Pigs Nose Blended Scotch Whisky
Spencerfield Spirits was founded by Alex Nicol, a former marketing director at Glenmorangie. Family owned and operated, Spencerfield is a small-batch craft distillery situated in the small town of Edinburgh, Scotland. Spencerfield is main mission is to produce the finest quality niche craft alternatives to big league brands. And their quirky farm inspired products measures up. Their flagship award-winning Sheep Dip was dubbed extraordinary with a score of 96/100 at the Ultimate Spirit Challenge. Their Pigs Nose expression is another solid release produced a meticulous blend of Speyside, Islay and Lowland malts with superior gentle grain whiskies. Produced in specially selected first-fill oak casks, this whisky gets its name from being smooth as a pigs nose, an old farming expression used to describe particularly fine fabric or wool.Originally launched in 1977, the Pigs Nose blend was created by Scotlands only third generation Master Blender, Richard Patterson. The foundation of the whisky is Invergordon grain whisky, aged in first-fill American oak barrels before adding five premium single malts; three of which hail from Speyside, one from the Highlands and a small 5 percent from Islay yielding a harmonious, exceptionally smooth balance of flavors.Pick up your bottle today!

Pike Creek Canadian Whisky
In 1832, an Englishman named Henry Corby emigrated to Belleville, Ontario (he was only 26 years old at the time). After arriving in Canada, Corby opened up a bakery and began supplying bread and other grains to the local militia. Within a few years, Corby was shipping his excess grains to Kingston, where they were sold to other bakeries and restaurants. After purchasing a gristmill in 1855 (a gristmill grinds grains into flour), Corby began distilling his excess grains into whisky, and opened the doors to Corby Distillery in 1859.Corby Distillery initially released Pike Creek Whisky in Canada during Christmas 2012. At the time, the distillery had no intention of releasing the whisky into the United States, but after much fanfare and incredible reviews, the whisky was imported into the United States in 2013.Pike Creek Whisky is a traditional Canadian whisky, and is distilled twice through small, copper stills. After distillation, the whisky is matured in first-use bourbon barrels, which are laid to rest in a warehouse in Pike Creek (a suburb of Windsor, Ontario) for an average of seven to eight years. "In Pike Creeks non-climate controlled warehouse, the dramatic swings in temperature play a key role in the whiskys maturation process,"explains Wayne Hartunian, a Corby Distillery representative. Temperatures plunge during the frigid Canadian winters, and soar during the hot summers Windsor has one of the greatest annual temperature configurables of any whisky region in the world. As a result of the dramatic changes in temperature, the wood barrels are forced to contract and expand, ultimately maximizing interaction with the whisky. "This interaction with the barrels adds character, complexity and concentrated flavors to the whisky, resulting in a one-of-a kind product distinctive to Pike Creek," says Hartunian. After the whisky has matured in used bourbon barrels, it is finished in barrels that were previously used to mature port. The port barrels add notes of sweet, dried fruits to the whisky, and provide for an additional layer of complexity.Pike Creek Whisky is amber in color, and has a nose of dried fruits (particularly cherries and strawberries), along with a subtle, underlying peppery spice. The initial flavors are full and robust, with notes of toffee and vanilla, along with bursts of citrus and honey. The finish lingers, and ends with a note of spicy rye.Whisky lovers can now enjoy Pike Creek without having to cross the border. Pick up a bottle today!

Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey
Pikesville Rye traces its Maryland roots all the way back to the Civil War from 1861-1865, the Civil War drew thousands of outsiders to Maryland, outsiders who would grow accustomed to the states particular style of rye whiskey. After the wars end, these people returned to their homes with a lingering thirst for Maryland rye, and a few pioneering businessmen with the help of a recently-improved railway infrastructure began to produce and sell this style of whiskey all across the country. One such producer was the L. Winand and Brothers Distillery, which was founded in Scotts Level (just northwest of Baltimore), Maryland in 1895. The distillery began producing its flagship product Pikesville Rye, named after the adjacent town shortly thereafter, choosing the name because Scotts Level sounded too much like Scotch. After the passage of Prohibition, L. Winand and Brothers Distillery was forced to close, and though subsequent owners Pikesville continued to distill the whisky in Maryland until 1972, the brand was ultimately sold to Heaven Hill in 1982, making it the last-standing Maryland rye whiskey. Produced today at the famous Bernheim Distillery in Kentucky, Pikeville has maintained its popular status in Baltimore after all these years.Crafted by Heaven Hills Co-Master Distiller Denny Potter, Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey is made from a mash of rye, corn and barley, and evokes the spicy character of traditional Maryland rye whiskies. To set it apart from other ryes, I selected barrels at a minimum of six years old from high storage and bottled it at a proof that allows the most character from the barrel to come through without overpowering the spicy grain notes, says Potter. As a result, Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey has a pale copper color and an aroma of dark cocoa and burnt oak. The palate is filled with layers of honey, clover and white chocolate, and leads to a finish accented by vanilla bean, butterscotch candy, maple syrup and caramel.Pikesville Straight Rye Whisky won a Double Gold at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and earned 95 points at the 2015 Ultimate Spirits Challenge. Pine Barrens Single Malt Whisky
"Ive always been a whisky fan," says Rich Stabile, the founder of Long Island Spirits and the creator of Pine Barrens Single Malt Whisky. "When we decided we were going to make a whisky, we really wanted to do something different and knock peoples socks off. Most American whiskies are made from corn or rye we wanted to do something totally unique, so we decided to distill a craft beer."Pine Barrens Single Malt Whisky is distilled from bottle-ready Old Howling Bastard beer (10.0 percent ABV). The beer, which is made from English two-row barley and Vienna malt, has a robust caramel flavor that is nicely balanced by strong notes of hops. "All whiskies start out as beer, but 99.999 percent of those beers are undrinkable before you distill them," says Stabile. "We started our whisky-making process with a great, high quality, drinkable beer and distilled it in micro-batches."Working from his distillery situated on the North Fork peninsula of Long Island, Stabile, together with his team of distillers, distilled 850 gallons of the beer through twin, 650-liter custom-made copper pot stills equipped with 30-foot tall rectification distillation columns, turning it into 100 gallons of whisky. The whisky was then brought to 125 proof with water sourced from an aquifer beneath the 100,000-acre Pine Barrens Forest Preserve and aged in 10-gallon, charred oak casks for just over two months. Stabile then brought the whisky down to 95 proof and aged it for another 10-12 months. After maturation, each bottle was filled and labeled by hand.Pine Barrens Single Malt has a rich, heady aroma with subtle notes of vanilla, malt and a touch of sweetness. The barley ale gives the single malt a smooth mouthfeel, while the oak casks provide for warming notes of caramel that ultimately lead to a smooth and memorable finish."Its part of the pioneer spirit to try to do something by putting your own signature on it," says Stabile. "Im not trying to make someone elses product." Be a pioneer and pick up a bottle today!

Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
The late Dr. George G. Moore was a native Irishman, with an incredible passion for single malt whiskyand his adopted home Virginia. His Virginia Distillery Company is a union of these two passions, brought to life in 2011. Today the distillery is looked after by, Georges son,Gareth Moore and his wife,Maggie Moore, who have continued to preserve and cultivate Georges single malt dream.Virginia Distillery Company is currently producing an American Single Malt on-site using malted barley from the U.S. and water from Virginias Blue Ridge Mountains. This distillery flagship is being aged in ex-bourbon, sherry and re-toasted wine casks. Virginias hot summers and cool winters significantly influence the aging cycle, imparting a distinctive character onto the whisky. This flagship will be released in three to six years from the time of casking, in 2019.While this single malt matures, Virginia Distillery offers their Virginia-Highland Malt Whisky expression, distilled from 100 percent malted barley, and crafted from single malt whisky produced in the Scottish Highlands a region known for producing bold and powerful single malts that are full-bodied, rich, textured, and characterized by a touch of smoke and fruit. The whisky is then transported over 3,000 miles to the Virginia Distilling Company in Lovingston, Virginia where the Scotch is married with whisky made onsite in Virginia. This hybrid whisky is finished for several months in French oak casks that were previously used to mature a Virginia port-style wine. The French oak casks, which are sourced from a local Virginia winery, impart a copper-reddish hue to the whisky and contribute sweet, fruity notes. Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky has notes of dried fruit and raisins on the nose, along with vanilla and barrel spice. The palate has hints of toffee, cocoa and toasted oak with a soft finish. Enjoy it neat, with a cube or a splash of water or in your favorite specialty cocktail.Pick up your bottle today!

Port Ellen 14th Release 35 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated along the Kildalton coast on the island of Islay, Port Ellen Distillery was founded in 1825 by Alexander Ker Mackay. At the time, the distillery became renown for its innovative and experimental techniques: it was the first distillery to incorporate Septimus Foxs spirit safe design into its distillation process, and was one of the first distilleries to trade directly with the United States.Over the course of the 20th century, however, the distillery changed hands numerous times. In 1966, Port Ellen Distillery was reopened (it had been forced to close its doors as a result of Prohibition) and refurbished with four new stills heated by a mechanical coal stoker system. Although the distillery was forced to close its doors again in 1983 as a result of slumping demand, the whisky distilled in the 17 years between its re-opening and final closure has acquired a reputation as some of the finest to have been made on Islay in that time.Port Ellen 14th Release Single Malt Scotch Whisky was the 14th of the official annual releases by the Port Ellen Distillery. One of the most rare and collectible whiskies in the world,Port Ellen 14th has a deep gold and amber appearance, with an understated nose defined by faint smoke, honey, cured meats and root vegetables, as well as sweeter mint and citrus notes. The palate is smooth and oily, with rich honey and sea salt giving way to ginger, toast, orange peel and a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with complex wood, smoke and citrus notes all intermingling.Only 2,964 bottles of this single malt, which was bottled at cask strength, were ever produced. "Port Ellens price has soared for a straightforward reason," says Nick Morgan. "Scarcity is the driver."Try a scarce whisky today!

Prichards Bourbon Liqueur Sweet Lucy
Distilling has been in the Prichard family for 5 generations. In 1822 Benjamin Prichard of Davidson County, Tennessee, passed his still tubs and utensils thereto on to his son Enoch. Benjamins Tennessee whiskey was a sweeter whiskey, made with a high sugar content white corn, and pure Tennessee spring water. It was distilled using ancient pot still techniques. In 1997 Phil Prichard opened Prichards Distillery in Kelso. Prichards Distillery represents the first legal distillery to be built in Tennessee in nearly fifty years. Using some of the highest quality ingredients and the same ancient techniques, Phil was able to craft some of the finest tasting rums and Tennessee whiskeys produced in America.Prichards spirits have a very distinct character which is directly correlated to the production method used. Crafted in small batches using copper pot still techniques, Prichard spirits are created using strict quality control standards. After distillation the resultant spirit is matured in15-gallon to 53-galloncharredwhite oak barrels. They believe in a pure, unadulterated spirit formfrom spirit to its bottle, which is has a unique character of authenticity. From its century old inspired handblown bottles. Master distiller Phil Prichard stumbled across such an antique that would become the muse for the signature American Spirit Prichard crooked bottle shape. Steeped in American history, many of the products we produce harken back to those early days of yesteryear when rum and whiskey were very much a staple of early New England history Prichard says.Sweet Lucy is a bourbon based liqueur born of tradition, backed by a great story like most of their products. As a frequent companion on duck hunts, variations of Sweet Lucy were generally homemade elixirs of peaches, oranges and apricots with lots of sugar and whiskey. Great pride would often be displayed by its maker as the bottle made its rounds for a sip among friends. Prichards Sweet Lucy Liqueur is no different. And as their most popular product, for every bottle they sell, a portion of the proceeds goes to the non-profit organization, A Soldiers Child. Bottled at 35 percent ABV.Pick up a bottle of this signature liqueur today!

Prichards Double Barreled Bourbon Whiskey
When he passed away in 1822, Benjamin Prichard passed his "still, tubs and utensils thereto" on to his son, Enoch. In the antebellum South, Prichards Tennessee whiskey made using white corn and pure Tennessee spring water was incredibly popular. Enoch eventually gave up the stills, tubs and utensils that his father had passed on to him, and focused his energies elsewhere. In 1997 five generations later Phil Prichard took up the family business again when he opened the doors to Prichards Distillery in Kenslo, Tennessee. The first legal distillery in Tennessee in nearly fifty years, Prichards Distillery is located just a few miles south of where Phils great-great-great grandfather distilled whiskey nearly two centuries ago.Prichards Double Barreled Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of white corn, rye and soft wheat. "Today, the vast majority of distilleries making whiskey in this country are making their whiskey with yellow corn," says Phil. "But you and I both know that white corn has a higher sugar content than yellow corn. It makes a fine, fine whiskey."After the grains are mashed and fermented, they are distilled before the whiskey is matured at cask-strength (120-proof) in new, charred American oak barrels for upwards of nine years. Following its initial beauty rest, the bourbon is brought to bottle-proof (90 proof) and aged again in entirely new, charred American oak barrels for an additional three to five years. While expensive and time-consuming, this double-barreling process reinforces the barrel notes of caramel, toffee and vanilla that earned Prichards Double Barreled Bourbon a score of 94 points from Jim Murrays Whisky Bible and a score of 95 points (tying Pappy Van Winkles 23 Year Old Bourbon) from the Ultimate Spirits Challenge.Try a bottle of award-winning bourbon today!

Prichards Double Chocolate Bourbon
When he passed away in 1822, Benjamin Prichard passed his "still, tubs and utensils thereto" on to his son, Enoch. In the antebellum South, Prichards Tennessee whiskey made using white corn and pure Tennessee spring water was incredibly popular. Enoch eventually gave up the stills, tubs and utensils that his father had passed on to him, and focused his energies elsewhere. In 1997 five generations later Phil Prichard took up the family business again when he opened the doors to Prichards Distillery in Kenslo, Tennessee. The first legal distillery in Tennessee in nearly fifty years, Prichards Distillery is located just a few miles south of where Phils great-great-great grandfather distilled whiskey nearly two centuries ago.Prichards Double Chocolate Bourbon is made from a mash of white corn, rye and soft wheat. "Today, the vast majority of distilleries making whiskey in this country are making their whiskey with yellow corn," says Phil. "But you and I both know that white corn has a higher sugar content than yellow corn. It makes a fine, fine whiskey." After the grains are mashed and fermented, they are distilled before the whiskey is matured at cask-strength (120-proof) in new, charred American oak barrels for upwards of nine years. Following its initial beauty rest, the bourbon is brought to bottle-proof (90 proof) and aged again in entirely new, charred American oak barrels for an additional three to five years. While the exact process of infusing the bourbon with the cacao beans remains a closely guarded secret, the result Prichards Double Chocolate Bourbon Whiskey has hints of caramel and toffee typically associated with bourbon, but a gentle, chocolaty finish. The flavor of the cacao beans, which accentuates the flavor of the bourbon, is complex yet mellow and earned Prichards Double Chocolate Bourbon Whiskey a score of 90 points at the 2012 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.Try a bottle of chocolate-infused bourbon today!

Pure Kentucky XO Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey
For the Willett family, distilling craft whiskey is a family tradition. During Reconstruction, John David Willett the family patriarch began distilling whiskey at the Moore, Willett and Frenke Distillery, which was situated just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. In 1898, his son, A. Lambert Willett who was 15 years old at the time began following in his fathers footsteps. Three decades later, Lambert, together with his son, Thompson, purchased a farm on the outskirts of Bardstown, Kentucky, and began construction of the Willett Distilling Company. While the Willett Distilling Company eventually changed its name to Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, the family tradition lives on Even Kulsveen, the current owner of KBD, is Thompson Willetts son-in-law.In keeping with family tradition, Pure Kentucky XO Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an authentic Kentucky straight bourbon. Putnam New England Rye Whiskey
Rhonda Kallman had a quarter of a century of experience in craft beer brewing when she went looking for a fresh challenge. Missing the thrill of the early days of craft beer, she set her sights on the craft distilling industry, founding the Boston Harbor Distillery. "Ironically, the process for whiskey starts off as beer, so Ive now come full circle. Im excited about the future for craft distilled spirits and we are making some of the best in the business," says Kallman.Situated at The Port on Boston Harbor, the distillery operates from a former mill building, which was built in 1859. After hiring Dr. James Swan, a renowned whiskey-making expert, and convincing the award-winning distiller John Couchot to move to Boston and join their ranks, the operation was ready to go.Today the distillery houses hundreds of barrels of whiskeys of all sorts, as well as rum, liqueurs, and other spirits. Their range includes Putnam Whiskey, Lawleys Small Batch Rum, Spirit of Boston (expressions, distilled from various different Samuel Adams beers), and Boston Harbor Cream and Coffee Liqueurs. The Putnam New England Rye Whiskey is named after Silas Putnam, an entrepreneur and inventor that worked at the historic Boston Harbor Distillery building, where he pioneered the automated production of hot-forged horse nail, selling them during the Civil War. Crafted from 95 percent rye malt and 5 percent two-row barley, its first distilled to 155 proof. It is then aged in heavily-charred American white oak barrels, before being bottled at 86 proof.Pick a bottle up today!

Quiet Man 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
"In more than 50 years behind the bar, my father saw and heard it all," says Ciaran Mulgrew. "But like all good bartenders, [he] was true to the code and told no tales. He was "The Quiet Man," or as they say in the pubs of Ireland, "An Fear Ciuin."Ciaran Mulgrew created Quiet Man Irish Whiskey to honor his father, John, who spent over half a century tending bar in Belfast, Ireland. As a child, Ciaran would often accompany his father to work, where he fell in love with the sounds and smells of the bar, "the Craic," the laughter, and the beer and the whiskey (especially the whiskey).Quiet Man 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is distilled through traditional Irish pot stills and aged for eight years in oak barrels before being re-casked in first-fill bourbon barrels. "The difference between a good whiskey and a great whiskey lies not just in picking the best ingredients and having the most skilled distiller," Mulgrew adds. "It lies in selecting the finest barrels to let the whiskey mature in. Our unique process of finishing the aging in barrels that previously held bourbon but never whiskey, allows The Quiet Man to soak up those wonderfully sweet yet spicy oak flavors, and the result is a great Irish whiskey."The whiskey has a sweet aroma of honeysuckle, crisp apples, vanilla and oak. On the palate, the whiskey is filled with notes of clover, burnt oak, toffee and white fudge, which leads to an incredible finish accented by green tea and caramel.Quiet Man 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey received a Gold Medal at the 2015 Irish Whiskey Masters.Pick up your bottle today!
