Game of Thrones The Nights Watch Oban Bay Reserve
After moving with their widowed mother to the small port city of Oban (situated in northwest Scotland), John and Hugh Stevenson took jobs building and repairing boats at the citys boatyard, a trade they had learned from their late father. In the 1790s, the brothers left their boat-making jobs and founded a brewery in the city. In 1794, they converted their brewery into Oban Distillery, one of the oldest and most prestigious distilleries in Scotland. For nearly a century, Oban Distillery remained in the hands of the Stevenson family. In 1883, however, J. Walter Higgin purchased the distillery and began renovations. While Higgin renovated both the distillerys equipment and structure, he did so piecemeal in order to ensure that the distillery was able to meet the uninterrupted demand for its whisky. Today, over 100 years later, Oban Distillery remains substantially the same as it was after Higgins refurbishment.Oban single malt whiskies are made using 100 percent barley, which is malted to the distillerys exact specifications. After the barley is malted, it is partially germinated and gently dried over a peat kiln, giving it a slightly smoky, malty flavor profile. Then, the malted barley is mashed and fermented before being twice-distilled through Obans lantern-shaped copper-pot stills. The stills are among the smallest in Scotland, and limit Obans production to just 650,000 liters of whisky annually. In honor of the final season of the TV series, Game of Thrones, HBO has teamed up with spirits giant DIAGEO to release a limited-edition series of single malt scotch whiskies, inspired by the critically-acclaimed show. Each rare scotch represents one of the iconic Houses of Westeros, including the Nights Watch. An authentic taste of the Seven Kingdoms, this iconic Game of Thrones collectible whisky is distilled by Oban Distillery. The Oban distillery sits beneath the steep cliff that overlooks the bay in the frontier between the west Highlands and the Islands of Scotland, separating land and sea, just as Castle Black, home of The Nights Watch, sits between Westeros and the lands beyond The Wall. The liquids richness is balanced with a woody, spicy dryness that The Nights Watch could enjoy even on the coldest of nights.Pick up your bottle today!

Garrison Brothers Boot Flask Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Situated on a rolling ranch in Texas Hill Country, Garrison Brothers Distillery was founded in 2005. The distillery is the oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas. "Like everything in the Lone Star State, our dreams were big from the start," says Dan Garrison, the distillerys owner. "We didnt want to make just any bourbon, we wanted to make the best bourbon ever made."Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from organic corn, wheat and barley. "We get about 30,000 pounds of corn, wheat and barley delivered a month," says Garrison. "The wheat comes from our own fields we have 65 acres of wheat on the other side of the property." In addition, the corn is harvested from local fields in Texas while the barley is sourced from the Pacific Northwest.Once the grains arrive at the distillery, they are milled and mashed before being fermented for four days. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled through an antique, copper pot still nicknamed the copper cowgirl. "She was made as an experimental still," says Garrison, "for Wild Turkey Distillery." After the bourbon has been distilled, it is aged in charred, American oak barrels. "The char softens the wood, and allows the bourbon to expand into the wood. When it gets hot and it gets hot out here in Texas that bourbon will soak deep into the wood and extract the chemical compounds that are in there. As a result of this aging process, the bourbon has a rich, deep aroma of butterscotch, nutmeg, vanilla and coconut. Notes of caramelized oranges and fruit dominate the palate, along with touches of melted butter, whipped cream and oak. The finish is smooth, with touches of toffee, milk chocolate and espresso. The bourbon earned the Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2013. This Garrison Brothers Boot Flask is the same smooth, award-winning Garrison Bros bourbon, created for portability and ergonomically designed to slide into your back pocketor fit inside your favorite pair of boots.Pick up your bottle today!

George Dickel 11 Year Old Bottled in Bond Tennessee Whisky
Forty years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, George A. Dickel was born in a rural town in eastern Tennessee. By 1867, Dickel was an established Nashville merchant but moved his family to the city of Tullahoma (situated in south-central Tennessee), where he purchased the Cascade Hollow Distillery. After working tirelessly at the distillery, Dickel declared that his spirits were of equal quality to the finest scotch, and followed in the Scottish tradition of spelling whisky without an "e".While George A. Dickel Distillery was forced to close its doors as a result of Prohibition, it was rebuilt in 1958 by Master Distiller Ralph Dupps. To ensure the whiskys authenticity, Dupps obtained the original manuscripts in which Dickel detailed his unique recipe and distillation processes. George Remus Straight Bourbon Whiskey
George Remus, dubbed the "King of the Bootleggers," was a famous bootlegger during Prohibition, exploiting loopholes in the Volstead Act to distill bourbon. Born in 1878 in Germany, he settled in Chicago with his family in the 1880s. In his teens he worked in his uncles pharmacy, later becoming the owner. It was there that he acquired experience that would prove invaluable during Prohibition, and the pharmacy would serve as the foundation for his empire. He switched careers, going into law and eventually becoming a trial defense attorney gathering even more useful skills. Once Prohibition was starting to wind up, he would defend many bootleggers, taking note of the riches they managed to amass. Once the Volstead Act was enacted, he found a way to circumvent it and provide a steady stream of spirits for his budding bootlegging operation. Glen Garioch 1797 Founders Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated in the village of Old Meldrum in the Scottish Highlands, the Glen Garioch (pronounced Glen Geery) Distillery was founded in 1797 by John and Alexander Manson. The distillery is one of the oldest in Scotland, and takes its name from the Valley of the Garioch, which is situated adjacent to the distillery and is known for producing the finest barley in all of Scotland. The distillery the most easterly in Scotland enjoys the temperate climate and cool breeze that are ideal for the production and maturation of whisky. Glen Garioch Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from barley harvested from the Valley of the Garioch. After the barley has been harvested, it is mashed and fermented with water drawn from the Silent Spring. In 1968, production of whisky at Glen Garioch Distillery was suspended as the area surrounding the distillery experienced a severe drought. Four years later, an incredibly pure spring was discovered upon a neighboring farm. The Silent Spring, as it came to be known, could neither be seen nor heard without modern instruments, and has been Glen Gariochs water source for over four decades. Once the barley has been fermented, it is distilled twice first through Glen Garioch copper-pot wash still and then again through its spirit still. Glen Garioch 1797 Founders Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky was crafted to celebrate the Manson Brothers, who founded the distillery over two centuries ago. The whisky has a copper-golden hue, along with an aroma of vanilla, dried apples, pears and bright citrus. Notes of dried fruits dominate the palate, and are complemented by touches of ginger, raisins and cinnamon. The finish is sweet and flavorful, with hints of cedar, oak and cloves. Glen Garioch Virgin Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky Artisanal Small Batch Release is the first Glen Garioch whisky ever matured exclusively in virgin casks composed of North American oak. While Scotch has traditionally been matured in used sherry, port and bourbon casks, the use of new oak casks to finish whisky is another weapon in a distillerys arsenal and allows the whisky to enjoy the sweeter and more complex flavors of virgin wood. Following maturation, the whisky is bottled without the use of chill filtration or artificial coloring. As a result of this maturation process, the whisky has a rich aroma of buttered bread, white chocolate and orange spices. The aroma gives way to notes of tangy orange, ginger, marmalade and maple syrup on the palate, and leads to a finish accented by touches of malt, brown sugar and cloves. "Glen Gariochs intense flavour means it holds up well in a new fill cask, allowing the liquid to be fully matured in virgin oak and not just finished in the barrel," says Master Blender Rachel Barrie. Glen Grant 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated along the banks of the River Spey, the Glen Grant Distillery was founded in 1840 by John and James Grant, who had previously been employed at the Aberlour Distillery. Glen Grants unique location it enjoyed access to fresh water from the river, a steady supply of barley from the surrounding farmland and access to transportation from the nearby port of Garmouth allowed it prosper quickly. By 1872, however, both John and James Grant had passed away, and James Grant Jr. James son and Johns nephew inherited the distillery. The younger Grant, known simply as "the Major," quickly proved himself a worthy successor. The Major was a legendary inventor, womanizer and traveller he was the first person in the Scottish Highlands to own a car and his distillery was the first in Scotland to enjoy electricity. In addition, the Major designed and equipped Glen Grant distillery with the tall, slender stills and purifiers that allowed Glen Grant to produce whisky that was noticeably lighter and more delicate as compared to its Scottish brethren.Glen Grant Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from crisp, Scottish barley, much of it still harvested from the same Morayshire fields that John and James Grant used nearly two centuries ago. Once the barley has been malted and mashed, it is fermented in washbacks made of Oregon Pine. Following fermentation, the wash is twice distilled, first through Glen Grants copper-pot wash still and then again through its spirit still. Each still is equipped with a purifier, which acts as small condenser and causes a portion of the evaporating vapors to be pumped back into the pot and then re-distilled. This purification process Glen Grant in the only distillery in Scotland to use purifiers in both distillations results in whisky that has a signature fresh and malty flavor. This Glen Grant 12-year-old single malt is full of Speyside character, with its pleasant aromas of orchard fruit, almond and citrus. Glen Grant 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated along the banks of the River Spey, the Glen Grant Distillery was founded in 1840 by John and James Grant, who had previously been employed at the Aberlour Distillery. Glen Grants unique location it enjoyed access to fresh water from the river, a steady supply of barley from the surrounding farmland and access to transportation from the nearby port of Garmouth allowed it to prosper quickly. By 1872, however, both John and James Grant had passed away, and James Grant Jr. James son and Johns nephew inherited the distillery. The younger Grant, known simply as "the Major," quickly proved himself a worthy successor. The Major was a legendary inventor, womanizer, and traveler he was the first person in the Scottish Highlands to own a car, and his distillery was the first in Scotland to enjoy electricity. Also, the Major designed and equipped Glen Grant distillery with the tall, slender stills and purifiers that allowed Glen Grant to produce a whisky that was noticeably lighter and more delicate as compared to its Scottish brethren.Glen Grant Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from crisp, Scottish barley, much of it still harvested from the same Morayshire fields that John and James Grant used nearly two centuries ago. Once the barley has been malted and mashed, it is fermented in washbacks made of Oregon Pine. While wooden washbacks are more expensive and difficult to maintain as compared to stainless steel washbacks, they absorb more heat generated during the fermentation process and thus, create a lighter and richer whisky. Following fermentation, the wash is twice distilled, first through Glen Grants copper-pot wash still and then again through its spirit still. Each still is equipped with a purifier, which acts as a small condenser and causes a portion of the evaporating vapors to be pumped back into the pot and then re-distilled. This purification process Glen Grant in the only distillery in Scotland to use purifiers in both distillations results in whisky that has a signature fresh and malty flavor. This is a single malt of unparalleled quality. Matured for at least 18 years in some of the highest quality hand-selected oak casks, yields a spirit with a radiant golden color, and compelling floral and oaky aromas. This whisky is deeply complex, with rich and vibrant elements, and intricately nuanced flavors of malted caramel, vanilla, and raisins followed by a long, sweet, and bold spicy finish.Get your bottle today!

Glen Moray 25 Year Old Port Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky
In its first life, Glen Moray was the Elgin West Brewery, until the end of the 19th century, when the brewery was reincarnated as the iconic Speyside distillery. Glen Moray was founded by Robert Thorne and Sons. Situated on the banks of River Lossie, in the Royal Burgh of Elgin, the first spirit dropped from the copper pot stills on the 13th of September 1897. There have only been five Master Distillers since then, which is a testament to their authenticity, and reputation for producing consistent, quality spirit. This pristine craftsmanship has been passed down through generations. With over a century of tradition, not much has changed at the iconic Speyside distillery. They continue to mature their whiskies in a wide array of casks, a technique which was once a rarity. Their whisky ages onsite in casks ranging from sherry and chardonnay to port, yielding an impressive spectrum of aromas and flavors. After a brief pause in production during WWII, Glen Moray revamped their facilities and expanded, and the distillery is currently owned by French spirits company La Martiniquaise. Graham Coull is the fifth master distiller at Glen Moray. At the helm of the operation, he oversees all of the production that goes into their signature core range, featuring nine single malts. Glen Moray single malts are produced entirely onsite, in pot stills, from the distillerys own water and malted barley. A tradition that dates back to 1897. The whiskies mature in American oak casks sourced from North America. The result is a signature single malt with every bit of Speyside character: soft and fruit-laden. Glen Scotia 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated in the heart of Campbeltown, Glen Scotia is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. The Scotch distillery was founded by the Galbraith family in 1832. In 2014, the petite facility was purchased by the Loch Lomond Group. The distillery is quite small scale, outfitted with two 12,000 and 16,000-liter stills, with distinctive onion shapes and horizontal lyne arms. Glen Scotias line-up showcases their versatility, as they produced a range of peated and non-peated whiskies, two styles characteristic of Campbelltown. Their malt is sourced from eastern Scotland, and are crafted in open-topped, cast iron mash tuns, and their whiskies are processed with a variation in fermentation time yielding either nuttier, or fruitier malts. Their small-batch distillation process still maintains much of the original equipment designs dating back to the 1830s. This exceptional single malt whisky was matured from specially selected casks to deliver the true character of a Glen Scotia Malt Whisky. The stunning 18 year-old has earned several awards including Gold at the 2018 World Whiskies Awards, Double Gold at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and Gold Medals at The Spirits Business in 2017 and 2018.
