Knappogue Castle 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
In 1966, Texas architect Lavon Dickensheets Andrews and her husband, Mark, stumbled upon the remains of Knappogue Castle, an Irish landmark in County Clare which was originally built by Clan MacNamara in 1467. Struck by the passionate impulse to restore the castle, the couple purchased Knappogue Castle and embarked on their journey to restore its original grandeur. While Mrs. Andrews focused on the architectural details of the project, Mark Andrews began buying casks of the finest pot still Irish whiskey and bottling them under his own independent label, suitably named Knappogue Castle. Andrews was unusual in that he chose to bottle single malt Irish whiskeys, as opposed to blends, which most others were choosing at the time. The last of Andrews selections, Knappogue Castle 1951, was distilled at the now-defunct B. Daly distillery, and since become the oldest and rarest publicly-available Irish whiskey in existence. The Knappogue Castle 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a marriage of two single malts distilled in copper pot stills and then matured in ex-bourbon casks one for 23 years (put into barrel in 1994) and another for 21 years (put into barrel in 1996) before blending them together. This expression is bottled at 92 proof and is non-chill filtered.Pick up your bottle today!

Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest
Midleton Very Rare is a brand under which the New Midleton Distillery from the East Cork town of Midleton produces its premium Irish whiskeys. The New Midleton Distillery started its operations in 1975, consolidating in one place the production of Irish Distillers Group, which was founded in 1966 through the merger of John Power and Son, John Jameson and Son and the Cork Distilleries Company (which owned the Old Midleton distillery). The distillery is best known for making the famous Jameson Whiskey, but also produces other well-known brands, such as Powers, Paddy and Redbreast. Midleton Very Rare was created in 1984 by Master Distiller Barry Crockett, who guided the New Midleton Distillery on its journey of creating the finest whiskeys in the world for over 30 years. Upon retiring in 2013, he passed the baton to his mentee Brian Nation, who continued to create special and unique whiskey across the Midleton Very Rare portfolio. Midleton Dair Ghaelach is a series of the distillerys Irish pot still whiskeys matured in traditional bourbon barrels, and finished in Irish oak. Midleton Dair Ghaelach was the first whiskey in over 100 years to be matured in native Irish oak, and Knockrath Forest is the third release in the series. Irish oak barrels were not used before due to the lack of sustainable supply, however following the recent strides in the reforestation of Ireland, the distillers are now able to responsibly procure sustainable native oak for maturation. Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest is made from single pot still Irish whiskeys aged 15 to 28 years, which were matured in traditional Bourbon barrels. What makes it truly unique, are additional 2 years of finishing in virgin Irish oak casks made from trees from the Knockrath Estate. This whiskey is bottled at cask strength of 56.5 percent ABV. Powers Three Swallow Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
In 1791, John Powers founded the Johns Lane Distillery, which at the time was located on the outskirts of a growing Dublin City. The distillery used for its motive-power the first steam engine erected in Ireland the engine was constructed for the sole purpose of producing pot still whiskey. John Power and Son was the first Irish distiller to bottle its own whiskey, adopting a gold label exclusively for Powers bottled at Johns Lane. The gold label guaranteed the higher quality and distinguished it from the white label Powers which was bottled by independent whiskey bonders. Hence it became customary when in a public house, to call for a "gold label."Powers unique distillation process uses only the heart of the distillate, delivering a richly complex, and layered flavor profile that has been a standard of Irish Whiskey since 1791. This Three Swallow Release is a modern take on the original "Pure Pot Still Whiskey" style that made POWERS one of the best selling whiskeys in the world.Johns Lane was known for having incredibly high standards. Each of his coaches had three coachmen, a driver, and assistant up front, and another at the rear. This Three Swallow whiskey is inspired by the tradition of coachmen bringing along small flasks of POWERS whiskey on long rides. The amount of whiskey was just enough to give each man a good swallow, but not enough to interfere with his job. This tradition of "three swallows" was the original inspiration for the iconic POWERS symbol used to this day.Three Swallow is a Single Pot Still made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills before aging in 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. This method ensures the flavor of the distillate is at the fore and a small component ( percent3) of Sherry-aged whiskey adds harmony and finesse. The result is an incredible balance of sweetness, and spice, followed by a hint of citrus and fruit.Pick up your bottle today!

Quiet Man 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
"In more than 50 years behind the bar, my father saw and heard it all," says Ciaran Mulgrew. "But like all good bartenders, [he] was true to the code and told no tales. He was "The Quiet Man," or as they say in the pubs of Ireland, "An Fear Ciuin."Ciaran Mulgrew created Quiet Man Irish Whiskey to honor his father, John, who spent over half a century tending bar in Belfast, Ireland. As a child, Ciaran would often accompany his father to work, where he fell in love with the sounds and smells of the bar, "the Craic," the laughter, and the beer and the whiskey (especially the whiskey).Quiet Man 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is distilled through traditional Irish pot stills and aged for eight years in oak barrels before being re-casked in first-fill bourbon barrels. "The difference between a good whiskey and a great whiskey lies not just in picking the best ingredients and having the most skilled distiller," Mulgrew adds. "It lies in selecting the finest barrels to let the whiskey mature in. Our unique process of finishing the aging in barrels that previously held bourbon but never whiskey, allows The Quiet Man to soak up those wonderfully sweet yet spicy oak flavors, and the result is a great Irish whiskey."The whiskey has a sweet aroma of honeysuckle, crisp apples, vanilla and oak. On the palate, the whiskey is filled with notes of clover, burnt oak, toffee and white fudge, which leads to an incredible finish accented by green tea and caramel.Quiet Man 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey received a Gold Medal at the 2015 Irish Whiskey Masters.Pick up your bottle today!

Redbreast 27 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
In 1857, WandA Gilbey Co. was founded in a basement cellar at the corner of Oxford Street and Berwick in London. By the turn of the century, the company a wine and spirits merchant held one of the largest stocks of maturing whiskey in its inventory, and had expanded to Dublin, Belfast and Edinburgh. In 1912, Gilbeys began selling a 12 year old whiskey named Redbreast. The name was a reference to the Robin Redbreast (a type of bird) and is attributed to the Chairman of Gilberys, who was an avid ornithologist.Today, Redbreast 27 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey continues to pay homage to the legacy of Gilbey and its Irish origins. The whiskey is crafted from a marriage of malted and unmalted barley, which are milled and mashed before being triple-distilled through traditional copper-pot stills. The inclusions of unmalted barley in the whiskeys mashbill, along with the tradition of triple distillation, are uniquely Irish approaches to producing whiskey.Following distillation, the whiskey is matured in a combination of American ex-bourbon oak and European oak casks that were previously used to mature Spanish Oloroso sherry. This expression then takes things to another level of complexity with the inclusion of Ruby Port Casks. After a 27-year slumber, the whiskey is bottled at cask strength without the use of chill filtration, resulting in an incredibly rich and complex dram.Pick a bottle up today!

Redbreast Lustau Edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
In 1857, WandA Gilbey Co. was founded in a basement cellar at the corner of Oxford Street and Berwick in London. By the turn of the century, the company a wine and spirits merchant held one of the largest stocks of maturing whiskey in its inventory, and had expanded to Dublin, Belfast, and Edinburgh. At the suggestion of the companys chairman, an avid ornithologist, in 1912 Gilbeys began selling whiskey named after the European robin redbreast. The latest release in the Redbreast line, Lustau Edition continues to pay homage to the legacy of Gilbey and its Irish origins while highlighting the brands ties to Spains legendary sherry producer, Bodegas Lustau in Jerez. Though prior editions of Redbreast have also been aged in former sherry casks, this blend was crafted with the goal of putting flavors imparted from Oloroso sherry at the forefront of the palate. The Master Blender at Midleton Distillery (where Redbreast is distilled), Billy Leighton, stated "Its putting the spotlight on the Lustau, but its putting the floodlight on the sherry business in general. I think its kind of us giving credit or appreciation to the people in the sherry business for doing what they do for us. I think the whisky business in general is not very good at showing appreciation at what other people are doing to support them. Its kind of us tipping our hat to the sherry business in general; to show that we appreciate it. You have to give credit where its due." As are all Redbreast whiskeys, Lustau Edition is crafted from a marriage of malted and unmalted barley, which are milled and mashed before being triple-distilled through traditional copper-pot stills. The inclusions of unmalted barley in the whiskeys mashbill, along with the tradition of triple distillation, are uniquely Irish approaches to producing whiskey.Following distillation, the Irish whiskey is matured for nine to twelve years in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. What makes this blend particularly special is the final year it spends finishing in Spanish oak Oloroso casks, hand-selected from Bodegas Lustau for the purpose of accenting sherry flavors that underlie previous releases from Redbreast. As a result, Redbreast Lustau Edition has an aroma of stone fruit, prunes and dates accented with anise and toasted oak. The creamy palate combines spices typical to the Redbreast line with a rich sherry finish thanks to the Spanish oak. This is a historic release from Redbreast, the first permanent addition to the collection since Redbreast 21 premiered in 2013. The Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Nearly 800 years ago, the ODonnell Dynasty ruled an ancient Gaelic kingdom in northwest Ireland called Tyrconnell (Tyrconnell means "The Land of ODonnell" in ancient Gaelic). In 1876, the family of Andrew Watt entered a horse named "The Tyrconnell" in an Irish horse race known as The National Produce Stakes. Despite the 100-to-1 odds against him, Tyrconnell won the race and the Watt family, which had been producing whiskey since 1762, celebrated by launching the Tyrconnell label. The Tyrconnell Irish Whiskey became one of the best-selling Irish whiskeys in the world and prior to Prohibition, was the best-selling Irish Whiskey in the United States. Ultimately, the drastic drop in sales the distillery experienced as a result of Prohibition caused it to close its doors in 1925. In 1987, the label was resurrected by the Cooley Distillery, which began producing The Tyrconnell Irish Whiskey once more. The Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish Whiskey is made using the finest Irish barley, which is steeped in pure spring water and allowed to germinate. Unlike many Scottish distilleries, Cooley Distillery does not use any smoke during the malting process, resulting in a cleaner taste of the malt and barley. After the barley is malted and mashed, yeast is added to the wort in order to begin fermentation. The wash is then double distilled in the distillerys copper pot stills the stills small size and long necks result in more contact between the whiskey and copper and ultimately produce a more refined and layered spirit. The Tyrconnell Irish Whiskey Single Malt earned 94 points at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge. Pick up your bottle today!

The Whistler Distillers Select Double Oaked
Drogheda is one of the oldest Irish towns where the first written records of whiskey production date back to 1556. The town has a rich history of whiskey distilling and had 18 operating distilleries in 1774. As we know, Irish whiskey was in decline in the 20th century, due to the civil war, trade dispute with the UK, and Prohibition in the US with only a handful distilleries remaining operational, none of those in Drogheda. Boann Distillery joined the resurgence of Irish whiskey in 2019, producing the first spirit in the town in more than 160 years. The company was launched by Patrick "The Whistler" Cooney and his wife Marie with several other family members. Backed by 40 years of experience in the industry, the family has the know-how, skill, and passion to create premium Irish whiskey. On one hand, they honor the rich tradition of Irish whiskey, on the other they take innovative approaches using cutting-edge technology which includes their state-of-the-art brewhouse and unique 3 copper-pot stills that use nanotechnology all with the goal of creating some of the finest whiskey and craft gin.All the ingredients are 100 percent natural, including locally-grown barley from native farmers and water from the Boyne Valley well. The operation is overseen by Michael Walsh. Irelands youngest head distiller has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge during his Chemical Engineering studies and when getting his Certificate in Distilling in 2012, quickly rising through the ranks. Tullamore DEW 15 Year Old Trilogy Small Batch Irish Whiskey
Situated in the Midlands region of Ireland, the city of Tullamore was ruled for centuries by Clan OMolloy. On May 10, 1785, a hot air balloon crashed into the city and began a fire that destroyed over 100 homes, making Tullamore the site of the worlds first known aviation disaster. Following the accident, the city adopted a phoenix (a phoenix is a mythological Greek bird that is reborn after it dies) rising from the ashes as its coat of arms, a symbol of its resilience and recovery.Tullamore DEW Distillery was founded within 50 years of the accident, and is situated at the very site where the hot air balloon struck a smoking chimney, which started the fire.Tullamore DEW Irish Whiskey is made from three different grains, including malted barley, unmalted barley and corn. Once the grains are harvested, they are milled and mashed with hot water before being fermented in wooden washbacks. During fermentation, the grains sugars are converted into alcohol, creating a strong yet sour beer called wash. The wash is then triple distilled through three copper-pot stills: a wash still, a low wines still and a pot still. Through each distillation process, the alcohol content and flavors of the whiskey are intensified.Following distillation, Tullamore DEW Trilogy Irish Whiskey is aged for 15 years in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-Oloroso Sherry and special ex-rum casks, making this both the oldest whiskey ever released by Tullamore DEW and the first time the distillery has used rum casks in such a way. As a result, Tullamore DEW Trilogy has a rich aroma filled with tropical fruits, mixed nuts, tannins and oak. The palate transitions to flavors of chocolate fudge and whipped cream, and leads to an incredibly long and intense finish.Tullamore DEW Trilogy Irish Whiskey shows the power of three in many ways three generations of the Williams family, three types of Irish whiskey (malted barley, unmalted barley and grain), the distinctly Irish process of triple-distillation, the unique crafts of distillation, blending and maturation, and aging in three different types of casks.Pick up a powerful whiskey today!

Waterford Organic Gaia 1.1 Irish Single Malt Whisky
Mark Reynier is no stranger to the world of whisky. He was responsible for the renaissance of Bruichladdich, bringing his wine expertise and the importance of terroir into the equation. He opposed Bruichladdich being sold to Rmy Cointreau, which is why he eventually left when the take-over took place in 2012. Unwilling to give up on the industry he had grown to love, he acquired a former Guinness brewery in Waterford, Ireland, and transformed it into a distillery, continuing the tradition of single malt whisky in which terroir plays an integral part. Its in that state-of-the-art facility on the south-eastern coast of Ireland, that they have the finest materials at their disposal: pure spring water from ancient wells, passionate distillers, and some of the worlds finest barley. In Reyniers terroir-centered philosophy, barley is king. Writers Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey
Deep within the scenic Carlow countryside, sits the 18th century home of the Walsh Whiskey. The family owned and operated company was founded by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh, previous owners of a ski chalet in France, in search of the perfect Irish whiskey with which to spike their famous coffee. Eventually, their search led them to the founding of their whiskey brand Irishman in 1999. Set out to rediscover Irish-style Whiskey as it was made 200 years ago, they initially contracted their distilling to Bushmills. After becoming successful they were eventually able to build their own distillery. The Walsh Whiskey ceremoniously opened in June of 2016, in the heart of Southern Irish farm country where they produce four versions of The Irishman, three Writers Tears, and two varieties of Irish Cream Liqueur. The picturesque Walsh Whiskey marks the return of Whiskey distilling to County Carlow for the first time in over 200 years.
