Death Wish Coffee Vodka
Just steps from where Albanys first distillery an 18th-century rum distillery was once located, John Curtin and Rich Sicari, owners and distillers of Albany Distilling Co., are making the regions first local spirits since Prohibition, and are recapturing New York States rich distilling heritage in the process. A self-described modest operation, Curtin and Sicari proudly craft their spirits one small batch at a time. Their emphasis on local sourcing and production is evident in their collaboration with Death Wish Coffee Co., another Albany-based business which purportedly brews the worlds strongest coffee. Curtin and Sicari have been lending their expertise to Death Wishs Barrel Brand, which uses coffee beans aged in freshly-poured oak barrels from Albany Distilling Co., drawing out much of the spirits flavor. Building off the success of this revolutionary idea, Albany Distilling Co. and Death Wish Coffee Co. have teamed up once again to create Death Wish Coffee Vodka. It seemed like a natural progression, says Curtin.Death Wish Coffee Vodka is made by marrying Albany Distilling Co.s ALB Vodka, which is made from American corn and distilled six times, with Death Wish Coffee Co.s cold-brew coffee. The result is a soft, bittersweet vodka with notes of chocolate, honey and coffee beans persisting from the nose all the way through the finish. Pick up a bottle of this limited release vodka today!

Dingle Pot Still Vodka
Two hundred years ago, there were over a hundred officially recognized distilleries in Ireland. Today there are less than ten. Founded as Irelands first artisan distillery, Dingle takes its name from the town in which it is located, where tourists flock to visit Europes westernmost human settlement. As of 2012, an old sawmill was converted into a distillery, where Dingle marries Irelands tradition of independent distilling with innovative processes only feasible for small batch producers. Dingles humid climate with cool gulf stream breezes is considered ideal for spirit distillation. When restaurateur Oliver Hughes decided to open Irleands first artisan distillery, he wanted to capture the terroir of Kerry County. In order to do so, Hughes bought traditional pot still designed by Master Distiller John McDougall. He affectionately named the hand beaten copper pot still Oisin, and immediately began producing Irelands first small batch vodka, gin and whiskey.Crafted in small batches of only 500 liters, the folks behind Dingle Vodka have emphasized purity above all else. Premium grain alcohol is quintuple distilled before being charcoal filtered, cut with water from a well 240 feet below the distillery, and bottled by hand. This is one of only a few vodkas produced within Ireland! Dingle Vodka is a high quality, neutral grain spirit with a creamy texture and just a touch of sweetness that makes it as good sipped neat as it would be shaken or stirred in a cocktail. Dingle was named the best vodka in Ireland at the 2015 Irish Whiskey Awards. Pick up a bottle today!

DSP CA 162 Straight Vodka
In 1981, Ansley Coale picked up a hitchhiker along Highway 101 just north of San Francisco. The hitchhiker Hubert Germain-Robin was of French origin and came from a family that had been producing cognac since 1782. As the two drove northward in Coales car, Hubert spoke of his familys background in distillation. "Hubert wanted to distill using craft methods handed down for centuries from master to apprentice," recalls Coale, who eventually teamed up with the hitchhiker to found Craft Distillers, which is located in northern California. After purchasing an antique still from an abandoned cognac distillery, Hubert and Coale built a redwood shed and began experimenting with different types of spirits.DSP CA 162 Straight Vodkas name comes from the registration number of the original federal license obtained by Germain-Robin for this first distillery, which was established in 1982. Along with St. George Spirits, this distillery was the first officially licensed "craft" distillery since prohibition began in 1919.DSP CA 162 Straight Vodka is made by blending wheat vodka with vodka blended from aromatic wines local grapes are vinified and distilled on the Germain-Robin cognac still before undergoing a second distillation on a high-proof Holstein potstill. Filtered only slightly, the resulting vodka has an uncharacteristically sweet aroma, leading to a soft, round mouthfeel punctuated by notes of cream and marshmallow. The finish is just a tad sweet, with additional notes of grain and cereal.Pick up an uncommon vodka thats distilled by true craft methods today!

elit Vodka
Created in 2003, this unique vodka was one of the first luxury variants of the spirit to arrive on the market. It is inspired by old traditions where casks would be left outside in the freezing winter cold as a form of filtration. The grains are sourced from their single Kerschinskoye estate in the Tambov region of Russia, where the extremely fertile black soil yields grains of the highest quality. These are then meticulously inspected before being triple-distilled.The distillate is then shipped to the Latvijas Balzams facility in Riga, Latvia. The dilution takes place there using artesian well water, which is forced to the surface via natural pressure and pre-filtered while traveling through porous surfaces, as well as being particularly mineral-rich. After that, the spirit is filtered first using fine quartz sand, then charcoal. The third stage of filtration uses elits signature freeze filtration. The spirit is chilled to -18C and filtered extremely slowly through ion-charged filters. Finally, the 80-proof finished vodka is bottled by hand in stunning slim and elegant receptacles. The premium ultra-smooth elit vodka has garnered numerous awards for its purity and crispness.Get a bottle today!

Fair Quinoa Vodka
The idea for the independent spirits brand Fair came about in 2009 when founder and former salesman at Ferrand Cognac Alexandre Koiransky decided he wanted to create quality spirits for globally-minded people who cared about sustainability. The entire process is done according to the 200 rules of the Fairtrade organization, but Fair goes beyond the call of duty when ethically sourcing their ingredients, always making sure that they stay true to their mantra of honesty and transparency. They have since released 5 spirits under the Fair brand, a coffee and a kumquat liqueur, a gin, a rum, and a vodka.Fair Quinoa Vodka is an award-winning, certified fair-trade, gluten-free, and vegan spirit. Fuzzys Ultra Premium Vodka Indy 500 Edition
Frank Urban Zoeller, known affectionately as Fuzzy, is world renowned for his successful golfing career, his charismatic personality, and his award winning vodka. In homage to his cocktail of choice the vodka tonic, he launched Fuzzy Vodka in 2009. The Indiana- based spirits brand is produced by Fuzzy Spirits LLC in Indianapolis. The critically acclaimed ultra premium vodka is the official vodka of INDYCAR. The addition of Cascade Mountain spring water, known as some of the purest water in the world, completes the process. This process yields quality, a smoother, creamier resultant spirit that has won countless awards, including a Gold medal at the 2016 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The Ultimate Spirits Challenge gave Fuzzys a 93 calling it CleanThe bright, pure nose, underpinned with just a muted alcohol, is a prelude to a round creaminess on the palate, which unravels with subtle notes of fresh green fern and pine. Hangar 1 Buddhas Hand Citron Vodka
In 1982, Jrg Rupf laid the groundwork for the modern artisanal distillation movement when he founded St. George Spirits, situated in Alameda, California. Rupf had just emigrated to the United States from Germany, and was inspired by the spectacular quality of Californias vineyards and fruit orchards. Drawing upon his familys generations of experience the Rupf family had been distilling eau de vies in Germany for centuries Rupf purchased a 65-gallon Holstein copper-pot still and began distilling spirits in a 5,000 square-foot warehouse in northern California.Today, Hangar 1 Vodka is produced at a former airplane hangar adjacent to the Alameda Naval Air Station in California. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka is distilled from freshly-harvested Viognier grapes. "The Viognier is not an easy grape," says Rupf. Aside from having low and unpredictable yields, the Viognier grape can only be harvested when fully mature a window of only 24 to 48 hours. Once the grapes are harvested, they are pressed, fermented and distilled the same day through a copper pot still. By distilling the grapes almost immediately after they are harvested, "we capture in our still the fruit at its most thrilling moment." Following distillation, the vodka is blended with vodka made from Midwestern wheat in order to balance the bold, sweet notes of citrus, before each batch is bottled by hand. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka earned a score of 90-95 points from Wine Enthusiast.Hangar 1 Kaffir Lime Vodka is made by infusing Hangar 1 Straight Vodka with Kaffir limes. Kaffir limes are slightly more bumpy and astringent than ordinary limes, but are blessed with highly aromatic oils and intense flavors. The limes, together with their leaves, add notes of woody spices, cucumber and lime to the vodka. "The resulting spirit is like nothing weve ever tasted," says Rupf, "unmistakably lime, and endlessly complex."Hangar 1 Mandarin Blossom Vodka is made by infusing Hangar 1 Straight Vodka with the blossoms of the Mandarin orange tree. The Mandarin blossoms are popular with bees, and as a result, the blossoms must be harvested while wearing bee suits. "It takes an hour to harvest a pound of Mandarin blossoms," says Rupf, and "it takes 100 pounds of blossoms to do just two bottlings of our vodka."Hangar 1 Mandarin Vodka has an aroma of candied citrus peel, orange zest and fresh juice that is followed by subtle hints of tangerine, wildflower honey and rosewater on the palate. The finish is slightly sweet, with a tart burst of citrus.Hangar 1 Buddhas Hand Citron is made by infusing Hangar 1 Straight Vodka with Buddhas Hand, an ancient citrus fruit that originated centuries ago in India and China. The fruit is actually the great grandfather of the lemon, and has a similar, albeit milder, acidic bite. In addition, it adds hints of jasmine, apricots and basil to the vodka, which complement its subtle hints of citrus. Hangar 1 Buddhas Hand Citron Vodka earned a score of 96-100 points from Wine Enthusiast. Each batch of Hangar 1 Vodka represents the "true expression of "from the tree into the bottle," says Rupf. High West Vodka 7000
Situated at the bottom of the Quitting Time Ski Run in Park City, High West Distillery and Saloon is the first distillery in Utah since Prohibition and the only ski-in gastro-distillery in the world. We wanted to call High West a saloon, says David Perkins, High Wests founder, because we wanted to pay homage to the history of saloons in the old West and the important role they played in each and every town that had one. The saloon was the main meeting place where town hall was held, important announcements were made, and people went to eat and drink. We want people to share that sense of community and friendship over High West.7000 is the exact elevation of High West Distillerys saloon. High West Vodka 7000 pays tribute to the distillerys high-altitude locale, as well as the many unique attributes which make High West spirits so special. The vodka, which is copper pot-distilled from carefully-sourced oats, is brought to proof using snowmelt from the mountains naturally filtered in deep rock aquifers, this water contributes immensely to the vodkas rich flavor.High West Vodka 7000 has a creamy aroma with notes of orange peel and grapefruit on the palate. Hophead Hop Vodka
Tucked away in a warehouse near Potrero Hill in San Francisco, Anchor Brewing and Distilling Co. has been handcrafting alcohol for nearly 150 years. Its history can be traced back to 1849, when German brewer Gottlieb Brekle arrived in San Francisco with his family during the California Gold Rush. In 1871, after finding no gold, Brekle purchased a saloon on Pacific Street near Russian Hill for $3,500 and transformed it into Anchor Brewery. Nearly 125 years later, under the aegis of Fritz Maytag a pioneer of the American craft distilling movement Anchor Brewery began distilling spirits, giving birth to Anchor Distilling. After Maytag retired in 2010, David King joined Anchor Distilling and noticed the scent of hops that permeated his new office. Hops are the buds of a climbing vine and are traditionally used in beer as a bittering agent and preservative. Some styles of beer, such as IPAs, use a wide variety of hops while other types, such as stouts, tend to use fewer hops. Similar to other vines, hops have a heady scent that can express itself as grapefruit, oak, or pine, depending on the variety used. After testing a variety of hops used at Anchor Brewing (located on the floor above Anchor Distilling), King, together with Mark Carpenter, Anchors brewmaster, and Bruce Joseph, Anchors master distiller, settled on two varieties of dried hops in order to produce Hophead Hop Vodka.Distilled through small, copper pot stills, Hophead Hop Vodka has a sublime flavor reminiscent of stout beer. The hops sourced from Washingtons Yakima Valley impart a clean, assertive character to the vodka, without the bitterness typically associated with hops.Hophead Hop Vodka is the worlds first hopped vodka. Industry Standard Vodka
Situated a few floors above a cobblestone road, Industry City Distillery marries modern chemistry and engineering with the traditional art of craft distillation. The distillery is run by five bearded men, each in their early 30s: Dave, a printmaking biological engineer and science nerd; Zac, a machinist with a bent for sculpture; Rich, a code-wrangling graphic designer and fabricator; Peter, a yoga instructor turned business manager; and Max, a hard-drinking commercial salmon fisherman.Inside a 6,000 square-foot space along the Brooklyn waterfront, the distillery has separate printing, welding and distilling areas. The type of massive, specialized infrastructure required to meet Industry City Distillerys exacting technical standards and need to experiment with vodka wasnt available, so the ICD Team built it from scratch themselves. The teams equipment and passion for craft distillation gives them unprecedented and unrivaled control over the final product.Fermentation begins when yeast, collected from beet fields in Europe, are bred and put through a yeast boot camp to condition them for duty. By fermenting beet sugar rather than traditional grains or starches, ICD is able to able to produce a wash that doesnt require any settling tanks or filtration and that produces no solid waste. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled using a steam-powered continuous stripping still, which allows the team to heat incremental portions of the wash, boiling each portion for just a moment. Not only does this type of still save energy, but it also allows the team to produce a distillate without scorching or over-boiling it.While ICDs still is beautiful, it doesnt give the team enough control over the final product. Thats why, after distilling the wash in the steam-powered still, the team runs the distillate through a high separation fractional distillation column, which allows them to separate the vodka into 40 unique chemical components and selectively remove or include them, one by one. After spending months experimenting with recipes using these components, the team settled on about 20 separate components in order to create Industry Standard Vodka.Incredibly smooth, with notes of creamy vanilla and peppercorn, Industry Standard Vodka doesnt burn or coat your mouth.Try this modern marvel today.

Loft and Bear Vodka
Loft and Bear got its start in 2013 when distiller Paul Bear Ryan started distilling in a loft in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District. After he graduated from Chapel Hill, feeling unfulfilled at his post-grad job, he was searching for a way to stimulate his creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Thus, Young State America was born a distillery focused on artisanal vodka, only the second in Los Angeles to open its doors since prohibition. The operation with its humble beginnings soon grew into a respectable 1,400-square-foot distillery, focused on producing premium craft vodka. "The distillery started out of my love for vodka," says Ryan. "I grew tired of being the consumer of a product I knew that with enough time and effort I could learn to produce better myself" They donate a part of their profits to the international nonprofit health organization PATH and other charities. The artisanal vodka is hand-crafted in small batches, starting with the distillation of the organic winter wheat and Californian mountain spring water. A copper pot still is used to distill the vodka 4 times. Bottled, labeled, and signed by hand, the 80-proof spirit has a super-clean, smooth, and creamy profile with gentle notes of vanilla and lemon and has struck silver at the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, among several other awards.Grab a bottle today!
