been lost, the creators had to painstakingly piece together the profiles from historical files, tasting notes, old product descriptions from packaging, and interviews of surviving family members. Distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, at the Wild Turkey Distillery, they revive the legacy of the Whiskey Barons. W.B. Saffell is the newest in the lineup. It pays tribute to William Butler Saffell, who began distilling as a teenager and built his first distillery in 1889. This bourbon is inspired by the delicate spirit he produced at the time and is the first in the collection to have legendary Master Distiller Eddie Russell working on the spirit. Wathens Barrel Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Situated along the banks of the Ohio River in Owensboro, Kentucky, the Medley Distilling Company is stewarded by Charles and Sam Medley, a father-and-son team who represent the seventh and eighth generation master distillers in their family. The Medleys roots run back to the birth of Kentucky bourbon; while Reverend Elijah Craig is usually credited with producing the first bourbon whiskey at his mill in Lebanon in 1789, the Medleys ancestors were distilling whiskey before that time in the adjacent county in Kentucky. In fact, except during the thirteen years during which distillation was outlawed in the United States, a member of the Medley family has been operating a distillery continuously since 1812.Following the repeal of Prohibition in 1933, Thomas Aquinas Medley began distillation and maturation of a new bourbon in honor of his familys rich history. Thomas died shortly after that, but the Medley Distilling Company continued to produce Kentucky bourbon for the next five decades. Today, under the tutelage of Charles and Samuel Medley, the distillery continues to distill bourbon using the same recipes and techniques that the previous generations of Medleys perfected decades ago.Wathens Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley. After the grains have been harvested, they are milled and mashed before being fermented with an eight-generation old yeast strain (the unique strain of Medley Family yeast has been inherited by each generation of Medleys since the 19th century, and remains a closely-guarded family secret). Following fermentation, the wash is distilled through a copper-pot still before being aged in new, charred American oak casks under the Kentucky sun. This barrel proof Wathens expression is a limited release, with only 25 barrels being produced. Each expression varies in proofs ranging from 109.6 to 118.6. This complex bourbon has compelling sweet and savory notes. Pick up your bottle today!

Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whiskey
Wilderness Trail Distillery is a craft operation that was launched in 2012 in Bold Danville, Kentucky. Mixing old traditions with modern science, they aim to create fine bourbon and other spirits. Founded by Shane Baker and Pat Heist, a pair with over 20 years of experience with fermentation and alcohol production under their belts, they craft unique spirits using locally-grown grains. Their spirits are hand-crafted and they pride themselves on being "not interested in making the most, just the best."The founders were left with several yeast strains they had collected over the years in the industry and put them to good use in the distillery. The premium corn, wheat, and rye are sourced from the nearby Caverndale Farms and Walnut Grove Farms from Adairville, Kentucky, while their malted barley comes from Louisville. The natural Kentucky limestone springwater completes the 100 percent Kentucky list of ingredients.Their production methods include the proprietary Infusion Mashing Process, which together with their unique yeast strains results in a softer and uniquely flavorful distillate. They are the first Kentucky bourbon distillery to use a chemical-free clean steam boiler that minimizes off flavors. Instead of sour mash, they rely on a sweet mash, which enables more flavors to be extracted from the grains. They employ a hybrid pot still, as well as two continuous column stills. All the whiskey is distilled, aged, and bottled on-site. Wilderness Trail produces bourbon, rye whiskey, vodka, and bourbon barrel-aged rum.The Wilderness Trail Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Bottled in Bond is crafted from a mash bill of 64 percent corn, 24 percent wheat, and 12 percent malted barley. The wheat ratio is exceptionally high for a Kentucky bourbon, making for a unique dram. The spirit is aged between 5 and 6 years in premium toasted cooper select barrels that are moved between different floors of Wilderness Trails rickhouses. Pick your bottle up today!

William Larue Weller 2018 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
After his grandfathers Louisville Brigade during the Mexican-American war, William Larue Weller returned home to his native Kentucky. His family had helped settle Kentucky in the late 18th century, and his grandfather, Daniel Weller, purchased a distillery in Nelson County in 1800. (When Daniel Weller died, his estate was inventoried and was said to contain three whiskey barrels, two stills, one mash kettle and numerous dry kegs.)Upon his return to Kentucky following the war, W.L. Weller joined the family business and began working at his grandfathers distillery. Weller had a sharp palate and a keen sense for business and in 1849, he introduced the first bourbon ever that used wheat as its secondary grain instead of rye. Wheated bourbons (including Pappy Van Winkle and Larceny Bourbon, which eventually imitated W.L. Wellers mashbill) have a softer and more gentle flavor profile as compared to bourbons that use rye as their secondary grain, and have a slightly sweeter taste. Wellers bourbon was incredibly popular in antebellum America and ultimately forced him to place a green thumbprint on his invoices and barrels as a certificate of authenticity. From Buffalo Traces Antique Collection, this special William Larue Weller was distilled in the winter of 2006, and aged in warehouses C, I, K, L, M, and Q. Uncut and unfiltered, this hand-bottled bourbon is barrel proof. Weller substitutes wheat for the traditional rye grain, a production method pioneered by W.L. Weller which earned this whiskey a Gold Medal at the 2019 Los Angeles International Spirits Competition, and a Silver Medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.Pick up your bottle today!

Woodford Reserve Distillers Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Nestled amid the rolling hills of bluegrass and thoroughbred farms sits one of Kentuckys oldest and smallest distilleries. The iconic Woodford Reserve Distillery sits on the grounds of a National historic landmark. It is Kentuckys oldest distilling site where the legendary Elijah Pepper began crafting whiskey in 1812, beginning a dynastic legacy in Kentucky Bourbon. It was on this same sacred soil that years later, Master Distiller James Christopher Crow developed his whiskey-making methods, alongside Oscar Pepper, which today have become common practice, including the implementation of sour mash into fermentation. Revolutionizing concepts of sour mash and yeast propagation, and modernizing the process of whiskey production in the US. Produced under the Brown-Forman Corporation, Woodford Reserve Bourbons are premium spirits crafted in small batches and aged in new char oak barrels. This artisanal process allows them to craft using all five sources of bourbon flavor, giving it its distinct taste and crisp, clean finish.Woodford Reserves Distillery houses an impressive 500-foot-long gravity-fed barrel run, along with their iconic copper pot stills, and 100-year-old cypress wood fermenters. Their facility also has one of the only heat cycled barrelhouses in the world. An impressive mechanism which gives Woodford Reserve its color and signature flavor. As the official bourbon of the Kentucky Derby, Woodford Reserve Distillers Select is comprised of more than 200 detectable flavor notes, from bold grain and wood, to sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit and floral notes. Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Yellowstone National Park was established in 1876, and just a few short years later, the Yellowstone Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey brand would emerge with an equally-rich story. J.B. Dant, legendary distiller and son of J.W. Dant, first began distilling in the late 1800s, using a "log still" instead of the more popular yet more expensive copper pot stills (a log still is made by hollowing out a tree trunk and lining the interior with copper pipes, a cheaper yet still effective way of distilling). As Dants Yellowstone brand gained popularity in Kentucky, he was able to purchase other nearby distilleries and formalize his process. In the early 1900s, it was through this expansion that Dant began working more closely with M.C. Beam of the illustrious Beam family. Together, Dant and Beam operated their network of facilities as the Yellowstone Distillery, and continued to produce Yellowstone Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey for "medicinal purposes" throughout Prohibition. Although the Yellowstone brand changed hands several times throughout the 20th century (first to Diageo and recently to Luxco) and eventually fell out of favor, Luxco, along with the Beam familys new Limestone Branch Distillery, has recently revitalized the brand, unearthing an old Beam family recipe and partnering with Paul and Steve Beam to create a spectacular bourbon that pays homage to the original.Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been hand-picked by Paul and Steve Beam, and is a marriage of two high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon whiskies, one aged four years and another aged seven years. According to the Beam brothers, the idea was to create a "well-rounded bourbon a spicy rye taste at first rounding out with caramel notes and a rich, brown sugar finish that highlights Kentucky tradition."Indeed, the bourbon has spicy aromas of rye toast and cinnamon spice, which lead to a palate filled with caramel, melted butter and leathered cherries. The finish is slightly tangy, with additional notes of burnt brown sugar and cloves.Pick up a bourbon rich in Kentucky tradition today!
