Isaac Bowman Port Barrel Finished Bourbon Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Before establishing Virginias oldest distillery, A. Smith Bowman purchased the 7,200-acre Sunset Hills farm in Fairfax County in 1927. Shortly after establishing his farm, his fields became so abundant that he decided to use the excess grain to create the Bowman bourbon legacy. In 1934, A. Smith Bowman broke ground on the distillery on the farmland, turning it into a family business along with his two sons. He produced the first-ever batch of Virginia Gentleman. Until the 1950s, the A. Smith Bowman Distillery was the sole producer of legal whiskey in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Currently, the distillerys main focus has shifted to producing premium handcrafted small-batch spirit and innovative limited editions.Currently, the historic family-owned distillery has relocated to Fredericksburg, and continue to balance long-standing traditions and innovative, pioneering spirits. In 2016 and 2017, A. Smith Bowman Distillery earned the Worlds Best Bourbon at the World Whiskies Awards. Following the success of their award-winning limited edition Abraham Bowman Port Finished Bourbon in 2016, this Isaac Bowman Bourbon is aged in charred white oak barrels, then finished in port barrels, the majority of which come from Virginia wineries. The result is a character-rich whiskey with notes of jam, caramel, and spice notes.Pick up your bottle today!

James E. Pepper 1776 100 Proof Straight Rye Whiskey
Elijah Pepper started a legacy in whiskey distilling at the dawn of the American Revolution. Pepper also built the first log cabin distillery in Versailles, during the Kentucky War of 1812. The family business was passed on to his son, Oscar, and then on to his grandson, James E. Pepper. Colonel James E. Pepper experienced life as one of Kentuckys first Bourbon aristocrats. As an elite he raced thoroughbreds in the Kentucky Derby, traveled in a private rail car and made the Old Fashioned cocktail famous. Pepper Whiskey is an old fashioned whiskey, made in the old time way from a formula used for more than 100 years by three generations of the Pepper family, wrote James, in an advertisement dated August 22, 1887. We claim not only to make the oldest but absolutely the purest and best brand of whiskey made in America, and we invite comparison with any whiskey of any age.In 1958, after the whiskey industry fell on hard times, the James E. Pepper Distillery was forced to close its doors. During its tenure, Pepper Whiskey, or Old 1776 Whiskey as it became it known, was a favorite of Presidents Andrew Jackson and Ulysses S. Grant, and was preferred by Daniel Webster, a leading American statesman and senator from Massachusetts. Before re-launching this iconic brand, says Amir Peay, we did extensive research and spent years collecting and analyzing full, preserved bottles of original Pepper Whiskey. Peay even acquired a letter written by Pepper himself, detailing the exact mashbill and recipe used to create Old 1776. We wanted to pay homage to Peppers legacy and do our best to recreate the original Pepper Whiskey something that was part of American history, he says.James E. Pepper Rye is a bourbon-esque, fruity whiskey with a 90 percent rye mash bill, its bottled at 50 percent ABV. On the nose are spicy notes of rye, with hints of clove and cinnamon underneath. On the Palate are flavors of Orange zest, clove, honeysuckle, heavy rye bread, oak. The finish is long and spicy.Grab a bottle of this rye today!

Jeffersons Ocean Aged at Sea Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey
The principal author of the Declaration of Independence and one of the greatest Founding Fathers, Thomas Jefferson was elected the third President of the United States in 1800. During his tenure, Jefferson authorized the purchase of the Louisiana Territory, dispatched Lewis and Clark westward in order to explore the remainder of the continent and repealed the Whisky Excise Tax.After Jefferson retired from public office in 1815, he often tended to the garden that he had cultivated on his Monticello estate. At the time, it was customary for wealthy farmers, including Jefferson, to distill the excess grains they harvested from their farms into spirits (George Washington was one of the countrys largest distillers of rye whiskey). As a result, each farmers spirits were unique and reflected the local terroir of their farm. Jeffersons Ocean Aged At Sea Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey pays homage to Jefferson and the exquisite whiskey he distilled.Jeffersons Ocean Aged At Sea Cask Strength Bourbon is first matured in older bourbon casks for approximately six to eight years on land, before the casks are placed on a ship and allowed to rest for another several months at sea. At sea, the bourbon and oak casks are forced to mingle with each other as the ship which stops in five different continents and crosses the equator four times during the journey rolls back and forth over the water. In addition, the temperature and barometric pressure fluctuations during the sea voyage cause the oak staves to expand and contract, and allow the bourbon to extract more of the tannins and flavor from the oak during its maturation.Bottled at cask strength for the first time, Jeffersons Ocean Aged At Sea Cask Strength Bourbon has an aroma of cinnamon buns, orange zest, burnt sugar and marshmallow. Thick notes of salted caramel, figs and chocolate fudge dominate the palate, and lead to a playful finish accented by sweet mint, lemon cake and nutmeg. We have only a handful of bottles available. As a result, each farmers spirits were unique and reflected the local terroir of their farm. Jeffersons Ocean Aged At Sea Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey pays homage to Jefferson and the exquisite whiskey he distilled. But the Ocean lineup is extra special in that it experiments with how maturing aboard a ship affects a spirit. The vessel in question is Ocearchs flagship, and this bourbon has traveled the world aboard that ship. The bourbon uses wheat in its mash bill as its small grain instead of the typical rye. The lighter wheat allows the sweetness of the corn to build through the maturation process. Once barreled and allowed to mature on land, it was put to sea, where it was immediately and continually influenced by the salt air and constant movement of the ship. Typically crossing the equator 4 times, the liquid is exposed to extreme changes in temperature as the ship transitions from winter to summer and vice versa without the buffer of spring and fall. Extreme heat changes cause the sugars of the corn to caramelize in the wood and work their way into the bourbon as the wood contracts with the extreme drop in temperature. Crafted with 7- and 8-year-old bourbons, this years release marks a departure from previous ones.Pick up your bottle today!

Launched in 1997 by Trey and his father Chet Zoeller, a bourbon historian. First released in 1997, Jeffersons has several offerings in their lineup, and utilizes very innovative and experimental blending and aging techniques. For example, their Jeffersons Ocean expression is a bourbon, aged on a ship at sea, exposed to extreme weather conditions, crafting a truly distinct spirit. As Jefferson Bourbons Master Distiller, Trey Zoeller is an aficionado of the Upper Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wines from the Pritchard Hill region of California. For their limited edition Jeffersons Pritchard Hill, Trey collaborated with Cyril Chappellet of the Chappellet Estate Winery, using their wine casks to age the special bourbon expression. This Jeffersons Pritchard Hill release is aged using quite a unique maturation technique; a twin wood aging process, that incorporates a blend of three complex, elegant bourbons that have been aged for one year in new American Oak barrels, and finished in ex-Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon French Oak casks. The special casks were once situated at the highly elevated, rocky slopes of the Chappellet Vineyard in St. Helena, Napa Valley. Jeffersons Wood Experiment Collection
The principal author of the Declaration of Independence and one of the greatest Founding Fathers, Thomas Jefferson was elected the third President of the United States in 1800. As a result, each farmers spirits were unique and reflected the local terroir of their farm. The Jeffersons brand pays homage to Jefferson and the exquisite whiskey he distilled.Founded in 1997, Jeffersons is the brainchild of Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a famed bourbon historian. Continuing a family tradition that dates as far back as the 18th century -when Treys 8th generation grandmother was arrested in 1799 for the production and sales of spirituous liquors.Generations later, the father-son duo chose to personify the brand in the spirit of Thomas Jeffersonwho was renown his curious nature and love of experimentation. Jeffersons is constantly expanding their horizons with new and innovative ways of looking at whiskey, and how it interacts with wood. At this intersection of art and experimentation, lies inspiration. The Wood Experimental Collection was inspired by an enlightening trip to a wine cooperage in Missouri. Wine barrels are almost exclusively toasted oak, as opposed to bourbons charred, brand-new barrels, which yield a high-oak flavor profile. This is what inspired Trey Zoeller to embark on an experimental journey with a 4-year-old bourbon, aging it in new charred white oak barrels, and finishing it in 13 different environments/vessels. "Over a period of 32 months, we charted the characteristics of each experiment monthly and analyzed how the different treatments have affected the outcome of the final whiskey (producer). This selection features five of the 13 small batch experimental bourbon whiskeys: #3, #4, #6, #10, and #12, each vessel imparting a distinct and intriguing character onto the spirit. Wood exp. no.3 was finished in new 60-gallon American oak barrels with a low, deep impact toast profile. Wood exp. no.4 was finished in a new standard whiskey barrel with medium char, infused with heavily charred American oak cubes. Wood exp. no.6 was finished in a new standard whiskey barrel with a light-medium char, infused with lightly toasted American oak staves. Joseph Magnus Murray Hill Club Bourbon Whiskey
Jos. A. Magnus and Co. distillery was re-established in 2015, but the legacy of Joseph Magnus Bourbon dates back to the 1890s. After Magnus great-grandson rediscovered an old bottle of his ancestors whiskey amongst family heirlooms, the idea was hatched to revive the art of finished bourbon. Samples were taken from that 122-year-old bottle and the liquid was reverse-engineered. Joseph Magnus Bourbon is comprised of 12-year-old bourbon from MGP in Indiana and triple-cask finished over several months in Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and cognac casks at the Jos. A. Magnus and Co. distillery in Washington, D.C.The art of finishing and blending bourbon across the three casks imparts distinctive notes to the finished spirit. Kentucky Owl Dry State 100th Anniversary Limited Edition
Kentucky Owl was founded by Charles Mortimer Dedman, a local pharmacist, in 1879. After marrying his wife, Dedman was given a large parcel of land on the banks of the Kentucky River, as a wedding gift from his adopted father who was a local town judge. C.M. Dedman Distillery was established here on the banks of the Kentucky River, producing "The Wise Mans Bourbon" under Distilled Spirits Plant Designation "No. 16," one of Kentuckys original distilleries and part of a booming industry.Kentucky Owl achieved much success and production continued until Prohibition halted distillation. The family-run facility was no match for the "forces of teetotalism, temperance and eventually, the Feds." In 1916, Prohibition left several local distilleries with ample reserves of bourbon. As for Kentucky Owl, approximately 250,000 gallons of bourbon were left over in various stages of aging. Today these reserves would be worth about $40 million in inventory. After Federal agents descended on the Dedmans distillery, the bourbon was seized and shipped up the river by barge to the state capital in Frankfort for "safekeeping" in a warehouse.Currently, Kentucky Owl is in the midst of designing a stunning state-of-the-art distillery park with rickhouses for aging, a bottling center, as well as a vintage dinner train to stop on the property. It will be built at Cedar Creek Quarry in Bardstown. The 420-acre site will boast beautiful lakes with crystal clear, limestone-filtered water that will be used in their whiskey production. Kentucky Owl Dry State 100th Anniversary Limited Edition comes in the wake of the 100th anniversary of the Prohibition. It pays tribute to the period after the Volstead Act sent the country into a "dry state". This rare edition is limited to less than 2000 bottles and combines some of Kentucky Owls most prized barrels. It comes in an elegant wooden box, made according to design trends of the time and entirely by hand. Bottled at 100 proof, you can expect complex aromas of spice, fruit, and toffee, followed by sweet oranges and caramel, culminating in a satisfyingly long finish.Get your bottle today!

Kings County Single Malt Whiskey
Situated along the banks of the East River, Kings County Distillery is New York Citys oldest operating whiskey distillery and the first distillery in New York City since Prohibition. Wedged between Williamsburg and Vinegar Hill, Colin Spoelman and David Haskell, the master distillers at Kings County, make hand-crafted bourbon, moonshine, and now single malt whiskey out of the 117-year old Paymaster Building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.A typewriter the two distillers found on the sidewalk in Williamsburg is used to make the labels that adorn their clear, flask-like bottles, while a hairdryer (made by Revlon) is used to affix each bottle seal. Handwritten scrawls on a chalkboard keep track of different batches, and mesh laundry bags are used as strainers.Kings County Single Malt Whiskey is just like a single malt Scotch except its made in Brooklyn! The barley is sourced from England and Scotland before being malted with a touch of peat, and open-fermented. Bookers vision for Knob Creek Bourbon was that of an honest, quality bourbon that could meet the standards strength, flavor, care, and patience of bourbon made before prohibition distressed the industry just decades earlier. Like Abraham Lincoln himself, Booker designed Knob Creek Bourbon, to be honest, unwavering and full of character.Knob Creek offers a solid core lineup of whiskeys and bourbons, all of which have made the brand one of the most popular labels on the market today. Rye Whiskey has made a huge comeback in the industry in recent years, and Knob Creeks small batch rye is a hallmark emblem of the resurgence of this born again fermented grain whiskey. With its expansive notes of herbs bold rye and nuanced elements of oak, and undertones of vanilla, its no wonder that this rye is one of the most renowned whiskeys to date. Laws Four Grain Ruby Port Cask Finish Bourbon (Experimental Barrel)
Laws Whiskey House is a dedicated, no-compromise whiskey company. The distillery was founded by Alan Laws in 2010 in Denver, Colorado, in the historic Gates Neighborhood. Laws and his team, including former master distiller of Bartons Bill Friel, perfected the whiskey over several years, crafting the one-of-a-kind spirit into what it is today. Laws Whiskey takes "an obsessive, hands-on approach to every aspect of whiskey production." Every step of the production is carried out in-house: from the milling, cooking, fermentation, and distillation until aging.Their flagship Four Grain Bourbon is made from a recipe of 60 percent corn, 20 percent wheat, 10 percent rye, and 10 percent malted barley, all of which (except the corn) come from the Colorado Malting Company. "We let American whiskeys four mother grains inspire us to not only create our four grain straight bourbon, but also to break each grain out into its own expression, showcasing its contribution to the bourbon," says Laws.Triple-cleaned, the grain is milled and combined into a sour mash which is open-air fermented for four days. Following fermentation of the grains, the wash is double-distilled through a custom made four-plate Vendome hybrid copper-pot/column still. The bourbon is then matured in 53-gallon American white oak casks that were crafted by the Independent Stave Company in Missouri (the distillery had 1,000 barrels aging already). There, the bourbon matures for approximately three years. The limited-edition Four Grain Ruby Port Cask Finish Bourbon expression from their seasonal small-batch Experiential series takes that same juice for a round of finishing in 225-liter Portuguese Ruby Port barrels. The fortified dessert wine is known for its fruity brightness, the barrel imparting the spirit with rich raisin, fig, and plum notes. Its an unprecedented collaboration between two whiskey legends Fred Noe, from the founding family bourbon, and Jim Beams Seventh generation Master Distiller, and Shinji Fukuyo, from the founding house of Japanese whisky and Suntorys fifth-ever Chief Blender. For Fred and Shinji, LegentTM started as a passion project, a chance to continue their pursuit of mastery. Even after numerous awards and reaching the pinnacle of their respected whiskey-making worlds, Fred and Shinji realized there was much they could learn from one another. That they could push bourbons boundaries as well as their own. Leaning into the heritage of Kentucky bourbon-making and Japanese whisky-blending techniques, Legent brings the best of two whiskey worlds together. But landing on the final recipe for Legent took Fred and Shinji years of sitting, talking, tasting and meticulous decision-making. The result is an entirely new way to create bourbon that transcends the broader whiskey category. Its a bourbon with a flavor profile unlike anything else, one that stands out in a cocktail or can be easily enjoyed neat or on the rocks. Legent truly is a bourbon as unique as the two whiskey legends who made it.Pick up your bottle today!

Seeing the blossoming craft breweries, they decided to jump head-first into distilling. Litchfield Distillery crafts small-batch spirits of exceptional quality using local ingredients. They take pride in their hard-work mentality, unwillingness to compromise, adopting sustainable practices, and taking care of the local community. The boutique distillery has a range of award-winning craft spirits in its lineup that is overseen by their head distiller James McCoy. The range includes Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Double Barrelled 10YO Bourbon Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, as well as several flavored offerings: Vanilla Bourbon, Maple Bourbon, Cinnamon Bourbon, Apple Vodka, Blueberry Vodka, Peach Vodka, and others. More recently they entered the ready-to-drink canned cocktail market with Spiked Lemonade, The Litchfielder, and Batcherita, all using their in-house spirits and natural flavors.Their Batchers Coffee Bourbon is crafted with arabica beans that are roasted and ground to cold brew specifications by Baronet Coffee from Windsor. The ground beans are then steeped in cold distilled water for 24 hours in the same way cold brew coffee is made, before being infused into their in-house bourbon during the proofing. Simply put, the bourbon is cut down to 86 proof using cold brew coffee instead of water. The bitterness is toned down and the result is a smooth and complex flavored whiskey with a distinct earthiness.Pick your bottle up today!

Low Gap Bourbon Whiskey
Master distiller Crispin Cain is a seasoned spirits and wine industry veteran. In 1983 he was moonlighting jobs in Pleasanton in a wine cellar, and on a bottling line, while working with Cooper Laboratories plasma kinetics division during the day. After having settled in Mendocino County, in 89 Crispin Cain worked as assistant distiller to the brandy master Hubert Germain-Robin for seven years before founding Greenway Distillers Inc. with his wife, partner, and vice president, Tamar Kaye in 2005.In 2008, he started a second company, Tamar Distillery Inc. which produces Low Gap Whiskey, Russell Henry Gin, DSP 162 Vodka, and Fluid Dynamics Barrel Aged Cocktails. Cain has proved to be quite the wizard on the still, known for delivering award-winning spirits, he has been distilling since way back in 1989.It was while working for Germain-Robin that Cain got the idea of creating high-quality whiskey from Northern California that would express the purity of nature, "one which expresses the simple beauty of clean air, clean water, and tall trees, while capturing the complexity of malted grains from a variety of local and classic sources." He continues: "I create Low Gap whiskies using the time honored traditions of Cognac, keen attention to fermentation, the Charentais Pot Still, the double distillation method, choosing fine barrels to match fine spirits. Carefully selecting the distillate which becomes Low Gap Whiskey is the best part of my job, I do this with great pleasure," says Cain of his Low Gap Whiskey. Crafted from a mash bill of 55 percent corn, 30 percent malted barley, and 15 percent malted rye, then aged in new charred oak for upwards of 3 years, this expression is bottled at 86.5 proof.Pick your bottle up today!

Makers 46 Bourbon
On October 1, 1953, William Samuels Sr. purchased Burks Distillery, which was situated in Loretto, Kentucky, for $35,000. Five years later, the distillery released the first bottles of Makers Mark Bourbon Whisky, which featured the distillerys distinctive red wax seal. The distillery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and was listed as a National Historic Landmark in 1980.Made from a mash of corn, wheat, and malted barley, Makers bourbon is aged in limestone cellars and handcrafted in small batches. They are one of the few distilleries that rotate their barrels from the upper to the lower levels of the aging warehouses during the aging process. This ensures that the barrels get equal treatment, evening out the differences in temperature fluctuation that occurs during the maturation process. This is the first new Makers Mark recipe in at least five decades. Makers 46 is Makers Mark with a French Twist. A full-fledged Makers Mark, aged for an extended period in seared French oak staves. The staves were sourced from the Independent Stave Company, who experimented with 10 virgin French oak staves, testing several different levels of sear to caramelize the wood sugars and seal in the bitter tannins of the oak. The final staves, labeled Profile 46, were then added to the barrels of original Makers Mark, and aged in Makers limestone bourbon cellars. The French oak staves create a smoother, bolder, more complex flavor profile, imparting more spice, sweetness, and vanilla onto the spirit. Bottled in a hand-dipped square-shaped vial at a solid 47 percent ABV. Pick up your bottle today!
