Glencadam Origin 1825 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The name Glencadam is derived from the area known as The Tenements of Caldhame. These tenements were plots of land given to the burghs of Brechin for the purpose of food production. The Glencadam distillery is geographically surrounded by these plots, which are situated to the north and south east of the Den Burn.Glencadam is located in the Burgh of Brechin and was built in wake of the Excise Act of 1823. As the only distillery in Angus county, the distillery was owned by George Cooper, before he sold the distillery to David Scott in 1827. The distillery was later acquired by Gilmour Thompson and Co, a Glasgow blender who purchased the distillery in 1891.In 1954 Glencadam was sold to Canadian distiller Hiram Walker, as a part of a large acquisition that took place in Scotland. Then distillery proceeded to become a part of Allied distillers, who mothballed the facility in 2000 and was purchased three short years later by Angus Dundee of London, who are also owners of the Tomintoul distillery in Speyside. Glencadam single malts are quality Whiskies, no chill filtering or coloring additives are used. Sourcing water from the Barry Burn, the facility houses two stills with a capacity to produce 14,000 liters. Glencadam also sources unpeated industrial maltings for their single malts, and they age their Whisky in mostly ex-Bourbon American casks. The Whiskies are distilled using a technique that maximizes reflux. Upward sloped lyne arms on the stills impart a distinctly floral, pear-drop element to the Whisky.Glencadam Whiskies also have other signature characteristics, like rich oily textures, and creamy flavors. The Glencandam range is a diverse lineup of Whiskies that include Portwood and Oloroso Sherry cask finishes.Glencadam Origin 1825 is the first NAS (non age statement) Whisky to be released by Glencadam. Launched in 2016 this single malt was matured first in American-white-oak bourbon barrels, then finished in oloroso-sherry butts. This Highland spirit effervesces notes of fruit and flowers. Its a smooth single malt, not overly complex, a perfecter starter Whisky for aspiring aficionados!Get your bottle today!

Glendalough 17 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Glendalough is an idyllic little town in eastern Ireland. Gaelic for "valley of two lakes," it was said to have been founded by a man named Saint Cemgen also known as Saint Kevin. The Glendalough Distillery, Irelands first new craft distillery, was set up by five friends from Wicklow and Dublin with a deep passion for reviving the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. The 18th and 19th centuries were the glory days of the Irish whiskey industry, with over 200 licensed distilleries in all of Ireland. There were also countless unlicensed distilleries at the time, producing diverse styles of poitn, whiskey, gin, and even absinthe. But through a series of unfortunate events, the Irish Whiskey Industry dried to a trickle in the 1970s.Glendalough Distillery is part of a revival of this Irish heritage. Their philosophy is "to make innovative spirits while staying true to the tradition and heritage of our ancestors." Glendalough started out making poitn the traditional Irish distillate made in small pot stills. From there they seamlessly transitioned to whiskey production, and most recently, seasonal, wild botanical gins. All of their production is handmade. The Glendalough 17 Year Old Single Malt was aged in first-fill bourbon casks for 15 years, gaining a layer of citrus notes atop the sweet honey and vanilla. It was then transferred into rare mizunara oak barrels from a Japanese island some 6,000 miles away. These impart the liquid within with a luxuriously creamy mouthfeel and immense complexity. Only 6,000 bottles of this luxurious expression were produced.Grab this premium whiskey today!

GlenDronach 12 Year Old Original Scotch Whisky
The year is 1826, the Temperance Society had just been formed in Boston, Beethovens Quartet No. 13 is premiered in Vienna, the combustable engine is being patented, and deep within the Scottish Highlands, in the land of peat and bagpipes, the GlenDronach distillery is being born. GlenDronach got its start shortly after the Excise Act of 1823, when James Allardice became the second person to apply for a license to distill Whisky in Scotland. Ever since, the iconic Scottish distillery has been under the ownership of several well-known names in Scotch, namely; Walter Scott, Captain Charles Grant, and William Teacher and Sons. The distillery is located near Forgue, by Huntly, Aberdeenshire, in the Speyside region, and is currently owned by BenRiach. GlenDronach survived many set-backs, including a fire in 1836 that nearly destroyed the entire facility. Their floor malting was also halted in 1996, and the distillery was mothballed. The distillery experienced a near complete overhaul when giant Pernod Ricard acquired them in 2005. They converted the last of the Scottish coal-fired stills to indirect steam-heated coils. GlenDronach was the last of the remaining distilleries using the method at this time. This extraordinary 12-year-old single malt was re-launched in 2009. The whisky is aged in in ex-sherry casks only (a mixture of different sherry casks). Non-chill filtered, this naturally colored Scotch is aged for a minimum of 12 years, in a combination of the finest Spanish Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks...bottled at 43 percent, the GlenDronach 12 year old Original is a sweet, creamy dram (Glendronach). With warm, rich oak and classic sherried notes, this single malt is a quintessential GlenDronach. The whisky won gold medals at the 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and the 2017 World Whiskies Awards.Pick up a bottle of this classic single malt today!

Glenfarclas 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The Glenfarclas distillery is a family business in its truest sense, having been in the hands of the Grant family for 6 generations. The distillery, which started its operations before 1791 and was first granted a license in 1836, was bought by John Grant in 1865. Grant, a well-known cattle breeder, first leased the distillery to his distant cousin John Smith. When Smith left in 1870 to start the Cragganmore distillery, Johns son George took over. In 1890 George died only a year after his father, and left the distillery to his widow and two sons, John and George. Georges sons, George S. Grant and John P. Grant incorporated Glenfarclas as a private limited company in 1947, and a few years later George was appointed the chairman of the company, staying at the helm for 52 years. The early years of Georges tenure were marked by rapid growth and expansion, with the production doubling due to high demand from blenders. In the late 1960s, demand for whisky started to decline, and Glenfarclas lost its biggest client. George made the wise decision to put aside more stock for the distillerys own bottling instead of relying heavily on the demand from blenders. This resulted in the distillery now having an abundance of aged stock, and their warehouses currently hold casks of the past seven decades. Now the distillery is run by the 5th and 6th generation of the family, still faithful to the vision of creating the finest Highland single malt whisky in the Speyside way. With over 150 years of experience in the family, the distillery produces a traditional Highland malt with a heavy sherry influence using artisan methods handed down through generations. Glenfarclas is one of the few distilleries using direct fired stills, and their six stills are the biggest in Speyside. The spirit is distilled twice before being put in casks, which are kept in traditional dunnage warehouses. Glenfarclass 10-year expression is aged in the finest European oak casks used once for Oloroso sherry, which are personally picked by John Grant at a family-owned bodega in Spain. The youngest of the eight whiskies in the distillerys aged range has a depth and finish you would expect from a much older drum. Grab your bottle today!

Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated on the Recherlich Farm in the Speyside region of Scotland, Glenfarclas Distillery was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay, a tenant farmer. In 1865, Hay sold the distillery to John Grant for 511. Grant was a cattle breeder at the time, and was looking for a staging post between his farm in Glenlivet and the commercial market situated in Elgin. When Grant passed away in 1889, he left the estate to his son George. George died shortly thereafter and his children, also named George and John Grant, took control of the distillery. After saving the distillery from the brink of bankruptcy, the Grant Brothers modernized and expanded operations at the distillery such that in May 1912, a rival distiller wrote "of all the whiskies, malt is king of all the kings, Glenfarclas reigns supreme." Today, George S. Grant the great-great-great grandson of a cattle farmer represents the sixth generation of Grants that own and manage the Glenfarclas Distillery, one of the last remaining independent distilleries in Scotland.Glenfarclas Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from freshly harvested barley, which is malted and mashed with water sourced from the heather-clad slopes of the Ben Rinnes Mountain. The crystal-clear spring water, which cascades down the 3,000-foot mountain through peat and granite, is the lifeblood of the Glenfarclas Distillery. After the barley has been malted and mashed, it is fermented using a proprietary yeast culture. The wash the liquid that remains after fermentation is then distilled twice through Glenfarclas copper-pot stills. While most distilleries use modern, steam-powered stills that lengthen the lifespan of the still, Glenfarclas Distillery continues to use traditional direct-heated stills in order to preserve the classic flavors of the Scotch whisky. After distillation, the heads and tails of the distillate are discarded and the whisky is matured until it has reached its peak flavor.Glenfarclas 105 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky was initially developed in 1968 by George S. Grant, who decided to bottle a barrel of Glenfarclas Whisky at cask strength as a Christmas gift for family and friends. Today, the whisky represents one of the most classic and elegant Glenfarclas labels, and continues to be bottled at cask strength. It has a deep, golden color, along with an aroma of apples, pears and dark coffee. With a touch of water, the aroma fades into notes of rich spices, oak and sherry on the palate, and leads to a long, smooth finish with a lingering smoky flavor.Glenfarclas 105 was rated one of the Top 5 Single Malt Scotches by Wine Enthusiast, which gave it a score of 95 points and said that it had an "almost bourbon-like beauty. "In addition, it was said to be a "Best Bang For Your Buck" by Malt Maniacs.Pick up a bottle today!

Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
In 1886, William Grant, along with the help of his nine children and a single stone mason, began construction of the Glenfiddich Distillery, situated in the Speyside region of Scotland. After a year of hard labor, the first drop of whisky fell from the distillerys copper-pot stills on Christmas Day 1887. Today, Grants passion, determination and pioneering spirit continue to guide Glenfiddich Distillery, which is stewarded by the fifth generation of the Grant family.Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch is made exclusively from malted barley, which is milled and mashed with water sourced from Robbie Dhu spring. The crystal clear spring water, which is bottled directly at the source, is incredibly pure the distillery purchased 1,200 acres around the spring decades ago in order to protect its unique water supply. After the barley has been mashed, it is fermented in wooden fermentation tanks made of Douglas Fir. While wooden fermentation tanks are more expensive and difficult to maintain as compared to stainless steel tanks, they absorb a portion of the heat generated during fermentation, and thus, enable a slower and longer fermentation process. Following fermentation, the wash is twice-distilled through Glenfiddichs copper-pot stills (the distillery employs a craftsman onsite to tend to the stills, which are unique in shape and size) before the heart of the distillate is cut and prepared for maturation.Made with the same Highland spring water thats been used since 1887, Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is aged for twelve years in a combination of used American oak and European sherry oak casks. As a result, its nose is fresh and fruit-forward, with pronounced notes of pears leading to a supple palate marked by butterscotch, cream and light oak. The finish is long, smooth and incredibly mellow.Try a signature malt today!

A portion of the first is moved to the second, second to third, and it continues in this order. This mixture is accumulated at the last cask, which is then vatted. This technique usually allows a unique intermix of older and younger whiskies. This Glenfiddich single malt is very distinct in that it is aged in a mixture of casks including: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and new virgin American oak. The whisky in these casks are matured for 15 years, in an Oregon Pine Solera Vat, which contains the sequential mixture of age statement whiskies. This technique is unique to whisky maturation, and is usually used in the Spanish production of Madeira and Sherry wines. This special single malt is rife with notes of sweet vanilla and sherried notes. It contains whisky older than 15 years of age, but its youngest whisky is 15-years-old. Glenfiddich Fire and Cane Experimental Series Scotch Whisky
In the heart of Speyside, in the Highlands, nestled in a majestic green aurora, sits the Glenfiddich distillery. Gaelic for "Valley of the Deer," Glenfiddich features a stag on their emblem. Founded by William Grant in the summer of 1886 with his seven sons and 2 daughters, Glenfiddich is one of the only Scottish distilleries to remain family owned. The distillery was built by hand, on the banks of the Fiddich River. The first spirit dripped from the stills a year later on Christmas day 1887.Throughout its history, Glenfiddich has remained a resourceful business, far outpacing their competitors in production capacity and innovation. In the beginning, they produced blends for various clients, but when their biggest client Pattison went bankrupt in 1898, Glenfiddich created its own blend "Steadfast," and in 1903 Glenfiddich was incorporated as William Grant and Sons.In 1923, Prohibition dried the markets to a trickle. Only 6 Scottish distilleries remained open, Glenfiddich was one of them. During this time, Grant Gordon grandson of William Grant joined the family business. At the height of Prohibition, he insightfully increased whisky production, anticipating a surge in demand after the ban.In the late 1950s, an onsite cooperage was established, with coppersmiths to tend to the distillerys distinctive copper stills. During 1963, William Grant and Sons responded resourcefully to a grain dispute with DCL, by building their own Girvan grain distillery, and made the decision to bottle and promote Glenfiddich as a single malt. They became the first Scottish whisky to promote their single malt outside of Scotland. This perspicacity is what introduced the single malt to the entire world.Glenfiddich has a longstanding presence in the whisky industry. Always on the forefront of imagination and innovation, it is the most awarded whisky in the world, and one of the best-selling whisky brands. In 1969 they were the first distillery to open their doors to the public to this day they offer everything from tours to private chef experiences. Under the pagoda-style roofs are two still houses with 28 pear-shaped copper stills, and handcrafted oak Solera vats that were added in 1998, to marry a range of aged spirits. They produce a colossal 10 million liters per year, using a specially sourced malted barley from Balvenie. They draw water from the Robbie Dhu Spring.Their Experimental series features innovative and ground-breaking single malts, expressions that explore the limits of whisky. Theres an India pale ale-finished single malt, one that was aged in Icewine casks, as well as Project XX that had 20 industry veterans collaborating for its release.
