It is the method of taking the last ounces of each whisk(e)y bottle as you finish it, and pouring them into another bottle.Barrell Craft Spirits is honoring the Infinity bottle tradition in their own way by introducing theInfinite Barrel Project.They began by selecting barrels for their flavor profiles and complexity, blending them in a largersingle, or "Infinite"vessel.At each bottling a portion of whiskey and replace it with other barrels that will complement the remaining blend. They then repeat the process - bottling a portion and adding newly selected whiskeys each time.
