Johnnie Walker The White Walker Limited Edition Blended Scotch Whisky
Upon his fathers death in 1820, a young grocer named Johnnie Walker invested his 417 inheritance into a grocery and spirits shop on High Street in Scotland. While Walker himself was a teetotaller, he sold a popular single malt whisky under the name Walkers Kilmarnock Whisky. When Walker retired from the store in the 1850s, whisky sales represented just 8 percent of the stores business. In 1857, Alexander Walker Johnnie Walkers eldest son inherited the store and began improving its selection of single malt Scotch whiskies. In addition, Alexander had apprenticed with a tea merchant in Glasgow and there, had learned the art of blending tea. Under his stewardship, the House of Walker began blending whisky and bottling it in an iconic, square bottle adorned with a slanted label. By the time Alexander Walker retired in the 1880s, whisky sales represented over 95 percent of the stores business. The Johnnie Walker Striding Man is now among the ranks of the Night Kings forces. Introducing Johnnie Walker White Walker edition. Inspired by the bone-chilling fearsome characters in the meg-hit series Game of Thrones, this limited edition blended Scotch was created by whisky specialist George Harper, alongside the small team of expert blenders at Johnnie Walker. This blend features single malts from Cardhu and Clynelish one of Scotlands most Northern distilleries. Blender George Harper used the Frozen North as his starting point for creating White Walker by Johnnie Walker. He said: Whiskies from Clynelishhave endured long, Scottish Winters, not dissimilar to the long periods endured by the Nights Watchwho have venturednorthof thewall- so it was the perfect place to startwhen creating this unique whisky.White Walker has notes of caramelized sugar and vanilla, fresh red berries with a touch of orchard fruit and is best served directly from the freezer, echoing thechillingpresence of the White Walkers. Johnny Drum Private Stock Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey
Following the defeat of the British at the Battle of Yorktown during the American Revolutionary War in 1781, the territory west of the Appalachian mountains became known as Kentucky County. At the time, the territory was considered part of Virginia, and was overseen by a military governor named John J. Bowman. In order to encourage westward expansion, Virginia issued pioneers who agreed to settle in Kentucky County "corn writs," which granted the pioneers 60 acres of land if they agreed to settle in Kentucky and start farming corn. Within a decade, some 2,000 farmers had settled in Kentucky and were growing corn in an effort to validate their claim to the land.Following the end of the American Civil War, Johnny Drum returned to his native state of Kentucky. Like many pioneers who had settled the state before him, Drum purchased a farm among the rolling bluegrass fields of Kentucky, and staked his claim to a beautiful, limestone spring. After harvesting more corn than he could sell, Drum distilled the excess grains into bourbon. Today, Johnny Drum Private Stock Kentucky Bourbon celebrates the passion and legacy of Johnny Drum.Johnny Drum Private Stock Kentucky Bourbon has an aroma of spicy cinnamon, ginger, oak and caramel. Notes of roasted peanuts, warm cinnamon and vanilla dominate the palate, and are complemented by touches of oak and honey. The finish is smooth yet bold, with lingering spices nestled against hints of citrus and chocolate.Johnny Drum Private Stock earned the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and was called one of the "best hidden gem whiskies on the market, "by Drink Spirits.Pick up a bottle today!

Jura Prophecy Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated sixty miles off the western coast of the Scottish mainland, the Isle of Jura is one of the most sparsely populated islands in Scotland it boasts 5,000 red deer, 200 human beings, two churches and just one distillery. The Jura Distillery was founded in 1810 by Laird Archibald Campbell, and sits alongside the Corryvreckan Whirlpool. Nearly a century after it was opened, the distillery was dismantled due to a land dispute, and remained closed until 1963. Today, the Jura Distillery represents a fusion of modern distillation techniques with traditional craftsmanship, and remains one of the most remote and isolated distilleries on the planet.Jura Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from Scottish barley, which is milled at the distillery and mashed with hot water in order to release its natural sugars. Once the barley has been mashed, it is fermented and then distilled through Juras 28-foot tall copper-pot stills. The stills unusual size and shape emphasizes the high esther notes of the barley, and produces a noticeably lighter and fruitier whisky. In addition, each bottle of Jura Superstition is adorned with an ancient Ankh cross a symbol of luck in the western isles on the front of the bottle.Isle of Jura Prophecy Single Malt Scotch Whisky pays homage to a prophecy made in the 18th century about a dynastic family that had ruled over the island for nearly three centuries. The prophecy told that the last descendent of the Campbell family to leave the island would be one-eyed and would carry his belongings in a cart drawn by a lone, white horse. In 1938, Charles Campbell, who had been blinded in one eye due to an injury suffered in World War I, fulfilled the prophecy.Isle of Jura Prophecy Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited release whisky that is made by marrying together ancient vintages of the whisky in order to approximate the flavor of the Jura expressions in the 19th century. Kavalan Concertmaster Single Malt Whisky
The term "Kavalan"refers to some of the earliest inhabitants of Taiwan, who settled the modern-day Yilan County during the 16th century. Legend has it that the Kavalan arrived by sea from the east and upon seeing the stunning beauty of Taiwan, decided to settle the bountiful land.Kavalan Concertmaster Taiwanese Single Malt Whisky is crafted by the King Car Group, which was established in Taiwan in 1956. The whisky is made entirely in Taiwan from malted barley that is imported from Scotland. Once the grains arrive in Taiwan, they are milled and mashed, before being fermented with water drawn from springs situated in the Central and Snowy Mountain ranges. This incredibly pure and quintessentially Taiwanese water source adds slightly mineral, round flavors to the whisky. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled through lantern-shaped copper-pot stills that were previously used at the Glenlivet Distillery. Due to the small size and shape of the stills, the whisky interacts with the copper, resulting in an incredibly pure and fruity flavor profile. After the whisky has been distilled, it is initially aged in American oak casks that were previously used to mature bourbon. Then, the whisky is finished in Portuguese ruby, tawny and vintage port wine casks. This secondary maturation gives the whisky a dark ruby color, along with an aroma of berries, tropical fruits, tobacco and mint. Notes of tart fruitiness, grapes, oranges, honey, almonds and nuts dominate the palate, and lead to a finish that is well-balanced and bold. Kentucky Owl Confiscated Bourbon Whiskey
Kentucky Owl was founded by Charles Mortimer Dedman, a local pharmacist, in 1879. After marrying his wife, Dedman was given a large parcel of land on the banks of the Kentucky River, as a wedding gift from his adopted father who was a local town judge. C.M. Dedman Distillery was established here on the banks of the Kentucky River, producing "The Wise Mans Bourbon" under Distilled Spirits Plant Designation "No. 16," one of Kentuckys original distilleries and part of a booming industry.Kentucky Owl achieved much success and production continued until Prohibition halted distillation. The family-run facility was no match for the "forces of teetotalism, temperance and eventually, the Feds" (producer). In 1916, Prohibition left several local distilleries with ample reserves of bourbon. As for Kentucky Owl, approximately 250,000 gallons of bourbon were left over in various stages of aging. Today these reserves would be worth about $40 million in inventory. After Federal agents descended on the Dedmans distillery, the bourbon was seized and shipped up the river by barge to the state capital in Frankfort for "safekeeping" in a warehouse.Currently Kentucky Owl is in the midst of designing a stunning state-of-the-art distillery park with rickhouses for aging, a bottling center, as well as a vintage dinner train to stop on the property. Kentucky Owl Park will be built at Cedar Creek Quarry in Bardstown. The 420-acre site will boast beautiful lakes with crystal clear, limestone-filtered water that will be used in our whiskey production. The Stoli Group has turned to the world-renownedShigeru Ban Architects to oversee the project.Bottled at 96.4 proof, Confiscated delivers notes of floral gardenia and honeysuckle, along with grape, red apple, orange cuties, wet banana bread and toasty sourdough bread crust on the nose. The palate is reminiscent of graham crackers, toffee, muted sweet cinnamon spice, and fresh-squeezed orange juice balanced with white grapes and finishing with a hint of cayenne.Pick up your bottle today!

Kilbeggan Single Grain Irish Whiskey
Kilbeggan Distillery, Irelands oldest operating distillery, was founded by Matthias McManus in 1757 on the banks of the river Brosna, where there is an abundance of the three essential ingredients for making whiskey water, grains, and turf. McManus passed the distillery down to his son, John, who managed the distillery until the turn of the century when John was executed for his part in a local uprising against English rule.Over the next two centuries, the distillerys ownership changed hands frequently, and after a severe Irish depression in the 1920s and 1930s, the distillery closed down for good in 1957 and began to fall into disrepair. Fortunately, the local community rallied around Kilbeggan Distillery, restoring the distillery and, with the help of Irishman John Teeling and his Cooley Distillery the first new distillery in Ireland in over 100 years opening and recommencing production at the new Kilbeggan Distillery in 2007.This Kilbeggan single grain whiskey is twice distilled from 94 percent corn and 6 percent malted barley. Made using pure Irish spring water, the resultant wort is transferred to wooden washbacks for fermentation. The fermented liquid is then double-distilled in copper pot stills, which allows the whiskey to retain many of the raw flavors of its ingredients. Incredibly, the second distillation is done through the oldest working pot still in Ireland, which is over 180 years old. The finish is long and dry, with touches of apples, fragrant oak and caramel.King Car Conductor Single Malt Whisky earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and a score of 94 points from the Beverage Testing Institute.Pick up a bottle today!
