Aging the Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin in new American oak barrels for a minimum of three months, yields a well-rounded and complex spirit with notes of caramel, vanilla and toffee balanced by underlying juniper, pepper flavor. The nose delivers notes of cedarwood and butterscotch, with a hint of juniper.
